Great coverage and better prices when you bundle. Bundling renters and auto policies is great because doing so essentially offsets the cost of renters, so basically youre getting it for free! They made it all happen and best of all you have an actual agent to call, not a call center. Highly recommended!

This was the BEST customer service Ive ever experienced; and, Im in customer service myself!!! Heather is the ultimate representation of high-end customer service. Heres what she did for me:1. My current insurance company was going to charge me $171/month for a Hybrid Ins. policy( covers me when driving for Uber/Lyft and when I dont. Total coverage). A $500 deductible. My driving record is completely clean. Heather was able to get me the same coverage for $84/month. WOW !!!2. I have 2 other vehicles that I pay $404 every six months. Heather was able to beat that and get me the same coverage for $300 every six months, so I decided to switch over to Allstate.3. Without having to ask for it, she sent me my proof of Insurance cards while we were talking. Normally Im told it will come in the mail later or I can login to their website in a few hours to print it myself.4. She explained an app Allstate has where they give you money back if you have great driving habits, like not driving over 80 mph, no sudden stops, etc. She mentioned the average driver who qualifies gets around $60 a month back. This incentive for drivers directly reduces auto accidents and preserving a drivers good driving record. Nice!!!!5. Im so impress, im sending her business info. to my co-workers and friends. Im convinced she will be able to save them money. It turns out they offer a referral fee of $20/person (it may have been a little more).It really felt like connoisseur service.
