Tried to call ahead of time. Would not give me an appointment. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get started. Got my fingers with the drill like 3-4 times. Then had the drill up so high on my nails that It burnt my nails 5-6 different times. I had to pull my hand away. Never even got an “I’m sorry” nails are uneven. Coating on top is not even. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

Hello! I see Kim when i go. this is only my second time, but this is truly the best place i have been to on the south side. They are always so kind when I am there, and Kim does an amazing job with my nails.. and always adds a little touch more to make them more fantastic!! I LOVE this place!!

This was my first time going to this nail spa & I must admit they were very nice and did everything the way I asked. I was looking for a nice place to have a mommy/daughter date and Luxury Nails & Spa far exceeded my expectations. Its a beautiful salon with a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. They have special pedicure chairs for kids and we were in love with our nails when we left!! Would definitely go back.

Today was my first time going. My initial first impression was wow this is really nice. Then it went downhill. I got dipped nails. The technician was so rough he sliced 3 of my fingers. Ouch! Then I was charged $56. After looking over their prices on the brochure in my car I tried to figure out the total I was charged. So I decided to call in for explanation. He said I received a manicure and dipped nails. Okay… I didn’t have ANYTHING done that was a “manicure” other than he cut my cuticles…. Which I have done every single time I have ever got my nails done in history. Said that was $10 extra. I also left with polish still al over my fingers. I won’t ever go back. I’ve been here multiple times and every time I go, my nails turn out bomb! I usually have Kevin or Tony. I took 2 of my friends there yesterday, because I love this place. However, my friends nails did not turn out the best. It was her first time going, she paid $60 for these nails. They were done so messy, and not cleaned up at all. The nails were so rushed. Not a good first experience for them to say the least.

Very bad experience. I scheduled an appointment and when i got there i was made to put my name on the list as though I was a walk in. One man started my nails and seemed very rushed. He did the shaping and the acrylic and had another woman paint them. I gave them a reference photo and they said the could do it. However the final results look completely different from the photo I showed them. (She was literally looking at the picture the entire time she painted my nails). She also cut my toe nails very short for my pedicure. This wouldn’t have been that big of deal if they didn’t mess up everything else. Also the prices are outrageous. It was $152 for these terrible nails and bad pedicure. 1st pic is what I asked for. The 2nd is what I received.

I have been here before and had not so great experiences but I was in a pinch and decided to give them another chance and that was obviously not the right choice. I went in and wanted almond shaped acrylic nails with the color I picked out in “gel polish” with the cute 70’s swirl design in white on top. I was very clear and showed the man an exact picture of what I wanted. It was super easy and I thought very simple. The man looked at the picture and nodded. He did my nails and filed the sides of two of my nails all the way down into my skin where there was blood and just pointed and laughed and said “sorry”. But then put the tool away without sanitizing it... and instead of doing gel polish he used a colored acrylic powder-without asking- which I don’t like and didn’t ask for. Then instead of the 70s design he did a marble pattern on two of my nails. And he filed them to the point where the tips are see through (shouldn’t happen with a darker teal acrylic powder) and so thin that they have chipped. While they look okay, it was not at all what I wanted and not worth the money or time.

Sara is the best! She does a pedicure like no other. She takes really good care of me. She makes sure she takes her time and does a phenomenal job. Thank you so much for always making me happy!

I had a 4:15 appointment on 5/7/21. The lady was nice, but seemed in a hurry and not interested in conversation. She dismissed my comment about wanting the nails to be more curved down, and made them much longer than I asked for. I ended up cutting them down when I got home. I also understand why she asked if I wanted to put a sticker on the ring finger. There is a pretty significant area where the color didnt take and the nail is clear. I pointed out another area on another nail, and was dismissed. There are several nails where the texture is obviously bumpy under the gloss and the color isnt consistent. Filing time was rough and painful at times. I bled around one finger a little, but nothing was said. I hoped for a better experience, given the price I paid. My daughter loves the place, but I doubt Ill be back. ~Becca Johnson

I love it here. Clean & fast. Super friendly and they actually offer to do cool details to your nails. Their pedicure chairs are also clean and they use new/sanitized equipment. Also Kim is my favorite and the best in my opinion :)

Beautiful place. I found this place just riding by. I was greeted when walked in, asked to sign in a immediately seated fit my service. Not sure who my tech was but she was sweet, offered me a drink and very professional with service. I think I might just found my new nail shop.

Really great at paying attention to details. Photo quality pedicures but always pushy on up-selling packages and over charging by a few dollars compared to the menu prices. A little high priced in my opinion but you get what you pay for so I continue to return.

Kevin is THE BEST ! Been coming to him for over a year and hes never failed me yet. Absolutely love the staff and how clean they are. I highly recommend them ALL.

