I loved there for 9 years and they upgraded apartments after people move up and they were great. I left to build a house. Theyve been bought by a different firm but it was great while I lived there. Having a pool is great.

I drove from Maryland to tour these apartments. When I arrived I knocked on the door doing the open office hours. I could see someone sitting in the office. After several knocks and standing in the heat, Taylor the agent came to the door. She did not let us into the building and and asked us what we wanted. She was very rude and impolite. I have never been to a community who treated there potentially tenants this way....I give a negative star

Moved in 5/2020. Rent was $980. Just got my renewal notice. Best offer is $1168/month. Thats a 19% increase. Called the office, surely they can do better. Was given the generic line about the housing market exploded and thats what newly moving in people are paying. Thats great for them, they agree to that. I already live here.Predatory housing. Dont get taken like I did.

My girlfriend and I just moved into this community from Erie, PA. Taylor, from the leasing office, made the process seamless and efficient. It only took us a few days to tour the property, fill out an application, get approved, pay and receive keys. We ended up with a unit with a brand new kitchen, which was an added bonus.

King manor apartment resident have fitness facility but all are oldy 1940s please fix all equipment

The parking spaces are so tight.. but love that they have a playground for the kids!

I actually truly like where i live, the office works with you, they communicate, Eli and Diann i must say amazing customer service. No place is perfect however i cant complain and def pleased with my neighbors. Love it.

One of the worst living experience ever, they charge too much for poorly constructed apartments. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors whisperings too. They are not responsive to the complaints you make, the phone either goes to voicemail or never connects.And the workorders take days to get completed .The icing on the cake- the whole place especially the hallways keeps smelling of weed, yet the management seems less than bothered. Would 10/10 recommend NOT living here!

If you’re not living at King’s Manor, then how are you living? This place is the bomb dot com. Lemme tell you something...I have been here for 3 years and this place is the jazzy joint. No doubt, my dudes.

King Manor is the best place to live in PA, and Elizabeth was a big help in showing me around the apartment and making sure everything was okay.Thank you so much ELIZABETH YOU ROCK!!

I’ve been living here for several years. Everything is cheap! Maintenance comes when they feel like it. Everything breaks, no one comes repair it.

A friend of mine & her family lives in these apartments.. They have a quaint 2 bed room 1 bathroom apartment. The kitchen & living room at spacious & comfortable.. The bedrooms are a nice size & the closet space is very large & functional.. I would stay here if I lived in Harrisburg..

Went here to visit my daughter. Stairs to the second floor are very rickety but the apt is nice. 2 bedroom is the perfect size for 2 friends or a family of three.

We love living at Kings Manor. From the location, which is central to all of our needs, to the Office Staff (especially Diane), the maintenance department. We are happy with our view of the mountains. I just want to say that any time I call for maintenance it is resolved immediately. The office staff are cheerful and very helpful when I go in for assistance, or even conversation. Diane, the property manager, has gone above and beyond to make sure that all my needs are met, or heard. I miss Elly in the office, but Stacey is charming. This is our 2nd year here, and there will be many more to come. Thank you Diane for making my apartment my home.

We have lived here for about 7 years. Office and maintenance staff are fantastic. Spacious apartments, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed living here but have to move to be closer to family. We are sad we have to leave but are grateful for the wonderful experience we have had while living here. Thank you to office manager Diann and her assistant Ellie for always helping me out with any problem or issue we had.

Horrible place to live if you have kids! The walls and floors are cheap and paper thin! That you can hear next door residents go to the bathroom. Had I known this Id NEVER sign a lease. Id avoid this place at all cost. You live and learn! Ill be looking for a new place asap! Then the manager Diane likes to tell you well you didnt have to move in. You old hound I dont need you telling me that! I Know that! A big mistake to ever sign a lease with these people and their place! Nothing but issues! And Ive NEVER had an issue with ANY place I ever lived and always received or gave good reviews about places Ive lived! But never will ever recommend here!

