Nails were done ok not too much to complain about them but their little children make it a bad experience. They have four kids maybe 3 or 4 running around, screaming, crying, pushing the rolling chairs all over, playing children’s shows and songs, and grabbing all the nail polish. When I get my nails done I want a relaxing experience after working all day not a daycare experience

Use to be 5 stars. However, These past few months have been ridiculous! It’s like a daycare/ nail salon. Their kids are all over the place. Take notice I said “their kids.” Now back in the day, even now in some places if it had been mine or “our” kids we would have been asked to leave. Better yet, leave them home. They need an in store nanny. Just my personal opinion. It’s not professional anymore when they have to constantly stop because one of them is standing in a chair about to fall, or twirling around making themselves dizzy and they bump their heads on the tables, and not to mention taking the polish, opening and dumping them into the floor, etc. That’s costly! Pretty soon the prices will go up because of that. Maybe the name will change too to Jets nails and Day Care Services. Hopefully they’ll hire a nanny soon. I don’t know, just my thoughts. They have to do better!

I only let the guy with the tattoos do my nails or pedicure! He works fast and does a great job!!! I would recommend going to him!

I hadn’t been to this location in years, but decided to go in because it wasn’t busy. And now I see why. I got my first set done and it was fine went my two weeks came back and got a fill in . Literally 5 days after my fill a nail broke on it’s own. I went back got the nail repaired and a new color they charged me ! Okay literally within 4 days 2 different nails are now broken . And broke while I was doing my hair. I will not be returning they put the smallest amount of acrylics on your nails as possible

They have you to set and wait without even asking what you need, then when they finally do get to you its a hour later.

I’ve been getting my nails done at this location since I was 16yr. They are great at what they do. The only reason I scored 4 stars instead of 5 stars because they rush when they get busy. When I see they are busy or start to get busy, I tell whoever is working on my nails do not rush because this is my money Im spending and I will refuse to pay for a rushed job. Other than that they are great and so are the prices.

Going here was an absolute eye opener to what should be done when getting a set of nails. Other places I would go to seemed to always skip a few things and my nails would turn out bad, but this place is different. The young lady I got was very sweet, she took her time and was very focused on making them look good, asked me questions and kept asking me if I was satisfied so far, etc., it was a great experience. She was very patient, which surprised me because I did come in a little late and she didn’t finish until after their closing time, so the fact that she was still in no rush even though I knew she wanted to get home, meant a lot to me. I am absolutely in love with the way my nails turned out, and will definitely be coming back here. :)

If you don’t get gel they don’t really seem to do a good of a job, like they don’t care because you’re not spending that extra $10. But overall they do a great job with shaping, and all. VERY pleased with the prices. It’s near my apartment so I go often. They do a great job.

It you do not get gel nail do not go. Pedicure do not last more than 3 days. I had to returned to that store twice myself to get nails done again. Just took my 11 year old back after getting nails done 3 days ago because of polish fading or looking dry... and she because not gel. Gel he’ll... for $25 I except to last longer than that.

The lady did a pretty decent job on my eyebrows but their sign on the door clearly says 10% discount with student ID! So I showed the younger lady who did my eyebrows my ID, she turned around to ask permission and the elder woman said no. The 80 cents wouldnt have made much of a difference in this scenario but its the principal of honoring what you advertise.

Used to think they were a good salon til I went elsewhere and realized everything that I wasnt getting. Close to my house but NOT a salon that I would return to.

A place to consistantly get my eyebrows done, where I feel comfortable. I dont know her name, but shes usually the only female in there. She is small framed, quiet, quick, and I have been happy everytime I left!

Walking distance to me. Great customer service. The man(owner) dis a great job efficient and fast. I will return in 2 wks for my fill. Place was clean ppl were nice. I would recommend it.

This is the worst place ever. They use to do ok but now the are always rushing and they don’t listen to what you are asking for. I went there last week to get SNS dip powder and it was peeling the very NEXT DAY. I went back today to get someone else to do my nails other than the young girl, and the guy today still messed my nails up. I use to love going there but THEY don’t know how to work under pressure (busy) today was my last day going to them. They are nice people but just can’t do nails. I feel like they mess up on purpose just so you can come back and get charged for a polish change or broken nail. I literally hate my nails but I didn’t want to hurt the guy feelings so I’m getting them redone somewhere else tomorrow smh

Quick & friendly. First place ive been too that when i say i want my nails as short as possible, they do just that! Great experience for me!

Never will I go back again. Couldnt finish my pedicure because of a roach being in my water. Not only that but there were decal crawling around the base of the tub

They are not the same people that were there! They done stop washing your hands before they finish them and they did Terrible on my white tips

My favorite nail place great people/service.

The little old man is rude and very unprofessional. He takes smoke breaks literally every five minutes without making sure he’s finished . And he doesn’t wash his hands either . When you ask them for any little thing, they make it seem like it’s a huge deal . Then they rush to get you out the store, the whole place is just very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

DOES NOT DO EYE BROWS GOOD THE LADY THAT DO EYEBROWS IS VERY RUDE SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO DO EYEBROW OR HIRE SOMEONE THAT DOES I WOULDNT RECOMMEN ANYONE TO GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP THEN WHILE WAITING FOR ALMOST 20 minutes roaches crawling all over floor very unprofessional

Literally the worst set I’ve ever gotten my nails are misshapen the gel was applied so thin I can see through them the tech was rude and rushed to do my set I would not recommend this establishment

Its ok. The prices vs be a little expensive and they dont have their prices in plain sight but they do decent work.