This nail shop is nice but over the course of the last 6 months customer service has declined at an accelerated rate. You are charged for standard parts of the service like soaking off dipping powder, you are constantly harassed to select more expensive services like pedicure or acrylic. The prices are already absurdly high. After my last visit on this past Sunday I will not be returning to the place of business. Perhaps more staff should be hired so your services aren’t rushed. Staff should be trained properly as well. My bill was $105 for a manicure w/dipping powder and a basic pedicure.

Every one here is so accommodating and nice. They really take care of you and treat you like royalty. I cant wait to come back again!

After a 30 minute wait my nails were done the wrong color. I had asked for a light brown acrylic, and I got grey. I also got power acrylics which should’ve cost $41, but got charged $55. The nails were way too long even though I asked him to shorten them several times. My friend went with me and asked for green nails and got purple. She got gel acrylics which should’ve been more expensive than powder but for charged less than me.

The wait was long. All of the blacks were seated behind the beaded wall for pedicures. The tech cut my toe and was not upfront about the charges. He was nice, but I probably won’t be back.

First time and brought 2 others with me. This will definitely be our go to place. Thank You!

Nice environment. It seemed like the man who did my pedicure was new and he kept hurting me when using the nail file. I thought I was being a baby and when I left I realized he cut me pretty bad on my toe! It hurts like heck to have paid so much money. Very disappointing

I don’t understand why they have a book of pedicure package options when they never follow the description of each. This is the second time I’ve been and each time I picked a different pedicure package and both times it didn’t follow the package description. They also charged me an additional dollar each time for a ‘ service charge ‘ (not in relation to form of payment) not really sure what that’s all about. Very basic pedicure at best regardless of the more expensive package I requested each time . Rip off.

My daughter and I went in on a Saturday afternoon for our first trip to this nail salon. They were not busy and we did not have to wait. I should have spoken up at the time, but I was too shy. The man who did my nails had long dirty nails and he did not wear gloves. Also, if you zoom on the photo I have shared, his buffing tool actually cut my skin on my pinkie and ring finger. Its been 2 days and this is still sore. We will not be back.

Celebrated my grandma’s birthday at Luxury Salon today. It was perfect!! Private section in the back for my family, decorations, birthday cake along with other snacks & drinks. I highly recommend this place to others, especially for birthdays/special events.

Honestly, I usually steer clear of leaving reviews, however; I really love this salon. I have been to many nail salons throughout my life, with each one of those salons came the good, the “just OK”, the terrible and then just the worst of the worst. With that said, in my own personal opinion this is by far the best nail salon that I have been to.There are so many factors that go into your experience at a nail salon. So, when I say that this has been the best nail salon that I have been to I truly mean that in every aspect...from my very first interaction with the people that work there to the actual services I received.Lastly, I want to thank all of the wonderful and amazing people who open their hearts and bring their smiles and talent to work every day ❣️

Its a very great and welcoming environment, this is my third time. there’s a young man, who’s tall that did my pedicure and it was amazing and very vocal.also i’ve had tony and kevin do my sets and i’ll stick to them ONLY. i’m very picky

Absolute worst experience in a nail salon I’ve ever had. I came in for my appointment at 2 the man at the front is showing me how they do pink and white tip ombré so I said I’d like that. I sit down with another guy and he says instead of a fill I needed to do new acrylics all together. I explained I didn’t want to do that because of the price he says he will do it for 50 so I agree. He proceeds to RIP of the old nails without soaking or anything. I can’t even explain the pain. He gets the new acrylics on and says go pick a color. I said well I wanted the pink and white ombré, he states he can’t do that because those are the 60$ dip nails. He never explained any of this to me, he just expected me to understand that it’s a whole different process. Then a woman approaches and takes over seeing as how I am visibly upset and says she can try to do the pink ombré with white tips. She says she will the one nail and see if I like it. Needless to say it looked like garbage. The pink was on the nail tip instead of having white tips. So I told I really didn’t like it and to just paint them black so I can go somewhere else and have them done correctly. I left so displeased and only gave her a tip because it wasn’t her fault and she did try to make me happy. I won’t ever be going back and will make sure that everyone knows that they are not a good place to go. Save yourself the money . I still ended up paying 20$ more than I should have and I’m completely unhappy

Been here 6 times now for a fill and this was my first bad experience and it is horrible! That is not cheetah print it is a dot with some lines. It is embarrassing to go around with on my fingers. Also the paint on it is all raised like little dots. I’ve had cheetah print plenty of times at other places and never had this issue. The one nail even has a black tint to it over it on my right hand. I’m actually typing this from the parking lot because I’m am so upset over this. I had to help shape my nails because he made the one so so crooked. I asked to be shortened from the beginning and they were not. I will have to go somewhere else and pay to have my polish fixed because they couldn’t get it right. If you can’t do a design either get help from another nail tech or tell the client you can’t do it! I’m so upset I’m crying right now. If there wasn’t a severe storm heading down this way I would stay and make them fix them now. The guy was at table 17.

