Father-in-law had his hair cut there a out a week ago. Terrible hacking of a hair cut. Even the cashier did a double take on how bad it looked. I would hope theh would have been more professional.

So... I walk to the counter and the stylist greets me with this big smile and asked if she could help. I say I hope so, do you all do natural hair? She responded and said yes. I said black natural hair? She responded we sure do. We looked at each other and shared a smile. The other stylist Jessica Schultz did my hair and I left very satisfied ❤👌

Stacy is a wonderful professional who has been cutting and coloring my hair for 10 years. I am pleased to count her as a dear friend now. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They sell excellent products. You wont find a more attentive group of service professionals!

The hair stylists there have never cut my hair straight. It took two girls to cut it last time and they had to keep cutting it shorter and shorter because one side would be much shorter than the other side. When they were finished I didnt get the haircut I asked in length or shape either one. I asked b4 they started if they were sure they knew how to cut it right to be sure n was assured the 1st girl knew how n had done it. Then after she cut too much she told another girl she had never done one b4!!!! WHAT!!!!!!

Felt rushed the entire time I was there, avoiding being rushed was the whole reason I made an appointment to begin with rather than being a walk in. Stylist never once spoke to me or tried to initiate any polite conversation. Halfway through cutting my hair, the woman says this isnt coming out right, and calls another stylist over to help show her HOW to cut my hair when all I asked for was a trim with long layers. I was not happy with the outcome or the service but I begrudgingly left a tip anyways because thats how I was raised. Come to find a few hours later, she had completely missed a strand of my hair, as shown in the picture. Still dont know how that was even possible. Will not come back here and would not recommend.
