If it was up to me I wouldnt rate any star. Drama from the moment I walked in staff talking aboit other staff, I like a good vibe visit not everyone fighting.. Okay so I went to get a full NEW set lady suggested I kept my old ones on that there was nothing wrong with them.. I was already hesitant that shes trying to use my old nail so like a good citizen I am I told her whatever you suggest youre the professional well not even a day goes by my nail breaks. I walk in and told her that it broke I need a new one well she wasnt too delighted to service me and what I wanted at all. They are very sarcastic and rude. After they got my nail off she made very rude comments only because I wanted my broken nail soaked off... So not only the owner was rude but she had a very nasty customer also yelling at me all because I wanted my nail soaked off.... Very very poor service and attitudes.. Dont go unless you want everything you didnt ask for and more

Love this place I don’t dare go anywhere else. Such nice service the acrylics and gel last forever and are always done nicely. The whole aroma is very inviting. They have so many different options and are willing to try out requested designs. I drive all the way from boulder just to get my nails done here. I love it and highly recommend!

I did a dip manicure and I can honestly say my nails have never been done so poorly. They didn’t shape them or file them down appropriately. It looks like blobs on my nails. Also, it was supposed to be a manicure, but they didn’t do anything besides the dip.. not even my cuticles. Very disappointing.

The owner Sandy does a phenomenal job on my nails and my toes! She makes me laugh every time I come in. The other ladies in the shop know how to give the best massage when getting a pedicure! I highly recommend them.

Sandy and her team are fantastic! Ive come in every 3 weeks for the last 6 months because theyre so great. Shellac manis, acrylics that last forever, and wonderful pedicures. Im hooked. And Sandy is willing to help you try something new. Maybe pointed nails, or chrome, maybe a design. No matter what I constantly am getting compliments! They can always fit me in and theyre a great deal.

Took a while. And the place isn’t that great looking. But the SERVICE is fantastic. Awesome place.

Will never go here again. Melissa did my feet and she cut me twice. One leaving a gash on my big toe. It’s somewhat healed. There’s a scab over it and it won’t go away. Still hurts when that toe presses against something. It’s been over a month. It’s very unsightly and looks like it’s going to leave a scar. She also took way too long! She said she has many years of experience but I didn’t see it that day. She appeared to be high. Could just be how she is but either way, I will not spend money here ever again!!!!

Bestest place to go

I know they have great reviews, but I did not have a good experience. Pedicure cuticle work was painful. Finished an hour ago, you can see how bad my toes look. I had a young man, who tried very hard, but very clearly did not know what he was doing. Also got a manicure from a different person, which is slightly better but many of my nails are filed at a slant and the work on my cuticles is inconsistent.

I love this nail salon! All times that I have been there they do a wonderful job. They have a great selection of colors and their staff is all very friendly.

Sandy is great! Love her! The other ladies, not so much. Melissa is nice but she’s not good at doing your nails or feet. Usually I’d have an ok experience. My last visit just wasn’t that great. From the beginning to the end I was very irritated. What irritated me the most during my last visit was one of the workers laughing at this guy on tv because of the way he talked. He was deaf. She knew that but continued to laugh. It was such a happy story since the elementary school kids learned sign language to sing happy birthday to him as a surprise (he was an awesome janitor at their school) and she sat there laughing. I don’t care what anyone says, I thought that was very rude. No one else is laughing but kind of looking at her like are you serious? I have plenty more to say about the times I’ve gone there but I just know this time was it. I will not be going back.
