I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! I went here and got my nails done it has been 3 days songs I have and the gel nail polish is melting off!!!! And the acrylic nails are crooked and the gel is chipping off!!!! I was very rushed at this place she did my nails as fast as she could I even got cut by them for I will be going somewhere better next time I stopped here because the other places were booked. Please do not go here

I had a great experience here! I had previously went to a different salon and had a horrible time and ended up with nails that I was embarrassed to be seen with so I came here to get them off and start new. He made sure the entire time that I was happy with the color and how it looked. He took his time and I ended up with nails I love. I will definitely be back!

I randomly came to this salon in desperate need to get my nails fixed. I had a horrible nail experience. My nails had my hands in pain doing basic things and were not shaped properly nor was the design I requested done. Julie was inside Lucio Nails when I entered. She immediately helped me. No hesitation what so ever. She advised the acrylic was too close to my cuticles and that is why my hands were in pain. She did not make me come back later. She sat me down and immediately started reshaping my nails. I love the outcome and my hands are no longer in pain! Julie is a breath of fresh air and I’m so grateful to her. She is now my new nail tech and I will always refer anyone who asks of a nail place in Greenville to Lucio Nail due such a great experience!

I got a dip manicure and a nail cracked clean off the same night!! I we t back the next morning to get it fixed and the same lady that did my nails the day before ( named Julie) refused to fix my mail, stating she had an appointment. Though no one else was in the shop at the time. I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

My sister recommended Lucio. She has never had a bad experience but from the minute I walked in I was treated rudely. I realize I was a walk in two hours before close but I do not ever think it is okay to be rude to potential customers. I ended up driving across the street to Xanadu instead. Make sure to have an appointment way in advance for this place. They are not very walk in friendly.

NEVER COMING BACK!! Charge me $130 for a pedicure and a set of acrylic nails, didn’t even ask me if was ok? She just swipe my card and charge me for, I send a message never response. 😡

Got a pedicure and they put almost no effort into it. Took 15 minutes. I basically just got my toes painted. It looks fine, but I expect more than that.

Don’t go to this place. The owner has no clue what she was doing and was extremely rude. My eyebrows were absolutely butchered, and by the time she started doing my nails she started rushing through. Furthermore, she never stopped talking on her phone and actually payed attention to what she was doing. When I wanted to stop the awful service she was doing, she started calling me names and offended and the Indian culture. Ultimately, i recommend that you stay as far away from this place as possible.

VERY RUDE! It seems from other reviews that they treat you better if you’re a regular, but not sure how anyone would want to return here regularly. Extremely rude, expensive, very very rushed and bad service- it’s like they do the bare minimum and can’t wait to get you out the door. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Worst manicure I have ever had on top on being treated POORLY! Myself, mom and sister had scheduled manicures for a Saturday - staff was RUDE and rushed through the service. I could not wait to get out of that establishment. Do not waste your time or money. I would give them a zero if possible!

Well, the color I chose on the display (gel polish) was not the same color they gave me and they argued it was (it clearly wasn’t), two of my nails are crooked and bumpy, AND they charged me $10 more than any other nail salon I have been to. They only good thing about this salon is they were nice. That’s it. Wouldn’t recommend.

This was my first visit here and the owner was very rude! She got mad because I don’t want to run my card as debit. Then she told me to write my pin on the slip that i signed. I told her no. Then she asked me did i have a problem. I told her yes because you don’t tell me how to use my card. She tried to cause a scene. I told her are you good now. I don’t recommend a dog to go here to get their toe nails clip.

I have to say I was disappointed with this place. My friend and I made appointments last minute and upon our arrival there we realized there were only two people working. Which I wasnt rushing so that is fine that I had to wait a little bit. My friends nails were being done and mine were started about 20 minutes after her (I think by the owner?) Again not a big deal until all of a sudden my nails were done before hers. Not sure how that should have happened if I was started way later and we were sitting right next to each other. I barely got a massage and everything felt super rushed. When I got home I realized she didn’t even bother to put a topcoat on my nails. I had to do that myself. I wont be going back. Next time if you’re understaffed don’t take the appointment please. I would rather you say no then gave me poor rushed service.

This is the best nail salon in Greenville. Julie is amazing and she and her husband, Jimmy, take the time to get to know their customers. They learn your names and preferences and remember their returning customers. My mom and I searched all over Greenville for our perfect fit when we moved here and we’ve never loved a salon more. It is very clean and nice, friendly service, great prices, and a job well done! They always serve those with an appointment prior to walk-ins, so make an appointment before going! Julie also did a private party for me, my family, and bridesmaids two nights before my wedding and it was a wonderful experience.

Posted hours are 9:30 - 6:30, but didnt open until almost 10 am. I asked for ombre acrylic using forms not tips. Since it is Halloween season I asked for red and black ombre. I was told by the owner she cant do my nails without tips because my nails are too short. She told me that she doesnt have red or black acrylic powder. Now, if you didnt want to do it fine, just say so. I know that this business does do forms, has red acrylic powder, and definitely has black acrylic powder. I have read other reviews stating how rude she (the owner) is, and I experienced that rudeness today. What a shame. Oh, she also quickly pointed out how expensive it would be. Personally I can afford what I wanted, but for her to judge me like that was racist and rude.

Dont waste your time on this tiny place. They do not appear to have any employees and the wait will be very long. The staff is very rude especially the lady at the front... or the only lady. They also have $15 minimum charge for debit and charge a service fee on top of that.

This salon was so rude to me. I came in at 6 to get my eye brows done thats all they turned me away. And rudely told me that dont take debit cards. I had cash too but Im not spending my money where Im not wanted. A Nails across the street was so polite fit me in and did an Awesome job. I wont be back to Lucio and will never recommend them. Your lost! I bring clientele wherever I go.

