I was in town visiting family and us girls decided to have our nails done. 2 had Mani and 2 had Pedi. I was surprised we were able to get an appt for a few hours after we called, I never imagined wed be able to get in on such short notice but we did! I hadnt been to this salon but was surprised when I saw how big it was! There were plenty of Mani stations and Pedi stations. I have a tender spot on my heel so I told the tech about it. He was very careful not to hurt me and kept asking if I was ok. I will definitely be back next time Im in town.

Well I figured it would be great but I was completely wrong. I was not pleased by how bumpy my nails are and I have a crack in one of them. Mind you I paid 63$ to get them done like 3 days ago. They look horrible, I’m going to have them get fixed somewhere else because I doubt this place will do anything. Waste of money. I don’t ever write reviews but it’s just so annoying that I can’t get a great experience at a nail salon. I’ll never come back.

I love this shop because the price is always good but recently I stopped getting my nails done regularly because they dont last very long. I normally get tips and dip powder but after like 4-5 days a couple of my nails end of popping off or getting messed up. This time I got the dip powder ombre with tips. I got them done on Thursday and today (Monday) one of my nails broke off while I was taking a hair bow out of my daughters hair. I was really not putting pressure on it. After $60+ on a manicure and it only lasts a couple of days I was extremely upset. It is NOT worth it. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be getting my nails done anytime soon.

Love my nails, they did chip easily. I have used powder before, but this didn’t seem to last. Will be back to try again.

Pedicure could be better but overall, staff are great. I had a filling with designs and pedicure with paraffin treatment.

This place has it going on! Got me right in for a pedicure. They have a guy that does nothing but clean up tools and wipe chairs. Very impressive! I will be back!

I showed my nail tech a picture that I wanted my nails to look like and she did her best to make that happen. Fairly priced and decent quality.

I wanted longer nails, coffin shape, with nail art. There was definitely a language barrier and in the end I got white tip dip nails on the length I already had. That wasnt what I came in for but I did like the end result.

Very busy salon and theres a reason: well trained manicurists and nice pedicure stations. Everything usually runs pretty smoothly. A Gel Polish manicure starts at $25 and a mani-pedi can go to $80 easily with a tip if you get the works. Pick from the menu to stay within budget or get the luxury treatment. They do a great job.

Took my daughter for a much needed mommy and me girls day and was a little worried in my thoughts about pricing as I was on a tight budget. But wanted to enjoy it with my daughter As I was starting relax the nail technician told me that someone had already paid for our services.. that meant more then you know and it was definitely worth the drive from Berea area .. thank you to the nice person who did that for us !

Tammy at Oscar nails is so great! I walked in with no appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. She was so sweet and friendly. She took her time, did not rush through the service and was upfront with me about the cost before she even started. Fantastic service.

Visited on 6/9/21 it was my 1st time after several years getting my nails done. I decided on a deluxe pedicure and nexgen dip powder manicure and I had a great experience. I believe Crystal was the name of my nail tech and she did fabulous. Would def be back!

Staff are friendly and effective. The space is clean and spacious. But, do not try to go in without an appointment! It is always very populated.

I had dip polish on my nails today, and instead of soaking my nails, my tech popped them off with acrylic nails and broke four or five of my nails in the process. She didn’t apologize and acted like this was a normal process. When putting on the dip polish, she only got the powder on half the nail and it resulted in uneven and lumpy nails. She wasn’t particularly gentle or nice and only spoke to me to ask my color and if I liked my nails at the end. I’m highly disappointed in my experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have an appointment with someone good (Tammy is great).Otherwise, you get a sub-par experience and mediocre looking nails.

I came into this establishment and signed in waited about 30 minutes maybe a little bit longer multiple people that were early for their appointments was called that came after me while I waited patiently finally I was called and Sarah did my nails beautifully even though the acrylic burned pretty bad . So I got all finished and went to pay the cashier stated that a full set of acrylic nails with clear polish cost $45 Ive never paid that much for nails he stated they go by length in which my nail length is not long at all I think these people just make up prices depending on who it is that they want to charge a higher or lower pricing for . They have no pricing list anywhere in site so needless to say I wont be back due to the pricing

I have been going here consistently for about 6 months now, and I waited to write a review to get the most accurate feel for the place and how it runs. After trying a handful of different nail techs, I found one (Sue) that does a great job for what I’m looking for - she earned all three of the stars I gave. However, their scheduling system has made my last few experiences quite frustrating. If you call to make an appointment, the phone either goes to voicemail and the voicemail box is full, or it doesn’t ring at all and you get a busy signal. They are so incredibly busy in the afternoons and weekends that you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes, even if you have an appointment. And if you show up 5 minutes late for an appointment, they’ll give it away and make you wait the walk-in time. It’s great that they’re so successful, but it seems like the writing-names-on-a-piece-of-paper scheduling system isn’t efficient enough for the volume of customers they have. Just be sure to schedule 2-3 hours out of your day if you decide to visit.

