I took my mom here on a whim. Its close to her house, but I had never been here before. (We typically go to another well known place in the area.) I figured I would give it a try, and Im really glad I did! We did a walk-in around 11AM Friday morning. Although all the manicurists were busy, we only had to wait like 5 minutes. We both got gel manicures and pedicures. (I always pay extra for gel, because I am VERY good at messing up my nails somehow, whether it be tripping over air or not paying attention to where my hands go!!) They were quick, but I felt they did a phenomenal job!! My nails look very nice and neat without that extra gel build up you sometimes get between your nail and the skin of your finger at some places! They were very friendly, too! I will DEFINITELY be coming here again!! Thank you Wish Nails!!!

The staff is really nice and friendly, they are really clean and professional, they made sure to sanitize in between clients and did not over book so the place was not crowded and they did a good job on my nails. I wanted something natural being that I work in the covid unit and it came out really pretty. The price was also decent!

Today yet again I make an appointment for 11:30 they take me back and my feet go in the bowl. Then 30 minutes later I’m still waiting so I just got up and left. On the way out they say “ she’s ready for you now” I said I made an appointment for 11:30 and it’s 12? Listen if you’re busy great but don’t tell ME when to come and make me sit. I would gladly come whenever is best but this is now the 3rd time I’ve waited with an appointment. Unacceptable. My time is important and businesses should value the customer. Not once in 30 minutes was I acknowledged until I was headed for the door. So disappointing!

First time I used this place and will NEVER return. Their prices are outrageous with them adding their own extra fees in addition to what they have listed. Was charged 170.00 for (2) 28.00 pedicures, a toe nail polish change, full set of acrylic nails and lip wax. When I called and ask why I was overcharged, they went into saying all these extra fees that you are not aware of until after the fact. Definitely NOT the way to conduct business.... PLEASE BE UPFRONT WITH ALL YOUR HIDDEN MADE UP FEES....

I am a female trucker and needed my nails done sooo bad parked at the Sam’s and walked over to Wish nails. Judy greeted me and was my nail technician! She killed my full set. I love this woman whenever I’m in Harrisburg I gotta come se Judy. I don’t care if I just got a set it’s coming off so I can get her services.♥️She is the best in the game🦾💅🏼

Fantastic customer service and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Judy did an impeccable job and was so gentle with my damaged nails! I’m from out of town but if I’m ever back in Harrisburg, I definitely would be back. Thanks guys!!!

Vicky put a tinted top coat on my dip powder nails changing the color of the original pink color I selected. She tried to fix however, one hand still came out with a lighter color pink. Requested a discount since my nails looked like my 11 year old did them. They gave me $5 off and told me they can fix AGAIN and charge me $35 !! Like really !!???You didn’t get it right the first time you tried to fix ! The manager actually tried to tell me that is how the powder looks sometimes, when I clearly seen Vicky used a tinted top coat instead of clear. The Manager then tells me to come back tomorrow and she will fix for me since Vicky did not possess the skill set to do so. I declined my nails were screwed up enough and I had already spent too much time there.I didn’t want to get loud and anger and be labeled as the “anger black woman” and there was also a child in there, so as a mother I couldn’t say what I REALLY wanted to say. However, this situation is UNACCEPTABLE. I paid $30 for a BOTCHED nail job. Don’t LIE and act like you did not notice my nails were two different colors.It was my first and last time going there.I am considering reporting them to the BBB because the lady who did my nails can’t be licensed. If she is, the school she went to should be shut down.

This is my 2nd time here and I am so disappointed waited an hr had 3 different ppl wait on me and most of all I felt rushed and I hate the color I chose, so no more I refuse to pay for something I am not happy with:(

The is the nail salon that my girlfriend goes to. She says that it is clean and tons of choices of polishes and gels. You can get a manicure, pedicure, and waxing done here as well. Gift certificates are available for purchase. Service is quick and correct or they will make it right. You can make appointments over the phone or in person and usually are the same day or the very next day. There is plenty of parking and plenty of other stores in this shopping complex.

I walked in and asked, how long is your wait, a gentleman replied 5 minutes and another lady confirmed. After I waited for 10 minutes she said..i forgot i have appointments. You have to make an appointment. 🤯 Horrible. They are running around like chicken with their heads cut off. Worst shop EVER! And i live 2 minutes from here.

I have been coming here for over two years. They are kind, their work is quality. Today I am here and they are celebrating two years in business! Congrats to them!!