Finding the place to live isnt just all about the location or the price but getting the safe and comfortable environment with great assistance from the staff and maintenance who knows the business, as well as very professional makes the living well worth and you will find all of the above from Kings Manor. My family has lived here for 5 years and during the time Diana the sweetest lady I know who goes above and beyond, who makes sure that their needs are met and always had us leave the office with smiles, I cant thank enough of how much theyve helped us and gave us great experience lived at Kings Manor, very satisfied with everything that this place has to offer.

I’ve lived at King’s Manor Apartments in Harrisburg, PA for two years. I was going through a difficult time in my life when I came to King’s Manor. The staff were so compassionate and helpful, especially Diann Shatzer, the Property Manager! The maintenance staff is also very helpful and the apartment I rented was beautiful. I recently moved into another unit.....thanks to Diann....and am happier than ever! I highly recommend King’s Manor to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live with terrific staff. I plan to stay a long time!

Compared to other apartments in the area this is pretty high priced for what you get. And the neighborhood is just ok, its nothing special. The price here isnt justified for not being close to any jobs within a 5 miles radius, being in a subpar school district, being next to an extremely busy main road, a lot of traffic, and simply not being a worthwhile apartment.

Our neighbor threatened to mess with our car and to shoot us...While we love our apartment we are really disappointed in management, that is aware of our neighbor threatening us. We are military and been to a lot of places/countries bit this never happened! Management assured us they wouldnt renew our neighbors lease but they did. The leasing office renewed his lease because it got quiet for a while...seriously?? Police comes here every week and management told me, the neighbor is frequently writing emails to their team. They obviously dont care about the safety of their residents. Furthermore leasing told us, theyve had issues with him before. So we have to deal with this mess? Great!

When in the summertime, the pools open and stuff but you have to be 18 and older to go to the pool by yourself? Thats ridiculous. Especially when there is a lifeguard there too. Literally, a 17 year old asking their parents to come to the pool with them. Smh.

I have lived at Kings Manor Apartments for 23 years. It was Camelot Village when I moved in. I find the current management to be the best since I lived here. Diann Shatzer is by far the best manager since I lived here, and Elizabeth a the front desk is so easy to talk to. The maintenance staff is excellent. They are on the job when problems arise. I am 80 now and plan to live my days out here at Kings Manor. I recommend King Manor Apts. as a great place to live.

I loved living at Kings Manor Apartments. The only reason for leaving is my relocation out of state. I received a very warm welcome on my first visit where Diann Shatzer and Angela were very helpful and courteous to answer all of my questions and give me a tour of the facilities. This location has it all to enjoy, beautiful quiet surroundings, nice neighbors, easy access to freeways, shopping etc.I give Kings Manor Apartments and its staff 5 stars and here are some reasons why:1. My spacious 2/2 apartment was very very clean when I arrived. I had washer/drier, full oven, microwave, refrigerator etc all included and new..2. I had no major issues in the apartment and I lived there for 3 years. I only had to call once and the friendly maintenance guy came out right away to fix a light.3. The staff includes all residents in fun events and social activities year round.4. There is always parking available for friends and family to visit.5. The facilities which I enjoyed were well maintained eg. swimming pool, gym, tennis court. Very quick snow removal in winter and nice landscaping in summer.6. I enjoyed getting to know the friendly knowledgeable staff and felt very safe living at this location. All residents are nice..I highly recommend Kings Manor Apartments if you are looking for a well maintained, safe, clean, quiet, convenient place to live.

All I have to say is Kings Manor Apartments is a wonderful place to live . The front office staff welcomes you with open hands the maitnance crew is outstanding . The land scaping is marvelous . I wouldnt live anywhere else . That is why Im renewing my lease for the 5th year! 😁

I have been a resident here at kings Manor for 5 years and I honetly love my community the office and the maintanace staff are amazing and i have no complaints what so ever! i do however have a request/sugesston now winter is coming i would like and appreciate if the office provides us we additional salt for those late night flurries, I know that they do their best a small bucket of salt to salt the path before the maintnance get here would be greatly apprrecite it. Thanks ☺
