So far 3 days in a row when a package was to be delayed, I get an email midday that it was delayed until the next day. A call to the place I purchased the item from (staples) says it was the courier who updated the order status each day. I could understand the first day, but if giving a new date theres no excuse for delaying any longer. Additionally, the only number listed will not ring through. No way to contact this delivery service. 3 delays so far for no reason. Completely unacceptable service. And shame On Staples for employing them to deliver their products.
Next day shipments do not arrive next day, Unable to contact the local office to find out status of order, online tracking through the company website does not show any of 4 orders as being active.Not sure if issue is with shipper or transportation company, but I have NEVER had an issue with the shipper when dealing with them face to face.
