I went to this salon today, I was in a hurry and they were kind and quick to help me. She did my nails and did an amazing job. They have a huge selection, have plenty of employees and communicate well. Plus their hours of operation make it easy for anyone.

I’m blown away by how good My nails look, it’s been one week already and they look just as good when I got them done. John the nail technician did such a great job. He paid attention to detail. Took his time on cleaning up my cuticles and making them look perfect. I will definitely be a regular client from now on.

Someone cancelled and we were lucky enough to get squeezed in! Our first time.to this location. They did not disappoint. I got a regular manicure and my polish still looks perfect after 4 days and that NEVER happens! Friendly staff and very clean. Im definitely coming back :-)

Massage chairs are AMAZING! 3 in total received Pedicures ALL very happy with and reasonably priced the 3 of us did Deluxe with Lavender and it included paraffin wax super amazing! i live in Marion NC, but i may have to come down when needed 🧡 (its an 1 hour and half drive 🚗) not that big of a deal, plus I can visit friends while Im there 😊

My new favorite nail salon! I never wait when I come here even just walking in. They accommodate to all my needs and make sure I’m satisfied with my nails.Only thing is I wish they had bags in their foot spas, would feel a little more sanitary. Other than that, I enjoy coming here.

I went and got my nails done Saturday and my pinky finger nail just popped off out of no where on Monday. I hadnt done anything for it to just come off like that either. I told the manager that when I went and got it fixed the next day and she still said that I had to pay for the repair and acted as if she didnt even care that I had literally just came in a few days ago. Now today 3 days later from getting that first repair, two more nails has started to lift. I will not recommend them at all and definitely wont be back.

Was able to get an appt same day called...Service & hospitality was superb...best pedicure ever had!! & Eyelashes were on point!! Will definitely go back next time in Greenville.

I have been here for an hour and a half now (I made an appointment hours before coming) and I have still not been seen. The fumes of acetone has given me and immense headache and I feel as though I’m going to throw up. No one as made when a slight effort to even show me to a service station.If I could leave 0 stars... I would.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, the experience was an 11/10 and the ladies were really engaged and skillful and they are extremely talented because we all got great results and our nails came out just like the picture!

I left with my nails so bumpy it looks like a mountain range. There is also a hair in one of my nails. They looked so bad I went to a different place the same day in order to get them redone. Not worth the money.

I was excited to find a nail salon with a 5 star review. Now its clear to me all of their reviews must be fake. Ive had many sets of acrylics before and decided to try Castles sns nails. After a painful hour and a half and $50 my nails came out thick, uneven, and poorly shaped. After only two hours my nails began to chip and break. I called to tell the manager who was polite, but unhelpful. I asked about a refund and he told me to come by the next day and he would look at them. I made the hour long trip back to the salon just to be told they dont give refunds. The manager offered to reshape and put another layer of clear coat on my nails, which was disappointing. ******Do not go to this salon******* Im sure if you wanted to get a basic polish they would do a fine job, but DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS, SNS, OR PINK AND WHITES. I can tell you now that you will be disappointed.

Don’t recommend. me and my friend went here and were not satisfied whatsoever. we paid $40 for gel nails which is very over priced. i could’ve done better. they didn’t fix it when she asked them to and they didn’t do the right color on mine. they’re LUMPY. he didn’t understand when i told him it wasn’t the right color so i just gave up trying. i highly recommend finding a different place.

I got a full set of acrylic nails at this salon, and less than 24 hours later, they started chipping. The service was fast and cheap, but my nails werent given enough time to cure whatsoever because of that.

Visited this salon for the first time! I got the Royal Pedicure, Anne was so sweet she did amazing on my feet, she’s a perfectionist for sure she will not stop until you are completely satisfied. I got the dip powder on my nails it looks good but it’s a bit messy/ lumpy in some areas but overall it was a great experience I will definitely be returning. Just won’t get the dip powder again I prefer a clean smooth look

My first time at Castle spa and I have to say they treated me and my wife excellent. I got my yearly pedicure 😁 and had a milk and honey package that they had. They give you a glass of wine or beer. They have list of different drinks to choose from. I think my wife got the deluxe . They give a massage of your legs and feet and they have the massage chairs. We really enjoyed our experience there and highly recommend Castle Nails and Spa.

This place is really clean. Everyone was nice and attentive. My nails are polished OK. Just OK. I just that think my nails shouldve been a little shinier after the top coat was put on.

Elizabeth always does my manicures and pedicures, and I love them. I recently sent my girlfriend to her for a treat and she was so satisfied. She absolutely loved her nails with designs and jewels. Hands down the best place I have gone so far in Greenville. Michael was incredible- very detailed, gentle, and actually took his time making sure my nails looked perfect which is more than I can say for some of the other spots around town. The salon has a very relaxed vibe and I liked that the pedicure stations were separated from the manicure stations. Will definitely be coming back soon for a pedicure- and bringing friends with me!

