Was in desperate need of an oil change. Figured I’d stop in & see if they could get me in. I was met outside by a very nice gentleman who got me checked in. Originally I had planned to go next door to Lowe’s while I waited but they were so quick I had barely gotten myself a cup of coffee & they were done. Will definitely be back the next time one of my vehicles needs service. Very professional & courteous guys.

Had NYS inspections performed there on 2 of my vehicles. Everyone there was polite and curtious. Any questions I had were addressed with great professionalism. I was in and out in a very timely manner. The office and shop was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube Hamburg for any auto maintenance.

I strongly do not recommend this Jiffy Lube on Southwestern in Hamburg, NY. The shop does not take appointments — or at least said they don’t for some customers — and the receptionist told me the day before if I arrived at 8 a.m. for an inspection that it would be no problem to get in and out. So I did just this, or should say that I attempted to. I sat in my car in front of the empty bay for approximately 10-15 minutes before getting out and trying to ask someone what was up. An employee (larger guy) said it be TWO AND A HALF HOURS before they could get me in to the first come, first serve service that I WAS FIRST to arrive for. I left and went somewhere else. I drove past on my way back and they appeared to be servicing a bunch of FedEx trucks. They must prioritize these over actual customers. What a joke. Save your time and literally make an appointment somewhere else to skip the aggravation and heartache.

10/10 customer service and very quick to fix my car. i recommend going there for your car

We dealt with a gentleman pretty sure his name was Corey. He came right out replaced the break bulb then checked all my lights.He answered all of our questions on brakes tires and oil changes.He was very professional and took his time!!!!!

Whilst on property the place makes you feel like youre out West like Utah, Nevada or California where most of it is new modern construction. Many repair shops in WNY are old dated buildings. This one has such a nice lobby, great customer service and the mechanics are pretty sharp

Ended up here after 3 days trying to get into the Express Lanes at Towne Dodge Jeep Ram etc. A little high priced for an oil change and lube, but everyone here was very courteous and all worked together like a well oiled machine (sorry, no pun intended but couldnt help it). In less than 15 minutes of arriving, i was on the road again. Keep up the great work guys!! (Check for online coupons)

Id like to give a special thanks to David Sanchez, who greeted me when I pulled up to the bay friendly from the start. He led me in, offered me complimentary refreshments, and gave me simple but detailed explanations and updates from the moment my car pulled in through to the end. The team first scanned my car to determine the issue, then they tried the simplest fix first before pursuing more costly repairs.Overall, a very honest and professional team of people running this service center - and very pleasant, forthright people too. Highly recommend.

I had my first visit to the Hamburg location today and was provided with excellent customer service. I had a minimal wait time even with having wiper blades ordered and installed. I was given a free air freshener which I thought was a nice touch. I have worked in service departments in the past and nothing has been for free! Bryan was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly and didn’t try to “mansplain” things to me. Recommendations made for my vehicle were on point and they didn’t try to sell me the farm. I have already recommended this location to my family and will definitely return. Thanks for the great service!

Really clean and well organized. Comfy chairs.. accurate advice about extra work that might need to be done. Lot of attention to small details like it was nice that I could register and check out all at once since they werent too busy. Decent price too.

The manager got us out of a terrible state. We accidentally poured a small amount of wiper fluid into the brake fluid reservoir. We were an hour from home and the internet warned that our brakes might fail if we drove. Fortunately there this jiffy lube was right there. The manager drew out the brake fluid, replaced it with new, and checked to make sure we were good to go. He saved us a huge headache and was so kind. We were on our way in 15 minutes.

The waiting area was clean and inviting. Staff was super friendly and were not pushy with additional services. No wait time at all. I will definitely return

Stopped into jiffy lube on southwestern for the first time for an oil change today. Dan was very helpful, professional and efficient. My car was in and out within 20 minutes. They also filled my tires, topped off my fluids, vacuumed my car & cleaned my windows for me all in that short amount of time. I will definitely be back!

Hamburg NY..Polite...efficient...fast...oil change and tire rotation in less than 15 minutes...It was like a Nascar pit stop...4 guys descended...very coordinated...wham done...including vacuuming..very impressive...

Ive had a few great experiences at Hamburg Jiffy Lube. The team, led by Brian, is friendly, attentive, and thorough. The staff and waiting area are welcoming and I have felt very comfortable there. We have four cars in our household and it is great to have one place we can rely on for all of our various auto needs.

All the workers here were very professional all of them were wearing a mask even when I wasn’t I had forgot my mask in my car and the manager kindly asked me if I could grab it quick before coming in. Very polite would recommend this shop to all my friends.

Employees werent wearing masks when I arrived. Didnt go in and a short time later an employee came out to talk to me and I was told they didnt have masks on because they didnt know there was any one there I then said that if someone have COVID it would be in the air and didnt feel comfortable going in........the employee was very rude when I said this and huffed off

It was a good experience. Quick oil change. Prices are ok. Only negative is that the staff push hard to try and sell you on every service they have. It was inspected thoroughly but want u to buy wipers and brake service and tires...etc. I felt like I was being pressured to do the services with them bc of the deals they have. All in all, they did the service asked and in a timely manner. 👍

Oil change: quick, efficient, good price!I would give five stars except i was super unimpressed for being shamed for wearing a mask during a pandemic. It was announced that, She is a mask wearer, a big mask wearer because she didn’t roll down the window until I had mine on. My window was rolled down and I heard this and saw all the workers look at me, some smile at one another and make faces.I wasn’t rude to this guy for coming to my car with no mask on and he was reaching to get it out of his pocket. It was cold and took a minute for him to walk to my car so yeah i waited.I also waited to be a decent considerate human being as i work as a healthcare worker. It was disrespectful and I should have just left at that point. I won’t be returning.The person who took my info wore his mask after the announcement. I’m sorry that I was in a horrible mood when he was making small talk because I’m sure he knew i was upset.But rude and inconsiderate. Be better.I wear a mask to try to prevent myself from getting sick, and others, jerks that make me feel belittled as well as people who could die from covid who fight daily to live longer lives. ✌️
