My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for over five years. They always do quality work, but the thing that brings us back is their honesty. When we bring a car in for an oil change, they never bring us to the garage to show us three other things that are about to combust. They simply do the job we ask. So on the rare occasion that they point out an issue, we know its legit. Mitchell is highly relational and great at his job and the owners are as good as they get.

These guys are GREAT. Ive taken our 2005 Jeep Willys Edition for a major radiator repair & our 2012 Ford Fusion thats in GREAT condition, but we had to jump every day. They couldve done a lot of unnecessary work to find the problem but they did NOT. We simply needed to replace the new battery wed just bought & which we NOW know (Thanx to GREENES AUTO SERVICE😃👍) was defective. For that whole process & diagnosis we were only charged $24. To me, Greenes Auto Service seems to take the stigma out of trust issues with car mechanics. So far we love them❣😛

They were on time and professional. They didnt overbook themselves like some many other places Ive been to so they actually worked on the car when they said they would. Too many other auto services keep your car for an entire day or even multiple days for simple things that you had an appointment for just because theyre overbooked and didnt get around to servicing your vehicle. The price was extremely fair as well.

Ive learned my lesson, not to take my car anywhere but Greenes. Theyve had my car 4 times in the last year (unfortunately). Greens Auto was recommended to us several years ago by some very dear friends who used them for years and happened to be neighbors of the owners of Greens Auto.This shop is tried and true and I am thankful we took our dear friends advice 3 years ago and started taking are vehicles to them even though we live on the near eastside.I thought the starter had gone out in my Ford F150. I havent worked on my vehicles in years but the weather was nice, couldnt drive my truck to Greens so I went and bought a new starter to replace it myself. Huge mistake on my part. Waisted the whole weekend on my back, under my truck and couldnt even get the first of 3 bolts removed from the starter. Did manage to bust my self in the mouth when the ratchet fell of the socket. That was the last straw. Called Mitchell at Greens Monday morning and he gave me the number of their towing service. What a blessing Steve was. He got my truck to Greens handed them the keys and they took it from there. Come to find out the power cable harness from the battery was totally corroded and the starter was also shot. So happy to have my truck back and running great. So is my wife cause she doesnt like driving me to work at 5:30 a.m in the morning. Oh, and the mechanic gave me my 13 mm socket that was on the bolt from the ratchet that smashed me in the mouth.

I had brakes and wheel bearings replaced in a 2011 Subaru Outback. The work was excellent and it exactly matched the quote which was significantly less than the dealer. I have great trust and confidence in their work.

They are always very polite and let you know everything going on with your vehicle prior to actually doing the repair. I was recently told that I needed new brakes and rotors from a dealer and they wanted close to $500. Greenes replaced the brakes and returned the rotors for under $200. They also performed a vehicle inspection and let me know what their findings were and talked me through the different scenarios so I could make a well informed decision. If my car doesnt have a factory warranty it will go here for maintenance for sure.

I am disabled and cant get around real well. My Wife and I pulled in because we felt our SUV pulling. By the time We stopped We had a front tire that was off the rim and the rear tire was almost flat. The man at the desk had plugged our tire and checked the others in a flash. We offered to pay him but he just smiled and said Have a good day There was another person in the office I believe was a supervisor who just smiled as well telling me this kind of service is typical for them. These people are an asset to our community. God Bless

Greenes is the place to go for trustworthy auto service on the south side. Ive been coming here for years, and theyve never let me down. Mitch has always provided the awesome customer service that many other auto places unfortunately lack. All the guys are great at explaining any issues that are found, and you never get the sense that theyre trying to push service on you to turn a profit. Even moving a bit further north, I still go to Greenes despite the distance. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful experience! They addressed everything an were very upfront in regards to what did and did not need to be fixed. They made sure I understood exactly what they were fixing and how that broke down in terms of cost. They also did some pretty major work to my vehicle and still had it ready to go for me in a day. Greenes has been the best auto service provider Ive ever been to. They are honest, will tell you what truly needs to be done on your car or not, price very fairly, and the customer service is better than any other. They even called today after a month or so of having gotten work done to let me know theres a rebate available, and when I said I wouldnt be able to be in the area to pick up the paperwork they offered to mail it off for me themselves. Hands down one of the best and most honest companies Ive ever worked with.

Not to mention, they were able to quickly identify the issues with my car, order the parts, and repair everything in a matter of days. Plus, I paid much less here for top notch quality work. Greens actually called to say the brakes didnt need changed, because they looked fine. Im not used to that honesty from a garage. Very polite employees who explain your cars situation clearly. Its a bit of a distance from home, for me, but worth the drive. Excellent work ethic.

Took my daughters 04 car with 200k miles here for lack of heat. Figured it needed a heater core. Instead of a very costly heater core replacement they were able to flush the core and get heat for a much less expensive repair. They had great communication and great explantion for what and why they were doing what they were.

On a Friday night my husband water pump went out had it taken to greenes told the guy pumps out and will need a new fan too, because we were leaving to go on vacation the nexted morning early so he didnt want to miss with it when we got home. They called later to give him a price out the door cost so my husband thought it was high but would be nice coming home to it running so he said ok. The nexted day they called back saying the fan was bad wich he had already told him that but it was more when we got home and got it my husband drove it home and didnt have no heat it had a vapor lock due to them putting the fluids in to quickly he tried all kinds of things to get the fluids to run down with no luck had to drain all of the new fluids out and put more back in slowly and he has heat oh and they lefted a box under the hood so we didnt have any luck with them and wont be giving their name to friends for sure.