Honestly this place was bad. I’ve paid $15 for a pedicure and had an extremely better experience than here. Everything was rushed. Also, I even mentioned my experience in front of the owner of the store and he didn’t even ask me about it or make it better in any way. He was rude too. DO NOT recommend!

My friends and I love Castle Nails. They have many pedicure chairs so we are able to sit together while sipping on a glass of complimentary wine. I also go here to get my gel nails done. The number of color options available is almost overwhelming. I have worked with just about every employees at this business and each one has extreme attention to detail. Oh! And it’s pretty there. :)

Michael did my nails they looked good but they were lifting after 4-5 days. Called to ask if he could fix and the woman on the phone immediately asked if she could call me back. I knew what that meant.. I never received a call back. Went somewhere else and paid to fix them.

I have been going here for a few months now, and I will not go anywhere else! Kelly and the other nail techs do a fantastic job. I am a bartender and am rough on my nails. My nails still look amazing when I go in for my fill. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was awesome.... I will be coming back my nails are gorgeous I got alot of complements at my job and everywhere I go. The customer service was excellent.

The customer service was wonderful but the services I received was not. My nails are bulky and I let the technician talked me into a shape I did not like and it was too late because they were my real nails. But the main thing that I was not satisfied with the most was the pricing. I paid $53 for a FILL IN. yes I had Gel and Gel polish but I never should have paid that much!!!! I will not be returning.

Best pedicure for a male in Greenville! I spent a week in the field, also in the rain, with the army then stopped by Castle nail for a pedicure. They were phenomenal! They spent an hour getting my feet back into presentable shape!

My nails finally are the way I want them. I do the SNS powder on semi short oval nails and they have looked perfect each time that Michael does them. This past time I did an ombre look and they are the best Ive ever had. I think Michael can do whatever you want so it is worth it to see him!

Amazing Customer Service! I have been searching for a new nail salon & I believe I finally found it! TT has amazing skills as a nail tech! I just had my nails done at a different salon the day before & was unhappy, not to mention 2 nails had already broken. I walked in this salon, explained my dilemma & TT went to work with no problem. My nails look amazing!

Three days ago I walked in for an acrylic full set. The people were friendly, but my tech seemed very rushed. By the time I left I noticed not only my polish had all these weird wrinkles everywhere, but today (THREE DAYS LATER) one nail just completely broke off while I was washing my hands! Right now Im traveling to an event in NYC, I dont have the spare time to go get this fixed. I guess I just wasted $55. Look how thin the acrylic was on my nails. I would like a refund! Someone from Castle Nails please reply with contact information for a manager.

I came in because of the great reviews. Was talked into SNS pink/white. There was black fuzz in 7/10 nails. I pointed this out to him and he buffed my nails down A BUNCH and said it was good. I said no, the black fuzz is still in four of my nails. He said its fine, it takes a long time to redo. He proceeded to charge me full price. None of the other workers standing around said anything and allowed him to charge me $50 for it despite me pointing to the fuzz and voicing my complaints. Im supremely dissatisfied and am angry that their customer service was so poor. Disappointed. I hope your experience is not as this.

Upon moving to Greenville it was so hard to find a great nail salon like back home, but Kelly and her sister are wonderful. Great experience I always love my nails. No complaints, also great small talk. I will be making this place my new nail home.

Ive been here twice and purchased a gift certificate. The hours are attractive. I think I would have enjoyed my experience better had I had different nail techs. I had 2 different men each visit for pedicure and sns french manicure. They just didnt seem as friendly. I will visit again and will ask for different tech. I visited at the recommendation of a relative. The place was clean from my view.

I went here for the first time last Monday and my $50 dip nails are already chipping. For paying that much for a dip manicure, I expect it to last at least a month if not a few weeks. Nice staff but disappointed.

We had a wedding party of 15 that had an appointment with another local nail salon and after waiting for 1 hour, only 2 people of our party were attended to. We droppped in and had immediate excellent service. Great job! Would book all future girls days out with them.

Left a very unhappy customer. I was over charged and I didn’t get the nails I wanted. I asked for pointy tip nails but ended up getting coffin tip unlike I wanted. I will not recommend this place to no one. I still had acrylic globs behind my nails and they were super thick and lumpy. My natural long nails were also not trimmed. Ended up paying $40 for a regular polished acrylic full set with normal length.

This was my first time going to castle nails and I solely went based on reviews on here and man am I so glad I did!!! I was in need of help fixing a previous dip polish from another salon and I’m not sure I could be any happier! Michael listened and did exactly what I wanted to a tee! This was my 1st time here. I was searching for a new salon after firing my old one. Michael was amazing. I had the deluxe lavender pedi and pink & white ombre SNS for my nails. He took his time and did an excellent job. Whereas my last salon would only dip the nail twice resulting in easy breakage, Michael thoroughly coated each nail. Beautiful result.
