I have been coming here for YEARS! I am so very sad and disappointed by the way they handled my business today. I came in for a manicure and pedicure and they offered me a delicious pedicure, which I said yes too. Then, they said nevermind they could t because she had an appointment. Okay, no problem. Then for my nails I show her a simple design. She says she cant do it, so I said I can. I do it, because it is literally just dots. And then they proceed to charge me 60$ for doing my own nails. I paid and tipped as I am also a part of the service industry. I just cant believe they had me pay for my nails which I did myself?! I would have happily just paid for my pedicure.

I’ve been here a few times and have had an okay experience, but this last time I was there was absolutely terrible. Everything was rushed and looked terrible. My nails were uneven and all completely different shapes. The lady made my cuticles bleed on 3 of my fingers. Then I showed a picture of a design I wanted and she didn’t say anything and just started doing a completely different design. Definitely not worth the money for the terrible quality and experience.

I wish I could give a review about how my nails looked. I walked in the door she says to me how may I help you. I proceed to speak and she says again how may I help you. I say I would like….. she screams do you have an appointment? I say no I don’t. She says again how may I help you. I again get ready to say and I kid you not before I can say again she says how can I help you. Now mind you I have tried to say this several times. Very rude lady. Wouldn’t even let me speak. So when she said it the last time I was like you can’t help me. Nevermind! And I walked out the door. If you want to help someone you let them speak! I’ve tried coming here different times and every time I have left before I could get anything done. Today was the final time I try. One time I was told to go away and come back later. Ummmm no. You go away!

I have been coming here for 3 years. It is always well-kept and the staff is friendly. Le does a great job so I always book my appointments with her.

First time here and I love my nails! Everyone was very friendly. I walked in on a Wednesday around 3:45 pm w/o an appt and was treated very respectfully and she took her time even though she had an appt scheduled at 4:30. Will definitely be back!

I made an appointment on Monday. That night 2 of my nails chipped on Christmas Eve. The manager, He did my nails...he had my cuticles bleeding. When i went into have them fix them..he did it in between customers n when i was done they were sticky. Christmas day, 5 of my nails, the paint was chipped off. I called n they told me to come in, they would look at them. I was told, i would have to make an appointment and the charge would be $20!!!! I should not have to pay $45 for nails that chip that day!!! To be charged $20 for them to fix them!!! Never let the male guy do your nails!! The old owners were great, i will never go back!!!

I will not be going back to this salon. My daughter and I went for manicures today, and because I opted for a regular manicure and not gel, the employee started talking in her language and did not say a word to me the entire time, except that it was going to take a very long time for my nails to dry in this weather. After giving her a tip, she did not even acknowledge me or say thank you. When we got up to leave after drying our nails, no one said goodbye or thank you. Instead, they were all on their phones. Unfortunate. Very poor customer service.

I had a good pedicure after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment. The deluxe pedicure is worth the extra price.

This establishment is not only filthy.. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional and zero talent!! ! Me and my family have been customers for a long time! We will NEVER go back! I am a business owner and this place needs to be shut down!!

I made appointments for 3 myself, my mother and future mother-in-law. We come every couple weeks and this time we were celebrating mothers day. Our appointments were at 11 and they didnt start our pedicures until after 11:30. Then they split us up even though we asked to be sat together for our nails. After that they stopped waiting on my mother to take another customer and ignored her for roughly 20 minutes. For loyal customers with over $170 in services in one day, the service was horrible. Extremely disappointed.

I wont ever go back to this place. Got a pedicure and then about 20-30 minutes after getting it but legs and feet started to burn. Went to the place and told them the scenario and they didnt do nothing because there was no evidence shown to my legs and feet burning and itching. The manager seems like he didnt care and he didnt want to give my money back because there was no hives or rash. So they wont be getting my business ever again.

Friendly staff and great prices. The only issue preventing them from 5 stars is that I got dip powder nails. Normally they dont chip or break for months. However, the top layer started peeling as soon as I got home and one nail even chipped off. The nail design was so elegant; I was really upset they have already started chipping

They are quick and always nice! Although some of the nail technicians tend to talk to each other instead of me (not a big deal though, they have TVS) Everything is sanitary, and the room gives off a nice vibe.

I love this place. They are very fast and do good work. The staff is very friendly and always treats me well when I come in even if I havent been there in awhile.

Great place. Very clean, good service 90% of the time. I wasnt satisfied with the service only once. It was a new girl it seems. But every other time was good. I only go there for my mani and pedi now

I went to get a fill and was telling the girl I hated how my nails were last time, shapes didnt match, etc. I wanted them coffin shaped. After she finished, I saw that some are square, some are round, but none are coffin shaped. THEY SHOULD ALL BE THE SAME SHAPE even if its the wrong one. Theyre also chunky, thick, and bumpy. I absolutely hate them. On top of that, I was charged $45 for a gel fill. I will not be back.

I absolutely love this salon, I have been going there for years and always get top notch service. The girls are very sweet and do a great job.

This was my first time going to this nails shop. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. This was the worst nail experience of my life. My pedicure took 15 minutes at most and my cuticles were not tended to appropriately. My gel manicure was the worst in history, my cuticles are uneven and my nail polish was applied in a poor manner; not to mention the fact that you can still see the color I had on previously because it was not removed well.I will be going to my regular nail shop to undo the horrible job that I just paid $51 for. I would not recommend.

$10 toe nail polish change. Done in 15 minutes and looks great!

I came for a gel mani and pedi. Kelly was seemed very rushed... I had to ask her to remove the polish off of my skin on toes. Seeing as how she does this every day, should I have to ask? Additionally, her glove touched the wet polish, leaving a rather large empty spot on my toe nail. -no correction made. She rushed through my nails. Again, left polish on skin. -didnt even bother asking a second time for it to be removed. Very disappointed. Money NOT well spent.

Just move to the state and was looking for a great nail salon . I got there at 6pm and had a pedi and a full set my husband went to and got a pedi and I paid 100.00 for everything to expensive the place was clean staff was nice but I will not return there I get a pedi and nails all the time and never paid this much and the tech act like she didn’t understand me

Walked in for a mani-pedi at 12:30, was asked to make an appointment and return at 1:30. When I returned, I waited for 30 minutes while other walk ins were put ahead of me. Then, when I finally had a place to sit, there were no technicians available to actually do my nails.

Highly recommend! Always friendly and courteous...

Ive gone w my girlfriend before and she has seemed to like it. I dont get my nails done but Ill go on her opinion. Prices are average for a nail salon.

Ill never go back here; after waiting 10 minutes to get my eyebrows done, I went back to the chair and showed the woman how I wanted them. She told me I cant do that right now, I can just clean them up because I have other clients. Ok, thats not how you do business but I surely didn quickly get up and walk myself right out✌🏼️

Poor service, had an appointment to have a fill, gell polish and pedicure during my appointment the women who was working on my nails stopped working on me and had me move to another chair so she could start working on someone else, unbelievable

Very clean, very friendly, very affordable. It can get busy, if youre in a hurry make an appointment.

Usually this is my go to, but service was really poor this time. We had appts, had to wait then was rushed through. Nails are only partially painted and already chipping after less than 36 hours! And cuticles barely touched.

Dont advertise that you take walk ins and turn walk ins away when they dont have an appt.