Luxury Nails- the experience is amazing! They always do a great job. Love the owners they really care about their customers. Jack is my favorite and does an incredible job every time I go. I recommend you go for a visit...you wont every go anywhere else. The shop on 135 is beautiful inside and it rocks!

Just found this nail spa when driving up St Rd 135 from Greenwood. Went in a little before 7pm (was happy to see they’re open till 8pm 😊). No waiting. The young man who did my manicure was efficient & polite, & my nails look great! There was a wedding party there at the same time finishing several services with multiple people. They were so happy & all smiles as they were leaving. The nail salon is very large, able to accommodate alot of people at once 👍. It’s very pretty, clean, & organized. Will definitely recommend this great place & go back again!

Amazing job! This is the only place I get my pedicures done. Every employee does a great job- never disappoints!

I sat in seat 9 where the guy doing my nails (cat eye) continued to grind off my cuticles to the point I am bleeding on every finger. He noticed he was hurting me at one point early on and apologized but continued to do it to the rest of my hands. Now I have super thick nails as he put 4 layers of nail polish on and they are uneven lumpy and look bad. This was my first time here and I will not be returning which is a shame as the inside of the business is very nice and has good ventilation. Not worth the pain or money spent!!

As someone that gets their nails done regularly this was one of the worst experiences I have had. The guy Literally sat down and said nothing not even hello, that does not make for a great first impression. I am a dental hygienist and work with people every day, how you interact with customers is so important. My Pedicure was okay even though there is nail polish all over my toes. My manicure, however, is horrible!!! There are bubbles all over my nails and the polish is not even and there is polish all over my fingers that was not cleaned off. $92 for a mani/ pedi that was very poor quality. I typically go to a different salon and know what the process typically is and he for sure cut corners.

I went in for a full set and design. $71. What a joke.

They were very pleasant. They did a awesome job. Would highly recommend!

Too much hidden fees- I had sticker shock we asked for 2 fills- with design, two pedicures and 2 eyebrows wax- it was $266 about $80 more than I expected- I didn’t tip as much as I usually do because of all the hidden up charges! I don’t think we will be back 🥲

Sara was the best!!! My experience was absolutely nothing short of amazing!!! I have the golden mistique massage with hot stones!!! The atmosphere was very relaxing and the Devore was so beautiful!!

Seriously the BEST service I have ever received. The person who did my pedicure really took her time with me and did a phenomenal job! I will definitely be coming back here from now on. Inside is so beautiful and super clean. They also autoclave their tools after every use, which is super important to me that salons keep up on their cleanliness. Major kudos to this salon! :)

The person doing my pedicure was in a rush for the next client, I had no time to relax and enjoy, you would think paying 40 dollars to get your nails painted it would be a little more luxury, well it wasnt!

I’m very torn on this place. The end result was pretty good and I’m happy with my nails. But the experience was horrible. The guy doing my nails made a whole MESS on my fingers. Stained red for two day. Then the whole time he’s working, there’s another lady just watching over his shoulder and tried at least four times to tell me they weren’t gonna look very good unless I let her put a diamond design on my finger; obviously trying to up sell, I get that part, But when I say no thank you twice..it’s time to stop pushing and making me uncomfortable. Not to mention, don’t tell me it’s not gonna look good if I don’t get the more expensive design from you. So all in all, yeah my nails look pretty good, but it was way too expensive and the staff was just rude and pushy. Will not be returning.

Extremely long wait and the tech I got rushed thru in less than 10 minutes. The shape was wack and erratic, the acrylic was bumpy and uneven. I left that salon and went to another to have my nails fixed. I was so bummed as others had a seemingly much better experience than I did. From the reviews I thought Id possibly found the salon that I would have all of my girls nails done for my wedding, but I wouldnt let them trim my cats nails after the experience I had there.

Inexperienced technician, used the drill into my natural nails. Left sharp edges and failed to polish the sides of my nails completely. Implements were not sanitized. Makes me wonder if they are licensed there.

I cant say how amazing this was. I havent had a pedicure in or 7 months. I am a licensed nail technician and I pay attention to detail. Sometimes you just need to be pampered. I can easily say this was THE BEST PEDICURE Ive EVER experienced. Louis was detailed, very professional, and the massages were amazing. I look forward to visiting frequently. This nail salon was clean, friendly, and professionally. They had hand sanitizer at every station. They provided masks if you didnt have one. I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem in Greenwood. Ill be back for sure and highly recommend it.