I went to have dips removed and to receive a standard polish. They used a dremel for the removal....They ground my nails so much that my nails have a pronounced ledge in the nail bed.What was left behind, of course, were nail beds that are months away from healthy. The nails were ground so thin they peel/disintegrate before they can grow. They look chewed to the quick and are painful, weeks later.Far from what I expected, and horribly disappointing.They did not care.

This place is wonderful!!! I had the Oscar Pedicure and it was so relaxing! The massage chairs are great and the staff is very personable. You should consider making an appointment if its a holiday. Otherwise people just walk in and are taken to a chair within 10 mins. ENJOY!!!!

I was nervous to visit here with so many mixed reviews, particularly focusing on manicures. I made an appointment for a deluxe pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed it - no wait time and the employee was efficient but thorough. She was kind but didn’t speak much, which is not a deal breaker. Polish job could’ve been cleaner for the pedicure, but I chose a neutral color so it’s not too obvious (that’s the only minor negative). They accommodated me when I asked if I could add the dip powder as a service. I always get a basic color, nothing fancy. I had a different nail technician for the manicure and she did a great job! I have tiny, short nails and she was able to shape and clean them up very well. I can’t say how long the polish will hold up yet, but I will visit again based off this first impression.

Word of advice please make sure you know exactly what you want and the process. I am not someone who does nails often so when I do go I wouldn’t know when they’re not doing what I asked for. I asked for gel and they repeated it. However, I was given something that was pricier. Also if they could not do gel for the style I wanted I think they should have informed me to give me a chance to change the style. I was also cut when the lady used that drill file thing (not sure what it’s called) she apologized but continued laughing. I’m not a confrontational person so I didn’t do anything. Overall, I’m not fully satisfied with my nails and I haven’t gotten any compliments on them either... just advice to not go back.

Only go here to get eyebrows waxed. They dont make appts. For this so it may take a while to get it done. But other than that, they do good work.

They have never done bad on my nails and they are quick with walk in and appointments. They are friendly and most of them will talk to you while doing your nails or toes.

I have always loved coming to oscars for all my nail and waxing needs since before the pandemic I have never met a single rude or unwelcoming employee here. The setting is so relaxing with the dimmed lights in the pedicure area with light music and calming aromas. Since the pandemic they have taken every precaution to make sure you have a relaxing safe and clean experience. This last time I visited my nail tech was Mary. She was so kind and gentle but also very quick and thorough. I tried dip nails for the first time and she was very patient with all my questions and concerns. She Did such an amazing job as did Danny who did my aunt’s mani pedi. They were both very kind and talkative gentle and quick. I left once again beyond satisfied and I highly recommend Oscars to anyone looking for their new regular place. Thank you so much for the awesome service guys!!

Guy who did my nails told me to pick my own damn color. Then he did not want to do the design on my nails and charged me $80.00. Disgusting behavior, very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I used to enjoy going here. Unfortunately, my last several dip manicures have been rushed and look terrible. I have not felt like they are putting the customers first. The nail technicians are not kind and very impatient while I choose my color. Its also so dark in there and when I go outside my nail color looks like a completely different from what chose. Ive taken my child with me a few times and they reprimanded him when it was uncalled for 2 times. My nails have been bumpy. Ive asked for them to be fixed and they act put out and do not correctly fix them. They raised their prices and Im just not willing to give them any more chances which is unfortunate because its so close to my house.

Best nail salon in town. Bring a picture and they will literally replicate it.Talented nail technicians and very friendly customer service

I was there for a pedicure but needed to have some gel removed off my toenails from a previous pedicure. All the tech did was file alittle old gel off, instead of properly soaking it off, proceeded with the pedicure. The nail polish came off two toenails before I even arrived home because the old gel was still on my toes. He rushed through the entire pedicure. Poorly done. I will never go back.

My wife booked an appointment today for a manacure for herself and a pedicure for my 13 year old daughter. My wife did not realize that my 12 year old daughter was up sold additional services without my wifes consent until she went to pay for the services. This should have been discussed with my wife and not my daughter. They will not be going to this location again.