This was my first time visiting Wish Nail. The salon itself is beautiful. I’m not going to say don’t come here but I wouldn’t recommend Jasmin as a nail tech. I came in for a full set, she shaped my nails 3 times. The first time the shape was way off from what I told her. The second time I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She tried. (Still not what I wanted, but figured I could make it work) she applies the acrylic then files my nails again..again reshaping my nails completely different. Not even close to the way they were. I told her what she did. She argued with me. She was going to file them again, by this time my nails were down to the skin. She thought it would be a good idea to build my nails with more acrylic (you know when your nail chips they repair it this way) I guess to save her time, instead of reapplying new tips. Instead of letting her do that I asked her to take them off. She did. She then told me I have to pay 20$. 5$ for the removal and 15$ for her time. Sorry but no I wasted my time coming here just to have my nails in worse shape then what they looked like before I came in. I told her I wanted to talk to a manager she said she is the manager, running businesses myself I knew there was no way. This women knows nothing about business. Or clearly doing nails. I told her to call the owner. She said they won’t be in until tomorrow so I need to pay. After we argued about this whole situation she told me she never had this problem before and never dealt with someone like me before and told me that i didn’t have to pay. I will never return to this location: my nails looked horrible once she took everything off. This is how my nails looked when I left and she really thought she deserved some form of payment for her time??? Again I’m not saying this is a bad salon but Jasmin isn’t meant for this industry.

I came in to get my eyebrows done, jasmine did amazing! I was a little nervous because I hadn’t done them in years and she took great care of me. I get my nails done somewhere else and I asked her if she does eyebrows as well as she does nails. Now her I am with my beautiful chrome nails. I love this place! She does an amazing job! I will be going here from now on.

This place has terrible customer service! I had got my nails done Saturday, a clear white color and they started to turn yellowish the next day. I had called today and asked if I could get the colored changed and she made it sound like sure no problem. I go into today there was only two people working so I had to wait 20 min.Finally after the 20 min she decides to tell me I’ll have to pay $10. I just had paid $30 on Saturday I shouldn’t have to pay more because they turned yellowish! Any other nail salon I’ve ever went to always changed the color no charge! Then after she knew I was mad she decided to say well normally it’s $20 but I was only going to charge you $10. She also said oh I think they look fine to me, you must have used a lotion or something that made them turn yellowish. Which I clearly didn’t. I will never go there again!

They were able to accommodate to me the day of. Nica was my nail technician and did a wonderful job. She was pleasant and very thorough with my pedicure. I recently found out they provide a variety of waxing services as well. I will be back and reccomend Wish Nails to anyone in the area.

I called today I know because of Covid 19 they cant be open but I want them to know that I miss doing my nails. I hope everyone Stays safe this place is a great place to visit its friendly clean and the ladies are great.

Had to tell the technician what to do every step of the way but they came out the way I wanted. Prices are high....there is an upcharge for every little thing but they do warn you beforehand. Was not a very relaxing pedicure....water was either scalding or cold and had to keep checking my nail length when I told him as short as possible it took 3 tries to get the right length. Overall happy with my nails, just not the most relaxing experience.

I wouldnt recommend this place. I went on November 7, 2018. The acrylic on my nails started lifting like 3 or 4 days later I called them they fixed it but now few days later after that they are lifting even worse than before. They will not get any more of my $$. Oh the guy that did my nails asked me if I was getting a refill, I said no I just got them done a few days. His responds was, this is what Im use to. I said Im not, where I used to go my acrylic never lifted.

Well I started getting my nails done here a few weeks ago. at first they were very pleasant and nice so I kept coming back. But the more I came back the more the prices kept changing on my services. so at first I thought it was just me but nope I was right the prices just kept going up. then again at first they were pleasant and took there time but again I notice a change where they were rushing thru my nails now. Then I had them shaped one way the guy asked If Id wanted them shaped a little then they were and they charged me for that then again came back for a refill and got charged again for the same shape that was done last time but because they dull out over the 2 weeks he charged me again for the shaping. I thought this was going to be a great place for me to keep going but looks like Im on a hunt for a new salon. Not to mention every color I would ask for they were out or the fact I wanted a certain design he said they wouldnt do bc it was the powdered dip said they didnr have it but yet when I looked over there was tons of powdered dip colors. smh

Horrible experience! Just got a pedicure on Thursday and told the girl to be careful with my big toe because it can get an ingrown toenail. Needless to say she didnt and Ive been in pain since and now the toe is all swollen and infected and its only Saturday. If it doesnt get better looks like a trip to the dr!!!
