I had to make an emergency stop in to evaluate an unexpected loud noise before making a long drive. The staff were all so accommodating fitting me in, fixing the problem and sending me on my way. Their professional and compassion was much appreciated.

I bought a seat cover for my truck. They didnt have 2 so I went home with it to see how much I liked it and they could order another for me. I decided to keep it and when I called they had another and I went back to get it. The young lady at the check out came outside and put in in the truck to make sure it fit right. Was a big help...

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic assured the manager the tires had been rotated. I know because I asked about it while they were both right in front of me. I was happy with the customer experience until I realized I had been lied to about the tires. The manager asked me to come back so they could rotate for free. Very not cool to lie about work on my car.

At least 10+ years of service work makes me feel real comfortable about S&S and their work. I have been using them on 3 cars, one trailer and one company leased car. Always dedicated and fair. I still remember my first service work on my antique car (84 Trans AM). When I call they are always there to help! Friendly people with skilled professional technicians doing great work. I had gone by the place many times and always noted a lot of cars in parking lot, to me, this was indicative that they had return customers. A good sign that others looked favorably on the business. Checked them out on internet and Better Business Bureau and have used them since.
