Massage and hair were great. Ill definitely go back for those. Manicure was mediocre; booked an enhanced manipure but was given their basic shellac manicure without discussion about why the change, even when I questioned the polish offered at the beginning, also the polish started way to far from cuticle making my mani look old on day 1.

Tristan was my colorist/stylist and she did an amazing job! She was really helpful during the consultation and guided me in a different direction than I thought I was going to go, but was ultimately the right choice for me. I got heavy highlights in an eggplant shade and I could not be happier with the results even weeks later! Tristan also helped educate me on aftercare as this was the first time Id ever gotten my hair colored. She was super personable, and did not push any products on me, but did give me some great suggestions on what I could buy outside the salon to keep up with my new color. Highly recommend her!

I cant believe I didnt know about this place sooner! Booking was easy. The lady at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. I had a great massage by Libby. She was completely professional yet friendly. The massage melted away so much stress! Ive had a lot of massages over the years. This one was a good value for the money. I cant wait to go back.

Tristan was AMAZING!!! I had a bad experience some where else and was not happy at all with my. She listened to everything I had to say and quickly put a plan together for my color and cut. She was very professional and super sweet! I am so happy with the cut and color! I am excited that I found someone that I can trust again! Thank you sooooooo much Tristan!

I love this place!! Kayla did an amazing job with my highlights and haircut. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hair salon. And the salon has a friendly and happy atmosphere.

Horrible customer service and they do not listen to their customers! I took my daughter in to have her hair dyed from purple to blonde and a trim. They told me when making the appt that it would be 2.5-3hrs and that they could get it out. SIX HOURS later my daughters hair still has color, now splotchy, and they took atleast 4in off after she told them no more than 2 inches.Of course the owner is out for 2wks. If you run a business you need to be a phone call or email away at all times!

I scheduled a facial a week in advance and was advised to show up 15 minutes early for paperwork. I arrived at 8:45am as directed, after sitting in the waiting area 10 minutes, a hair stylist directed me to a relaxation room where I sat an additional 15 minutes. The receptionist finally came to notify me that the esthetician called in and we need to reschedule. When I kindly shared my disappointment about the whole situation she wasn’t even apologetic. Very disappointing. I would NOT recommend this place.

I have been very disappointed with the last two massages I have received at Studio 135. If you are going for a massage, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My back was killing me so I went here to get a massage. I had Melody and she still gave me a full body massage while really focusing on my back and neck where I had the most knots. My pain is gone and I have been sleeping better ever since. She did an amazing job .I will definitely be back.

The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming! The services were wonderful and left me very satisfied. Especially their eyebrow waxing! *Best* Ive ever had for a decent price!

Every time I get my hair colored and styled or waxing done it is a wonderful and relaxing experience. Pam does an amazing job with hair! Kourtney does a great job with waxing. They have so many wonderful hair and skin products to purchase in store also.

Been going to Angie there for 15 years or more for haircuts. We have several of our friends going there, too! Pretty interior, friendly staff.

Esmé does an absolutely amazing job! She has been doing my hair for years and I always walk away with an amazing cut. She is an expert no matter what type of hair service you are asking for. Esmé knows exactly what it right for you and your hair!

Front desk staff was amazingly helpful, them my massage was probably the best ever. Jess was very detail oriented, remembered everything I told her. I NEVER write reviews but she was better than my massage therapist had in Europe! I was shocked!

My hair dresser is fabulous. I will not let anyone touch my hair. Jeannie is the bomb!

Have been going to them since 1999 and Kelly McGuire/Vircus has always been my stylist there. She is amazing and I Have only trusted one other person she referred me to when she was gone for a few years when she was out of state and that person was spot on also ( thanks Nicole Palmer !)

Monday, I walked into Studio 135 to set appointment for Wednesday. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, I explained to them what I was looking for and they set me up for a 90 minute massage with Julia and a facial with Kortney. When I arrived today I had migraine and felt tense all over. However, after my massage I almost feel asleep waiting for my facial in the relaxation room. Once, my facial was finished I was so relaxed I did not want to get up. Today, was my first visit but will not be my last. After my experience today, I feel as if I have had a mini vacation.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The girls are so young and inexperienced. Twice i had bad experiences there with my hair. They need to review what kind of work these girls do before giving them a spot at their salon. I asked for a refund because i WILL NOT EVER get my hair done there again. And a good rule of thumb, if the stylist who will be doing your hair, has bad hair herself, WALK AWAY!!!