They did great with our pedicures but not so great with my full set. I would go again for a pedicure but use another place for a fill or full set as it was not my best experience for the price. The person doing my nails had a group of coworkers behind us they chatted back and forth. He was rough with the buffer, it hurt or burned a few time along with a small cut on my middle finger. I feel that he was upset because I didn’t take the upsale. Also I asked for rounded and I got square along with the wrong color polish. (It was supposed to be the same as my toes) it was close but not the same. I had to be elsewhere by noon otherwise I would have spoken up. However I’m not sure how well he would have listened.

I got my nails done on Saturday the day after Christmas and one of my nails easily broke off after two days. It hasn’t even been a full week yet and another nail just easily broke off. I will not be going here again. The lady that was going my nails was hurting me the whole time and she cut me. I had only found that out after I paid and gave her a two dollar tip.

For (3) manicures and (3) pedicures, our total bill was $338 in Greenwood, Indiana! The salon is clean; technicians are okay; but the price point is ridiculous and outrageous when other nearby salons are just as good. We will never return!

Nails & feet look good, but way too expensive.

I have been here a couple of times. My nail have came out ok. I have had pedicure done and it lasted one week. I have never had to wait which is super nice however the prices are super high. I was charged $50 for a fill.

Filed the skin around my nails raw and made me bleed. The length is different on each nail. I didn’t want gel and still did gel and charged.

I’ve been here twice and loved coming here! They have a very clean spa and their technicians really know what they’re doing! They can do just about any design and any style! The only thing I had an issue with was the discrepancies in pricing. I was told the volcano pedicure was $55 and gel nail polish was $10 but only after I paid did I realized they charged me $56 for the volcano pedicure and $15 for the gel. I was also told to upgrade to the volcano from the fire walker pedicure ($50) because even with the gel nail polish, I would not make the cut off of $60 or more to get the 20% off. I was told it had to be over $60 to get the 20% off which if that were true, why would I need to upgrade to the $55 pedicure if the gel nail was $15? Because of that, I’m not sure I will return here.

Pedicure was amazing! The chairs there are the best I have ever sat in. The man did an amazing job on my pedicure as well. I chose the 43 dollar one, massage, hot rock massage etc, it was great! New in town, need not look any further! Will definitely go back!!

This place is gorgeous. Its a pleasure just sitting and looking around. Very high end feel. Price is average and they do try to upsell, but my bill was exactly what it was supposed to be. Service was fabulous, quick and peaceful.

Great great service. Even with all this COVID chaos they were quick to get me in and very attentive with all my questions. Consistently asked me if what they were doing looked good and if I was please which I was. Very thorough with both my manicure and fill set. Highly highly recommend.

Worst nail experience of my life! They cannot communicate in English. I wanted a simple gel manicure, but they cut off all my nails and started gluing tips on. It was the day before my wedding, so I thought I’d just keep the tips even though it wasn’t what I wanted. They were so long and thick, and couldn’t understand when I tried to explain I wasn’t happy with them. After paying more than $60, I had to go down the street to have them fixed at another salon. That salon told me they had had others come by there that they had to fix as well in just the short time they have been open. Do not go here!

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my experience here. Felt rushed. Not impressed with manicure, nails are filed unevenly, dark spots in white tips. Wouldn’t recommend.

Will not lie this place is beautiful & it was a fun experience there. however i had workers hovering over me & at one point somebody was on a facetime call & they had the camera pointed towards me. i’m sure it was on my nails, but i was uncomfortable because i couldn’t tell if he had pointed the camera on me or not because he was standing there for a min. also, i paid a good amount of money on my nails on a Saturday, it is now Monday & my nail is already broke. i was frustrated because this is the first time i have ever spent this much on nails & they were beautiful, but didn’t last. i have NEVER had my nails break this fast & easily. i have a lil girls vacation this weekend & i kindly just asked for a refund & told them they could keep the tip (even tho the gentleman cut my finger) but they refused. they did offer i could come in, but i explained to them that i live an hour away & they still refused. i’m not the type to ever write or complain like this, but i’m really disappointed. i will never go here again.

Walking in I couldn’t believe how lovely everything looked inside. And it’s not like I was thinking that it wouldn’t be clean but wow, the inside was beautiful. Plenty of seats to wait, extremely comfortable btw. Big tv to watch while you wait. A huge glass wall that changed colors that was filled with water. I watched them sanitize all surface areas that customers had touched thoroughly. They offered me water or Sprite to drink while I was having my nails done. I mean, dang, I felt extra fancy walking in. But let me tell you about how one of their employees did my nails. She was extremely gentle. I walked in with a picture off of the internet and asked if they could do something similar. I knew walking in it wouldn’t be the same but I didn’t think this woman would blow it out of the park by doing better than the picture I showed her. I cannot express how truly impressed I am with her work. Highly recommend. Will be returning, that’s a guarantee.
