Do NOT let the old guy with terrible nails do your nails. He made my nails bleed so bad. It would not stop bleeding. He applied the solution to it and it touches my blood (so unsanitary, what if I had a disease). The polish looked as if a toddler did them. His reply was he’ll take $5 off. When I told him I didn’t like it he got upset and tried to fix it but was rough with the polish file remover and I I told him no thanks and asked for some one else. I have never gone back since. I should have known better when the skin around his nail bed and cuticles looked horrid. If this is what you do for a living your own nails should reflect it.

They did good, can improve just a little on their work.

I just got my nails did today and it’s peeling already. This was second time going here. I went back because they had good customer service. Don’t think I’ll be going again. I got a refill and pedicure deluxe#2 gel polish on both cost was $105. For that rate I’m very disappointed that my nails are ruined. And tomorrow is a holiday.

The worst salon Ive ever been to, i went today and Im not going back.I asked for almond shape and she didnt do it, she did something else looks ugly.I paid $50 for it. I didnt give her any tips because she doesnt deserve it If i can give you a ZERO star i will.

First time getting my nails done at this place and my LAST time! Within 24 hours my nails lifted from my nail bed. I returned asking one of the workers to repair all of my nails due to the fact they lifted from my nail bed. She agreed to do it, removed paint from my nails and then told me she was going to charge me for the redo. She left my nails looking awful and refused to repair the nails despite the fact her worker negligence. I had to go to another nail shop in Greenwood Ms....near Walmart to have ALL my nails repaired. I will NOT recommend this nail shop to anyone. NEVER experience such poor service. I wasted $48. I will be calling the manager for a refund and reporting this nail shop to the BBB.I had to go to PRO NAILS to recover. They were AMAZING!!! My nails are beautiful!!!!

My nail tech Ken was very nice. We had a very pleasant conversation as he worked my manicure. He was even gracious enough to give me a jump- Id left the lights on

1. She was rushing with my nails because it was only ONE person on nails and ONE person on pedicure2. Didn’t let me wash my hands before she started to paint my nails3. Charge $25 JUST for gel polish while pro nail only charges $204. Kept trying to break my nail to persuade me to get an overlay for ONE nail so she could charge me $10 extra which pro nails would’ve done FREE of charge5. Charge a dollar just to use my card which pro nail does NOT do6. Drilled on my nail bed when I asked her to soak the gel off instead now my nails are weak7. I could’ve did a better job on my own nails. this polish is not evenly coated AT ALL.I only tried them because pro nails was closed. I will NEVER step foot in nail city again .

Very rude. The old guy did my nails. He tries to act as if he knows no English and doesn’t understand anything. The ladies that works there wouldn’t translate when I expressed I didn’t like what he was doing. They all started speaking in Vietnamese and loud. I will be contacting my bank and BBB And the board of cosmetology . I expressed they looked awful and he wouldn’t fix them. They also had young inexperienced people with no license to work.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I got my eye lashes did and had an eye infection two days later. My nails didnt last five days.

Horrible. I had to pay 35 dollars just for them to repaint over nails that were falling off after 1 day of me getting them. And then when I came to get them glued back on, they made me pay 40 dollars for 2 nails to get back on. Would NOT recommend. By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. They wont be getting my money anymore. And thats a promise.

Horrible horrible job I showed him my feet and ask could he do the same he filed every nail a different shape and size and the lady with the leg problem tried to fix it but made it worse the thing is they want all the money and dont know what the hell theyre doing in there I wont send a dead dog there I was trying to rate them with 0 stars but Google wont allow it.I mean my feet look horrible I cant wait to get home to St Louis and let Sonny hook me up...
