The service was very good and made good timing considering that their were some more people before me.

I’m currently at this salon and I’ve been waiting more than an hour just for a fill in. I’ve been here since 9:30 and my hands haven’t been touched! Two more people came in behind me and were immediately serviced. I guess since they knew that customer was a regular they gave them special treatment. I’ve never gotten my nails done here before and I was just trying them out. But based on their lack of staff and preferential treatment I will never come back! If I could give 0 stars i DEFINITELY would.

It was my first time coming and they did wonderful. Kim did her best she was nice and everything to me! I showed her what I want and she did them for me....! OMG!

First time going there 06-25-2020 & for it to be a last minute choice that morning I like the way the lady was nice to me & did my nails pretty with the coffin shape they have pretty Gel colors at least they not dull looking & I didnt have to wait long in the chair to get em did..most definitely going back.

The lady was extremely rude & had a terrible attitude. They hardly ever have enough staff to wait on everyone in a timely manner. I wouldn’t dare give that place a penny of my hard earned money.

They are very delicate about their work on their customers. When I went there arent any complaints because they always show up to show out on my nails.

To start, the small Asian lady that waited on us rushed my daughter annd I. We were trying to have a relaxing mother/daughter day before my other daughters wedding that upcoming weekend. She glued my thumb nail crooked (which was painful throughout the whole wedding), then proceeded to cut my daughters finger causing her to bleed! I was livid but she didnt seem to care. When I went back to get my nails taken off, she stuck my hand in an old plastic Winnie the Poo cereal bowl filled with acetone, covered it all with an old rag and left me there for a while she frowned across the room. Not a pleasant nor professional experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolute worst nails when done. My nails are so bumpy and they blamed it on the tips that were put on my nails. The lady did not understand my frustration. My nails are not even the same color that I picked out. Very upset.

Absolutely terrible ! The lady is extremely rude and impatient and the guy who did my nails was VERY INEXPERIENCED! I asked for coffin shape and all of my nails were shaped differently, my nails started to pop off in 2 days. By day 8, SIX nails had popped off ! It looked like I needed a fill in by day THREE. The ONLY reason I went on and paid was because I had somewhere to be at a certain time and I didn’t have the time to talk to the police who I knew they were going to call on me! But never ever again !!

Quick service, nice people, and very clean. And they make sure your nails look amazing!!

Nice environment clean. today it was enough employees to get you in an out .... the deluxe spa is awesome !!!!!!! Will be going back !!!
