They are not good at all. I got a haircut which was terrible and not professional. Next, they charged us extra for a haircut and shampoo! I only got the haircut. Then when I went back they were so rude!!! They were yelling and showed an aggressive behavior! Also, my friends thought that this store is terrible.

LOVE my new cut and color !!This was my third time going to this salon. I never know exactly what I want. Saraya is always so patient, showing me color swatches and making recommendations. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

Staff very rude on 5/4/19 at 10:30 am. Looked right at me, then both turned their heads without even speaking to me. Missed out on 3 appointments that day and forever. If one had just said, good morning, I will be with you in a few minutes, I would have understood. I have read other reviews and seems same problem for at least a year. I guess that space will be rented by another business when the staff finally runs all the customers away.

Lou was great. She cut my hair perfectly, faded it perfectly, and then told me about all the services this salon offered which amazed me how much they do. I’ll be back!! Thanks Lou !

Rudely told they couldnt take me for a haircut because they closed in an hour. She had a young man finishing up his haircut then said she would be done. I wont go here ever again..too many issues over the years

I came in on Saturday 11/8/19. Ii had to make the first verbal contact as the young girl ignored me. When I asked how long a wait, she said a half hour. The only good thing about my horrific haircut, was it started in about 15 minutes. I told the butcher exactly what I wanted. The first time thru (hadnt seen the back yet), I thought it wasnt too bad. Then the butcher decided one side was longer and began chopping away!!! I was so upset with her and her skills. I seriously have NEVER been so upset about what she had done. She then asked if I could wait while she did her 2 oclock appt and I explained that could not as my carecgiver(CG) was waiting for me, after my CG had done all my grocery shopping (yes it was taking forever!!!) . Bottom line, I handed her $20 for a $14.99 cut, and told her to keep it, I had to get out of there. BTW, my CG was horrified at the butchered up cut. I ended up having to go to a professional stylist and get a very short cut . My hair was past my shoulders when I went to SS....never again!!!

The dark haired worker at smart style was extremely rude,after she made wait for a good 10 minutes because she had to have a smoke break.She walked in and asked us what we wanted and then continued to tell us that she didn’t feel like cutting hair and claimed that she hadn’t had a break all day even though as we walked in we saw her smoking with the other employees.She then continued to say that we would not want her to cut our hair.Over all Walmart needs to work on their staff

This is the second time in a month that I have scheduled a appointment & had it confirmed for me to show up & them tell me they cant do my hair because of time. I scheduled ONLINE for color & had it confirmed for my time to be wasted. Just gunna take my business elsewhere & advice others to as well.

Extremly rude. Stylist were talking inappropriately about customers in the store and previous ones from day openly in front of children. Those dividers between stations are not sound barriers and could hear the convos up front and above any dryers being used.

OMG, This place is horrible not only did they totally screw my hair cut up, they cut it on Saturday and I went back the next day only to have someone screw it up even worse. I called the manager Tammy on the 3rd day and she was rude and told me she couldnt fix my hair till Thursday which is 3more days away. This was the best she could do for me. Absolutely ridiculous and I hope you read this before considering the salon.

Called to make appointment to get hair done and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and acted like it was a bother. I said never mind we will go somewhere else. I used to get my hair done here all the time . I guess I will shop around and find another place!

Lady was rude. I’m still in the parking lot fuming. It’s 6:45 and she told me she didn’t think she had enough time to do my eyebrows because she had a hair cut coming in soon. They don’t close until 8. Anyone with ANY customer service knowledge would have said, I have a haircut coming in soon. Do you have anymore shopping to do, I can get you in after that if you wanna come back but we close at 8 ok? I think she didn’t want me bc my kids were playing with her chairs. She asked that they not play with them, which I understand, but I took care of it. Never going back in there again. It’s a shame bc this is my favorite Walmart. I travel 40 min when there is one in my own town. I also needed to cash a check as my bank is located there as well.
