The guys at this Jiffy Lube were amazing! I was on vacation and noticed that my car was leaking oil (I had a dealership oil change earlier in the week). Jiffy Lube got me in right away, found the problem (loose oil drain plug), spoke on my behalf with the dealership that messed it up, AND then didnt charge me for the service. Now I can enjoy my vacation. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!

My appointment at Meineke at 1230. Checked in. Waited an hour and my SUV was still where I left it. No one communicated with me to let me know why they were behind or anything. So I left and went across the street to Jiffy Lube. The staff was professional, informative, and helpful! I received an oil change and got my breaks replaced in 45 minutes and I saved money!!!!

Needed to get brake pads and rotors replaced. They were fast, polite, kept me updated on what was going on (parts on the way, wrong parts sent so they went to get them themselves, etc) and just an all-around joy to work with. As someone with a family member who works at a Jiffy Lube up North, the service here was no different than the service I get when my brother is doing the work. This will definitely be my Jiffy Lube of choice for Hampton.

This Jiffy Lube is located on the main road in Hampton VA, Mercury Blvd. It is close to my house and convenient for me. Their prices are very good and they often have a coupon for a better price. I go there for oil changes on both my car and my truck. The service is normally fast, I havent disappointed in them at all. The staff working there are very nice and helpful.I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone. I know that Ill keep coming back.

I had a very great experience at Jiffylube this morning. They accepted my Groupon with no problem, kept their word on how long it would take ( which was only about 25 min), and answered other questions I had. They also provided me with a coupon book for next time and their customer service was excellent . He knew who I was when I got there based off our phone conversation ( which means he was paying attention). I will definitely be back. Thank you guys.

Wonderful, quick, honest service!Over the past few days, my vehicle had been close to over heating. I believed my engine wasnt shutting off properly so my plan was to take it to a shop when I wasnt working. Well, my temperature gauge was running dangerously high on my way home this evening so I crossed my fingers and pulled in to the closest jiffy lube. I spoke with Jacob who was very kind and honest about what they could do and an estimate on price going off of the information Id provided. In less than a half hour, my car was cleaner and running so much better! Id apparently been low on coolant so they topped me off, got my oil changed, tires filled, filter cleaned with no attempts to upsell me on things I didnt need. Jacob explained exactly what they did; the fan in my motor was trying to compensate for the lack of cool air so it was taking longer to shut off.I was treated like an intelligent customer and I appreciated it sincerely. Thank you for getting this resolved so quickly and making me feel safe and confident in my decision.

They where awesome attentive to detail, fast service, they dont honor neighbors prices but they have coupons online. No appointment needed drive up. They are alittle to high again coupons help.

Service started with a pleasent voice on the phone, courteous mannerisms when i arrived, no wait time, professional work, coutesy vacuum, window clean and air in tire. Coupon for work was added bonus. In and out in less than 45 minutes and then a escort out to open my car door.

The manager I think his name was Jay. He was very professional and had my car in and out quick! Will use them again!

The pit team walks right up to you car and welcomes you. They actually talk to you and ask you what you want/need. They look at your car and tell you what’s wrong with it. They DON’T try and push for extras. They listen when you say no.Pleasant and wonderful. I will be a customer for life5 STARS+

Went to get my car serviced on Thursday Oct 3rd around 2pm. The staff were quick, friendly and had my car in and out in a matter of minutes. Kudos to Travis and the rest of the team!

Very disappointed they couldnt get a bolt off the skid plate on my car so they sent my off to another place. My last oil change was with them at the same location when I asked how they got it off do the last oil change the guy told me Sorry he wasnt sure what was done he wasnt there at the time.

Lovely customer service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Relatively fast service. Gave me all of my options to choose from and a discount to boot. Definitely recommend this place and will come back again in the future.EDIT: I went back later and found the man who had done my initial oil change and rotation tried to charge me extra for unnecessary services (I had declined the services). However, this happens at almost every place like this, so just be aware that some of its employees do not care about your wallet and will act with extreme self-interest.

I called to see if they could install my tires, I was told yes and the cost. When I went, turn in keys and waiting, the manager came and say my tires too big he cant install them....20 🙄🙄

I always get great service here. The staff are friendly and ready to do a good job on your car. The prices however are another matter!

Quick friendly service. Along with an oil change they also cleaned the windshield, vacuumed the car, topped off all fluids and aired up my tires.

