My eyebrows look TERRIBLE. I came in because I had just moved to the area and literally I would have been better off doing them by myself. They’re not even, not shaped and she kept going over the same spot with wax trying to get hairs she missed. My skin tore off. Worst experience ever!!!

Ive been here about 8-10 times and had a pleasurable experience. I went today and had a very unpleasant experience. My pedicure was done by Sun, whom I think is the owner, and she was RUDE. She pushed my legs into the pedicure bowl, very rough on my toes, and did my pedicure in record time of 30 min when usually it takes at least an hour.It was very apparent they were understaffed yet they kept taking clients and multiple tasking between several ladies. They could have easily said, There is a wait. Yet no, money hungry. Def will not go back and def DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure at Cherry Creek Nails. You can go to any one of the women and they all do a spectacular job!! Theyre the best!!

Ive been this salon. According to the CDC regulations the salon need special service rules. The salon owner didnt check customers temperature, Salon need social distancing and between the service chair the owner should install the special glass protection. Unfortunately, I had not seen anyone checking the temperature, the chairs are very near each others and no glass protection at all. It was very difficult during the services. I will not come back again. I believed the staff girls worried about it too.

My entire French tip gel manicure had bubbles and streaks in it, paint under my nails, and on my actual fingers. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and went and had my nails immediately redone at another place instead of staying to have them fixed. I’m currently shopping around for a place to be a long time repeat customer, this was my first time at this location.Horrible picture buts it’s the best I could capture the bubble manicure with my iPhone.Interior is clean, seemed like they were friendly with repeat customers.

I have tried many nail salons in the Denver metro area. I have very weak nails that peel/tear/you name it! When my daughter encouraged me to try the silk wrap/extensions at Cherry Creek Nails, I found the solution I had been looking for! The silk wraps are natural looking and last a lot longer than the usual acrylic. I have been a client of Sun and her staff for over ten years. The ladies always welcome me and ask how I am. They handle the occasional problem customer with grace and dignity. I would highly recommend this salon!

I go to Sun each time I get a mani and pedi! She is absolutely the best. Also the other girls are amazing as well. Very professional and do a great job!

I always leave with my nails looking perfect. I have little nails and not always the easiest to add extensions, however Sun and Tzege make them look so long and natural. I would highly recommend.

Recently moved to Denver and looking for a new salon to call home. I was pleased to hit it on the first try. They have quite a few people working so its easy to walk-in and get done quickly. Friendly staff & wonderful service. :) You can get a massage if you like while your nails dry.

Went in got seated right away everything was ok until the next day. The dip nail clear coat chipping off my nails. Now today one broke. It hasnt been a week yet. I wont go back here.

As previously stated they are very rude, often seemed bothered, especially this particular nail technician who criticized me for pressing on the acetone foils to remove the shellac, which I didnt even touch! She was just irritated the shellac wasnt removing as easily as she would have liked. To make matters worse she was very forceful when I wouldnt move my hand the way she liked. I said thats it and walked out! I used to go there all the time on my lunch breaks, but I had enough, please dont give them your business, there are plenty of other salons that treat their guests with respect and common courtesy, just be nice to your guests! A very unfavorable experience and Im pretty tolerable when it comes to customer expectations.

Went here on my lunch break, inside looked really nice. Staff was very rude. They just chatted to each other the entire time. Way overpriced and the quality of polish and the overall result was not worth the money. Wont be back. Its a shame because it is so close to my work!

I definitely will not be going back here. I gave them three purely because the girl that did my mani/pedi was very thorough and kind. However, the rest of the staff was very rude and almost seemed bothered that I was there interrupting their chat, they were unable to do any type of gel nail design for me including a very simple one, they insisted that they did not have the right products to do design. Also, it took upwards of two hours, and for a basic manicure and pedicure was $65! if anyone knows of somewhere in the tech center area where I can get a decent gel manicure with design please let me know!

I went here once, and never again. The last reviewer is right, they are rude and will talk around you making you feel uncomfortable, and as if you shouldnt be there. The gel manicure I got was good, but far too expensive, and there are other places around that are cheaper and nicer.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome....I moved to Denver in October of 2011 and started working in the DTC area. I needed a place to go close to work that was comfortable enough to go regular. I have been please with them since the first time I walked in.

Walked in and informed me they dont do rebases. Bizarre.

Very poor customer service. Staff are rude and dont care about how they treat their guests. Their work is alright, nothing special. Who you get and how busy they are depends on the work they do! I wouldnt both schedule an appointment because either way you will wait.

They have great service, and i always come out with the nails that i paid for.

This place is awful. Its expensive the staff is rude and when I gave the manicurist a tip she never said thank you. I will never go back. Look up the closests nail salon to this one and go there rather.
