They made my little ones happy with lots of suckers and a fun atmosphere.They took us as a walk-in, although next time I will likely call ahead to schedule as they seemed booked and short on staff when we went.

I routinely visit this establishment to be seen by Megan, although Im not sure on the spelling.Its the beat experience Ive ever had getting my hair cut.I even went 6 years cutting my own because of this.I havent cut my own since I saw her the first time.She makes me hair and beard look phenomenal and is funny too lolSeveral of my friends and family go here, and I will continue to give accolades for they have earned them time and again.I will be back next Saturday as usual 😌

Friendly staff, but most haircuts are done by appointment, which is a slight inconvenience for me since I normally dont know ahead of time. They also only take cash.I really like their work though!

I have been taking my son here every other week for at least 1-1.5 years. He always enjoys himself and feels comfortable and I loved how family friendly, professional, and the quality cuts they give. Today was different. The one time I had to reschedule my appointment I got the talk down. I never reschedule or is late.. More or less I was questioned, shunned, and hung up on.. All over me needing to reschedule. When I was trying to explain how I had forgotten about a different appt I was being spoken over not being able to get a word in. Liz, the owner told me what time I can come in the following day, without my permission, then Liz felt like when she was done talking over my words, she proceeded to say thank you and hang up on me. First and foremost I didnt clarify if I could make that specific time she made up for me. It seemed convenient that upon calling back I was getting voice-mail for a solid 20 minutes. Finally getting through I asked Liz why they hung up on me. She proceeded to tell me she didnt. I explained that she wouldnt let me talk or discuss a proper time for a rescheduled appointment. As Liz kept talking over me, I asked her if she wanted to continue having us as a customer. She wasnt hesitant at all to say that it was up to me. Fast forwarding later after still being interrupted I told her to please let me talk. She huffed and puffed in my ear. That being the final straw, I told her we will go somewhere else and how disappointed I was to be treated the way I was with no desire to apologize the right way. Instead, just apologizing to get me off the phone.

I just have to tell everyone how amazing all the people are that work here. My 1 year old got his first haircut today and we had Megan cut his hair. She was really excited about cutting his hair first and she made the experience easy on this momma. She made sure he was comfortable and then at the end they gave him a certificate with his hair taped to it and also a onesie that said his first haircut with the date we came in.y husband and 8 year old also go to her and she always does a great job. Great place, great services, friendly staff. Only reason for 3 stars is this is a cash only business and the longer wait times. I would frequent more often if they took cards. I have often waited over an hour with only 2-3 customers in house. I understand good haircuts take some time but many times I dont have 1-2 hours in the day for a haircut. So I only go from time to time because of these factors.

We always see Brandy but had an emergency because little guy tried cutting his own hair. She knew I really didnt want to shave it all off. Even though I knew it was a huge possibility she worked hard to make sure we didnt have to take such drastic measures.

Donna does a good job cutting hair and I love the fact that she straight razors the sides and back. Always very friendly and talkative.

Walts is the best! Affordable, friendly (and great with kids), and small town feel! We wont go anywhere else. My son (4) and myself both go there. Yes, its a barber shop, but they cater to women as well. Cant beat $12 to cut and layer my hair.

This place is great! I asked them if they could make my hair just like this celebrity’s hair ( minus the color because I didn’t want the color ) and they were able to do that. I came here because Sport Clips in Beech Grove destroyed my hair and my brother recommended it to me. I will definitely be coming back!

Their haircuts are good, theyre nice and friendly. Upon arrival you will sign in but if there is a wait and you leave for say 30 minutes or so and you get back like I did and are next on the list they will bump you back to the bottom. If they are going to have a rule like this they need to let customers know on the front end. I will get my weekly haircuts elsewhere.

Haircut was really good, however, the last time I got a haircut i was the last customer for the barber. The barber got upset at me because i didnt understand something related to haircuts. I apologized for having a haircut there and she replied if its not you its the next one. To be honest the haircut i recently got was not that good compared to the second time I got a haircut with the same person. She was rushing for sure. Needles to say I gave her a $10.00 because i felt bad about getting a haircut. After thinking about, i shouldnt have. Last time I ever go to walts . Ill take my businesses else where

No one in line walked in at 6:32 and was told they stop taking people at 630 when the posted closing time is 7. Had 2 available people to cut my hair. Disappointing. Must make to much money.