I will not go back. It was bad experience. They tried very forcibly to separate me and my two young daughters and put me in a completely different room from my children. I went to enjoy an experience with my daughters and not be upset by the staff arguing with me about why I will not be separated from my children without even a sight line of where they are. It really upset me and the mama bear in me came out. I will not return.

I have been a customer here for so many years and never had a problem. The last time I went (Aug. 7th) was my worst experience. Danny did my nails and toes and did a great job, but my toes started to chip the very next day. I went back to see if they would fix it and management agreed, then when Danny came to me he hounded me about fixing it and was so completely rude and refused to fix them. I left so upset assuming they would fix it, without arguing. I love this place, but would never want to deal with Danny again. (And I had left him a very large tip.)

I was super excited to come here since I’ve heard amazing things and I haven’t liked any other salons I’ve tried. I came to get a pedicure and a fill. During the pedicure my technician was just talking to the customer besides me the whole time and the other technician. He wasn’t paying attention to my pedicure and did a half a** massage. Then I went to get a fill. My new technician began to tell me that I needed a whole new set because my nails I had on were horrible. They were 2.5 weeks old. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for 13 years, I know when I need to get a new set. While he was doing my nails the entire time he was almost scolding me for not getting a new set, telling me how bad they were, and I absolutely needed to get a new set next time. Shaking his head and getting upset I wasn’t getting a new set. I then showed him the color I wanted, he once again began to tell me that it’s not going to cover my old nails since they are old. I told him to do it anyways. At the end he asked me several times if I liked my nails. I said yes, he responded with “ yes they look good, but you should of gotten a new set and next time you come in this color won’t be here anymore “. He cut my fingers in three different places and left powder all over my fingers. He didn’t cover the whole tips with colors and there’s still bare places. I was very pleased with the color until the next day it had turned white, I got a light pink. I didn’t touch any chemicals or do anything to make it change colors. I went back to have them re do it and they told me I would have to pay for a color change. That it wasn’t their fault the color had changed. You can see the originally color on the bottom of the thumb in the picture below.

Poor service. Over priced they don’t offer the quality of service to charge what the prices they do... plus they talked trash about you during service. I used google translate and picked up on what what was saying... if you don’t want to do my BLACK HEAVY FEET don’t do them. I didn’t make you do feet for a living...

Knew it was too good to be true. First visit was extremely good went off word of mouth on this business. Very impressed with the size and no wait time of service. Well todays visit was not so good. My technician was great it was the rude towel lady that approached me very rudely and said I need this chair as if I was chilling mind you Im waiting for my toes to dry. As to speak to management his whole demeanor was way off as well look at me and said what o no sir that will be the last time my card will be charged here. Back to my original spot

Emily did a great job! I started using NexGen in Florida so I was pleasantly surprised to find a salon in Greenville that used NexGen and had a wide variety of colors to choose from. My color is perfect for the crossover from summer to fall. Ill definitely be returning while here.

I was assigned to one tech, when I showed her what design I wanted another tech took over instead. I assumed he knew how to do what I wanted done but I was wrong. Instead of listening to me when I noticed mistakes to correct them, he seemed to be more concerned on the amount of rhinestones I was going to be getting put on that would take time. I was willing to pay whatever it was worth. I left with a terrible job. My paint started to chip, rhinestones fell off and my coffin shape is definitely not shaped correctly on half of my fingers. I was told to come in and have them fix the next day when I called but due to a funeral out of town I was unable to, they were closed for the holiday and I came in today and was told I needed to make an appointment now with the person who originally did my nails. I got them done on a Friday and have to wait almost a full week to get them fixed. $85!!! The other services were awesome. Very clean and professional. My friend’s nails look amazing. Her tech was named Hannah. I didn’t even ask for the guy who did mine...I was very disappointed.

I have not been able to find a great nail salon in the upstate. I tried several after moving back from Atlanta and then gave up for a while. My cousin informed me of where she goes and how satisfied she’s been, so I decided to give them a go. First time was a great experience and needless to say I’ve been going ever sense! I wanted to experience them a few times before I left a review. I’ve been completely satisfied with their services each time and one of the major factors for me is they don’t rush you like other nail salons do here. My feet were able to soak before they started to work on them lol. I think I’ve finally found a home. The one downside about the this one as well as most other nail salons in SC is that they don’t speak English 100% of the time. The nail bar I went to in Atlanta intentionally spoke English in front of their customers. Other than that, top notch. They are a bit more pricey than others in the area but it is worth it. I even bring my mom with me now. She loves them just as much if not more!!

