Ive been going to Lucy for 4years now, and refuse to go anywhere else. Shes absolutely incredible, and I always leave with exactly what I wanted! She knows me and greets me on a first name basis. I love this place, and will always recommend them.

I went there for quite some time to get my mani and pedis, and I liked when tony or Karen did my nails. But LUCY the owner on the other hand rushes to get nails done, she is rude and so unprofessional. As for Alan, the last two times I made an appointment he made me wait an hour after my appointment time, then the next day I go back in and he was with a customer AT MY TIME OF APPOINTMENT then I asked when will he be done . He told me he has someone else after the current customer! I walked out and never came back. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I make appointments for a reason!

Best nail salon Ive been to for a while. They do trendy nails and do exactly what you ask for. Just always make sure u know the price before they start and be specific w what you want. Amazing nails every time. I think $13fill $25 full set.

I have been going to Lucys since they opened. Sue does an amazing job on eyebrows and she has been doing my hair and eyebrows for over 10yrs. I wont go to anyone else. Highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs.

The only place I ever go

The worst experience ever. They blamed me for choosing a bad nailpolish brand I got from their own shop, and for choosing a light color. The top coat balled up before even putting in the gel dryer. She then said she would only charge me for a manicure. I had her remove the nail polish and myit burned cuticles with the drill she took the gell off with. She didnt even remove the grime left behind the original manicure. I removed it myself. If I could Id give zero stars.

I recieved amazing customer service from this salon! They were able to do a very last minute walk in appointment with me after I had to walk out of another salon upset with dripping wet hair due to the disappointing service and extremely long wait time after having my hair shampooed and waiting for it to be blow dried. I had a wedding event that I needed to be at in less than 2 hours from my arrival time at this salon and I needed a quick manicure, pedicure, and my long thick curly hair throughly washed, conditioned, blow dried, and flat ironed. Maylee and the other wonderful woman who worked on my hair both worked together in a hurry and did an excellent job on my gel manicure, pedicure, and my hair. I was able to leave the salon on time to do my makeup, get dressed, and make it to the wedding event on time. 4 days later my hair still looked great as it did right after I left the salon. Thank you so much for your wonderful service! You have a new life long customer!

Everyone is different with what they expect in their nail salon experience. For me, after a busy and noisy day I was looking forward to relaxing but the noise in the salon is so loud. Between the loud dance music on the radio, the tv and the phone, the experience was no opportunity to unwind and/or relax. It’s on to the next one for me.

If you go anywhere else for your hair and products, you are missing out!!

I got pink French tips done and there is literally yellow particles underneath my nail. My nails were done by THE OWNER LUCY. I called and spoke to someone and they tried to say I ate something and it got under my nail and they can “try” to clean it for me. They offered me to come back so they can see if they can clean it but I will never go back. They were unsanitary. Pushing cuticles back with fingers and letting the particles of nail filing go everywhere and not once wiped anything down. I am quite annoyed because I spent $45 dollars on these damn nails and they are just not good at all. I tried to give them a chance because I know I’m a little bit of a protectionist but this is disgusting.

I love love this place. I make an appointment but sometimes I walk in definitely worth any wait! Nail are amazing they do it all! Just got my hair trimmed by Sue so pleased I have really curly hair so I was hesitant but glad I did! I moved from Lebanon area to the west shore been there about two years and after searching this is officially my Spot! Love them all, keep up the good work.

Have to say I am pretty disappointed that my gel mani started chipping in 2 days! I like gel bc normally it lasts 2 weeks not 2 days. Wont be back unfortunately

Was in town for business and needed a new dip mani. The salon was clean and the tech was very nice. However, the began cracking within 2 days, and by day 5 I had to get my nails re-done because 5 of my nails had cracked through the middle and my nails were beginning to break. I’m bummed that this was not a great mani, hope it was just faulty powder.

They are the most down to earth people! When I need work done, they are the ones to do the job correctly and fast! I get my hair cut, eyebrows, nails, and toes! This place is fabulous! Love them all!!! :)

I came in from out of town and needed my nails done. They got me in and did a fabulous job and cost me less than at my regular nail salon. I now cant wait to come back to the area to have them do my nails. I wish I could drive 3.5 hours each way to grt my nails done.

I am from out of town and I wanted to get my hair cut with layers .... well .... I called she said no need for appointment (big surprise to me). I got there .... the girl said could she help me and I said I would like a hair cut .... she said come on over to her chair. I had a picture of how Id like it cut ... she said no problem. I said so you think you can do this to my hair ... she said oh yes .... I said I have to admit Im a little nervous .... she smiled and said it will be fine. I highly recommend this place ... Im sorry I didnt get the name of the lady but I will definitely go back!!!!

I love this place! I have been to a lot of nail salons in the area, but no one does my nails better! I will continue to go there every two weeks :)

My experience getting a pedicure for the first time and visiting for the first time was mixed, wait time good, customer sevice bad, eye brow wax ok, pedicure didnt love it, I wont be going back.

I really wanted to like this place since they’re so close to my work & it would be convenient for me to get my monthly dipping-powder manicure there. I got my nails done Thursday & Friday the first one chipped. By today, Tuesday, I have 6 out of 10 nails chipped. I went back in yesterday & got my money back. While I was happy they gave me my money back without too much hassle, they didn’t even try to fix the issue or apologize. The lady who did my nails was very kind but did a terrible job. I don’t recommend.

They DO NOT properly sterilize there tools. They NEVER autoclave anything. They simply squirt alcohol on their tools and go to the next person. YUKKK!!!!

I go for a gel fill, toe nail polish change, and an eye brow wax every two weeks. I usually book an appointment with Tony for my nails and Sue for my eyebrows. I get a pedicure once a month and appointment is with Millie.

I love Lucy and the girls for my hair cuts and eyebrows. Ive been going there ever since Lucys opened.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! They are rude, they make your nails thin so they break within a week! When you ask for them to fix it they will Give you BS, they are super unprofessional and the own we LUCY is a MORE RUDE THEN ANYONE!
