At first introduction, we thought the coverage was not different enough to warrant a change in companies. On second evaluation, we discovered (gap coverage) tat our present policy dd not offer; therefore, promoting a change effective Feb 4th. We were not pressured but allowed our own intelligence to made the switch to Travelers. The agent was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Weve all been there, new vehicle purchase or even first new vehicle purchase like myself. Were taught to watch out for dealership tactics and with that stigma because of some dealership work ethics we are quite cautious when we proceed with the purchase and everything involved. I was finalizing my purchase when my sales man Tim Campbell suggested I speak to their insurance team. That they could possibly get me a better rate. With the stigma I was uncertain. Not to mention I have been with State Farm for a super long time. I was certain they could not find me a better rate so I initially turned down the suggestion. However, a little later Tim genuinely suggested I speak to James Itell as my new rate was a bit steep with State Farm and I am absolutely glad I did. From the beginning James was absolutely friend. Not only was he able to get me a cheaper rate on my new truck but also on my daily, renters, motorcycle insurance. Though thats not what stood out to me the most. Sure he took his time and worked out all the different options out for me to see but what I found invaluable is he took even longer to explain to me the ins and out of what each coverage is. Not just about having the biggest numbers of coverage when in the end could really not mean much to.