It was great. I am impressed and plan to make this my regular salon. Their prices are great and my nails are exactly how I wanted them. The nail tech took the time and was careful to get them perfectly how I like them from taking the old polish off, fixing the nail that had broken, doing the fill-in, and doing the gel polish. Im picky and impressed, so Id suggest this salon to anyone!

Honestly just stay away. I have had countless bad experiences here so I don’t know why I even come back. They can’t do nail art, so don’t ask. Came back minutes later to ask if someone can fix my nails just for them to say “they look fine to me.” Rude, unprofessional, and such a waste of money.

Unfortunately, Ive had several very rushed, very poor experiences at Oscar Nail. My spa pedicure took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. My heels are still rough, and I didnt receive the scrub that was advertised for my pedi. My cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed. My nails were not shaped and are very uneven. The nail polish was applied incredibly thick and looks bumpy. It also does not go to the corner of any of my nails.When I brought this up at check out, I had someone lift my foot to look at the work and smudge the already thick nail polish. Oscar offered to take $10 off my price. However, they did not offer to fix the prob and I still paid for the unprofessional service.Please do not go to Oscar Nails if you like quality work and kindness.

We used to go here all the time, but lately our experiences have been worse and worse. Very slow service (even with an appointment) and terribly argumentative and impossibly rude owners when any problem is brought to their attention seem to be the norm now. After a particularly bad recent visit, we won’t be back.

Came in on time at 5:30pm, they refuse to serve without mask. Had to drive all the way home and back with mask. When I called to let them know I had to change my appointment from 5:30 to 6:15 bc I didn’t have a mask, the girl I spoke with hung up on me! I get there and I’ve told them both when I schedule my appointment And when I got there that I prefer a male nail tech. I get there at the new time I told them I can make it and they don’t have the special request that they promised me. Someone then had to come to tell me that. Not only did I have to make two trips, and got hung up on but they wasted my time and didn’t honor my request like they said. Bunch of jerks!

I have gone to a lot of nail salons in the Greenville area, this nail salon is the cleanest one I’ve been to. Even before Covid, but even more now. I always go to Howie, he is the only technician I have found that can do my dip powder and it last four weeks!!

I called beforehand and asked if it would anything to fix my acrylic tip that broke after just 3 days. The lady on the phone said yes it would be free. The original nail technician pawned me off to someone else even though he was available. The new technician did a rush job(including prying off the remainder of my old nail) AND I got charged 5 dollars. Since they literally lied to me for five bucks after I already spent $115, I cant recommend this place.

I got a gel polish change on my nails and toes. It cost me $80. I wanted ombre nails and a design. He told me he didnt have time to do my nails. Barely a week later the gel was chipping off my nails and toes.

I had an appointment at 3:30 sat for an hour before being served. I showed a picture of what I wanted, which was marble. The First Lady told me she couldn’t do it. I asked if any one could after waiting 10 minutes I was brought to a different nail tech. I showed him the picture and he said he could do it. He Definitely couldn’t the picture was a marble accent nail and it definitely wasn’t marble but was told this is the best He can do then to check out it was $60 some dollars for something that wasn’t what I wanted. I spend over 2 hours there and was just over it. The nail tech was nice and shaped them perfectly but the design and the time it took to even be seated was ridiculous. Especially with an appointment. They obviously overbooked during that time frame. Now I’ve wasted over $60 on something I’m not happy with and probably won’t be getting a refund or it fixed. If I had known they didn’t know how to do marble I would have went else where but he specially said he could do the design.

Took my almost 99 yo dad for a manicure along with a caregiver (former beautician with manicure experience) He sat down and they soaked his hands. I went to use the restroom and upon return ( which was quick), he was done!! I asked the folks at the front desk if the don’t push the cuticles back. She says they cut them! Bottom line we so nicely said how disappointed we were and heard “ I’m sorry”. That was that. Don’t plan to return or refer

I have received the BEST pedicure Ive ever had. I recieved the Paraffin Wax Pedicure and it was the most relaxing experience. Son was my nail technician and he was amazing. He is every professional, courteous and attentive. Im hooked!!👍🏾

One of my favorite places to go. Upscale and relaxing with reasonable pricing. Great customer service at the front desk, amazing nail techs and friendly support staff. This is the only place Ill go for my nails.Major plus: This salon has plenty of space so you arent overwhelmed by the smell of chemicals. Its spacious and well ventilated. Also because of the space you can relax without being too close to the person next to you. Great for groups! They even have a childrens spa area.

Establishment is accommodating. Mary does excellent nails. All kinds of nails. She know’s nail’s and I believe enjoys what she does. It makes the difference. Highly recommend to ask for her.