Total rip-off! You need to pay attention to what theyre doing when you ask for a manicure.. The first time I went there I didnt need a pedicure so I asked for a manicure... Basically, all she did was change the Polish and then charged me $45(which didnt Dawn on me until later that day) Today, I asked for mani/pedi and the gentleman tried to do that again. But since I was partying attention this time I simply asked him if he was going to do the cuticles and he said... Oh, you want a manicure? ..I said yes of course and he then he did a full manicure.. Also, Ive never paid $125+tip to get this work done before today.. Customer service stinks too! I came in and was not greeted or even acknowledged for 45 minutes.. When she finally acknowledged me, she asked what color (most places, thats the second thing they say to you upon arrival and the color choices are typically kept in the reception area. When I said im not sure because I didnt see the color choices she schooled and humiliated me by saying..why not?you should pick while you were waiting so long..I politely responded that if anytime wouldve acknowledged my existence I wouldve realized they keep the color choices on a random counter.. Just dont water your time with this place!

Best place to get your nails done in Greenville. Staff are kind and you are always well taken care of. Have had several mani-pedis here as well as acrylics and both turned out beautiful. Reasonable prices make this place even better! Love Lucio Nails!

I moved from charleston and thought I would never find someone as good as my tech down there but Lucio does not disappoint! How she doesnt have 5 stars blows my mind.I have been going to Ms Julie regularly for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy going and seeing her! I drive 45 min to get to her salon and let me tell you ITS WORTH IT! Dont miss out! If youre looking for a nice, clean, friendly salon then, hands down, this is the place to go.

Had the best experience I ever had with a nail salon. Not only felt I was welcomed but they did an amazing job with my nails!!!

They were nice people, but they overcharged me for my nails. I got stiletto acrylics and they charged me $40. Acrylics here are supposed to be $25 and it doesnt cost $15 to cut my nails into a triangle. On top of that, she made them almond shaped, didnt even do my cuticles, and she didnt even do my nails down to my cuticles. I got them done yesterday, and I can see my nail. Also, the sides of my nails are uncovered. Worst nail place that I have ever been to.

I was looking at nail polishes and she scolded me and told me to get away from it not to mention she was treating us poorly because we had to PULL MONEY FROM OUR CARD. Very rude place. Expensive. Full set for $65 from fresh nails. Nails were pretty but had to file to straighten some of them up after I got home.

The people in this place are unprofessional I came in and asked to get a full set 2 ladies were getting pedicures one lady was standing up towards the back of the facility that works there as well she didnt speak or ask if I needed help the lady that was giving the pedicure was rude I told her that I was on a time limit and she never gave me a wait time instead she said that nails are done by appointment their is no sign stating that they do only by appointment on their doors like Diamond Nails have on their doors . I wont be returning and wont refer anyone I know you dont be rude or unprofessional to the consumer they keep your business going

This place treated my wife terribly. Incredibly rude, did not listen to what she wanted, insulted her while they were doing the work, and ripped her off on the price at the end. Do not go here!

My first and last time going to this nail salon. They do not close until 7:30. I walked in at 5:11 and they told me that they were closed.

DO NOT GO HERE! I as not treated with respect nor did I feel pampered! The man was rude and did a rush pedicure and then had a teenager polish. He was very rude he did not speak or ask if I was ok. He abruptly got up to work on a much thinner client. The teenager didnt speak either and she left my toes with a bubble in the polish. I had to ask for this to be repaired and she had a rude attitude. I was then left there for a very long time more than 30 mins. Others came in and where turned away. The lady beside me had her feet in the water for a long time with no acknowledgment she finally got up and left. I had to ask to check out. This was done by the teenager who told me one price then charged my card for more. When I mentioned it she said thats the price then grabbed the signed receipt out of my hand turned her back and walked away. Neither the man or woman acknowledged this nor said thankyou. I will never go here again. I would rate them a minus 10. Beware they are rude and do not provide good service. They also appear to treat heavier people with disrespect!

Julie at Lucios Nails was highly recommended to me. I called early in the morning and asked how much for a fill-in they gave me a price of $18.00I asked to see Julie, they told me to come at 1pm.I arrived about five minutes early and brought my nail polish with me. They sat me down at a long skinny table with all the nail polish behind the nail artist backs. I was thinking I was really glad I brought my shade of polish with me. A man came up sat down, didnt introduce himself and started working on my nails. So after about five minutes I said Hi Im Tammy, is that Julie with the orange sweater? He nodded yes. (she wasnt doing anyones nails and just talking to a co worker) So I said when I called I was scheduled with Julie he mumbled something and then said She too busy now, I do your nail.Strike #1 for me.Strike #2 came when a pretty black woman walked in for the first time ever, they told her to choose a polish. She walked behind the skinny table and nail artist and started looking at polish. A man came up to her and told her to Get back from behind the table! Not to pick up nail polish, and just tell them the number of polish she wanted! I was LIVID! So rude of him for humiliating her. I started to say something but didnt and she turned hung her head and walked to other side.By that time I just wanted Out Of There!#3rd and Final Strike came after I washed my hands before he was to polish. A young girl was sitting in his seat when I returned and picked up my nail polish and motioned for me to put my hand out. She polished my nails, never introducing herself either. Then told me its $22.00. I looked at her and said when I called they told me $18.00. She mumbled in Vitnamese something to the man, looked back at me and said its $22.00 today. She brought me the receipt to add a tip and I was charged $22.75! I asked her what the .75cents was for? She said credit card fee. So I hurried up signed the receipt and Did Not leave a tip because I will never go back again!I would leave ZERO Stars if I could. They lied, were rude and not friendly at all. They dont have to be my best friend but if Im paying THEM for a Service I do EXPECT them to be Courteous.
