Have been a customer of Lauren’s for a number of years. Her staff and herself have always taken very good care of all my family’s insurance needs. Recently had an issue with an accident claim with State Farm. Called her office to complain about the service from the representative handling the claim. In less than an hour Lauren personally called me back and said that she talked to the office handling the claim and that they would be reaching out to me to get the issue resolved.While I was on phone with Lauren, received a call from the office handling the claim. Within 45 minutes of hanging up from my call with Lauren, the issue was being resolved! Excellent service!

Working with Heather at Lauren Brenneman office was by far the BEST experience I have encountered with setting up insurance. My husband and I were looking for new auto and homeowners insurance which as we all know can be a very frustrating thing to do. So far Lauren has been the kind of exceptional State Farm agent with whom I had been used to dealing with in my about 40 years with State Farm, from Lincoln NE, to Port Charlotte FL, and here in Hagerstown MD.I had a previous agent in Hagerstown, with whom I had had a very long relationship (10+ yrs); unfortunately when I had occasion to question a particular manner of handling an issue, he got very huffy, to my complete surprise--to the extent that I had to escalate it to agent relations at the main corporate office.