I stopped in to get my oil changed and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I also asked to get my tires rotated and balanced because I thought they were out of balance. However that was not actually the problem. They told me that, which saved me money. After the oil change they vacuumed out my car, which was great!

Our experience was fairly decent. Service was very quick. Unfortunately they didnt use seat covers and got oil on the seats and arm rest.

You can’t trust all of them. They lied to me and tried to get me to battery for my vehicle claiming that my battery was bad. I knew that was a lie because I don’t drive the second vehicle. I just cane to get the oil changed lol WELP I DIDNT ALLOW THEM TO GET ME 😂😂😂😂 the battery light never came on and I’m still driving the vehicle LMAO

Best experience Ive ever had with getting my oil changed! Went around 8:30am. Only took them about 15 min including extra stuff I had them do. Ive never had better customer service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. This will be the only place I take my car from now on.

Unlike most car maintenance places in this town these guys didnt try to sell me something i didnt need. They also broke down what they thought my car needed into trems I could understand and answered all my questions

I called for a price quote and I was told that it would depend on what my car needed. I have been there many times before so my information would be in the computer. I asked the individual on the phone if he could look it up and I was told that they were too busy. I am definitely rethinking my oil change company.

Not exactly the cleanest place Ive been, and quite the price for an oil change to say the least. But they are pretty quick after all, and available without an appointment.

The staff here was super nice and helpful. They didnt make a fuss about me having a Groupon. They showed me and explained everything they were going to do to give me the comfort of knowing they werent trying to screw me over in any way. Without the Groupon it would of been a little expensive but well worth it.

Highly recommend another place to have your maintenance done. Angela, the Manager, is very rude. Made claims that my wifes car was low on various fluids, which when I checked the next day were not low. They wanted to charge her extra money and stated that she had to sign a waiver absolving Jiffy Lube of liability. When I asked Angela via phone why she told my wife the fluids were low she stated that it was her technicians fault. Angela also denied that she had my wife sign anything other than an invoice. I spoke with Angelas Manager and he stated that he would, Look in to it.

The service was outstanding and the manager was very knowledgeable about the jiffy lube oil process for my 2005 chevy Colorado. Im very pleased with my service.

I used to go here every year for more than five years, but I will not go back now. They have a new manager, Angela Washington, who is rude to both the customers and her employees. In the past, the employees were eager to assist and work with me, but she is rigid and unprofessional. I went in and spoke to a worker who I have talked to in the past, and he wanted to help me, but she shut him down. I feel that Jiffy Lube should not employ workers who have NO people skills. Please do something about her.

They move pretty fast for oil changes. Dont do state inspections. They also vacuum your car once they finish working on it. Customer service is 110%!

HORRIBLE! I went for a simple oil change. Zero notations on my receipt about previous oil leak (which i did not have). Get home have a major oil leak...undriveable car. Call and receive poor customer service. No refund. Really?! They will NEVER touch my car

When I walked in, the clerk behind the counter asked me to have a seat, and she would call me up when she was ready. 15 minutes later I was still sitting, watching other customers walk in and be helped. This is really not my nature. I am surpised at myself for not raising hell, or better still, walking out. But my ride had left, so I continued to sit. Eventually, the manger came to me, asked me if I was being helped, and promised to help. I gave her my keys (she was surprised I still had them) and she had my car serviced. She also gave me a 50% discount on all the services, and truthfully, that did make me feel that she appreciated my business. But a few weeks later, I had to have my car repaired because of symptons it was showing. I had it diagnosed, and the results were as follows...valve timing off, blocked oil passage, failed oil control valve and electrical circuit fault. The engine light came on, and this all happened after I had the oil changed. I wasnt blaming Jiffy Lube for all of these problems. But in process of having a $300 dollar repair done, I was advised by their mechanic that my vehicle had a quart too much in oil! That is Jiffy Lubes fault! The 50% discount did make me feel better, even though I didnt think I would go back to this location. Now I am positive I will not go back to that location. I cant prove my problems were as a result of the excess oil, but since I have had many, many oil changes, and never experienced this, my heart tells me differently. This is one location I will not return to, and I am still considering if I should ever use any Jiffy Lube again. That 50% discount does not negate the almost $300 I had to spend on repairs.

My ford explorer was do and oil change while I was in Hampton Virginia. They got the job done. Jiffy Lube is not my first choice for serving my vehicles, my local NC Ford dealer is.
