I was extremely pleased with my experience at TLC nails. I walked in without an appointment and they were so kind from start to finish. The space is much larger than expected; they had TVs everywhere and a small complimentary cocktail bar. 100% will be going back!

Came in for a fill_in and she started she barely removed the old nail and just rushed to pack some acrylic (which stung) and then gets mad when I tell her it was crooked, then when we finally find a color she does it all sloppy and I had to help her do the lines correctly 😩 overall a bad experience! Then she said sorry I don’t do these kinds of nails … like huh. And I was changed $70!!! I had on something similar w “dimonds” on it and I paid 60 somewhere else so I definitely feel played 😮‍💨

What i asked for is what I got. Love them! Spanish speaking staff which is a bonus in this area. Clean establishment. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff

Our favorite and only place we get our nails done.

Came in asked for a pedicure and manicure. Waited about 30 minutes for pedicure which its fine I understand they are busy. Anyways finished with my pedicure asked the lady how long for my manicure they totally forgot about it. They said let me see what I can do. Waited about 10 minutes just for them to say nothing. I got tired of waiting just paid for my other service and left. They could of told me from the beginning oh well.

I was seated right away, after I washed my hands, they were nice, professional, and they did exactly what I wanted with my nails! I definitely recommend!

Normally, I don’t do reviews about anything but today is different. This was my first time coming here and I love it ! I got the deluxe pedicure and when I tell you babbyyy it was wonderful. I would be returning real soon !

Prices are ridiculous. It cost me $60 for a basic gel manicure. The nails are incredibly lumpy, it already looks like I need a fill in and I left only 30 minutes ago. They do not clean up cuticles or apply cuticle oil. They really need to reevaluate their prices and their work.

The staff was really nice they were all very hospitable and my toes look great.

They do your nails good and they look pretty but the acrylic they use is cheap and is MMA, which is very harmful for your nails, they should be using EMA as MMA is used in medical setting not a nail salon. These nails are stuck on and I can’t get them off, even after soaking them. They just get gooey and flake then turn hard again. Never coming back!!!

When getting your feet done the water should be warmer definitely expected a little better for the price

Got a soak off and a full set today for my birthday and I have to say this was by far the absolute BEST experience I have ever had at a salon!!! Jodie, Luoi, Lexi, and Boss took exceptional care of me. The work and environment is immaculate! Very professional and fun environment with nice amenities such as coffee and snacks. Waited 2 hours for service. Which was fine, i assumed I would be waiting. But the nail tech was very rushed once I finally sat down. Had to refile my whole left hand bc it was so uneven. She was very nice. & looking back, i probably should have just left. I noticed her hands were shaky. Probably from being overworked with no break. & they should probably work on reading customers better. She asked if I wanted dip powder. I said no, that is just more than i like to spend on nails. Obviously, I should have checked the prices. But I assumed they hadnt changed & I hadnt been advised otherwise. Long story short, I ended up paying more for the stupid gel😔 I wont be back to this one.

Loved my full set acrylics, then after my second fill in my nails were coming off after less than a week, and I realized one of my nails was green. Yes this place gave me a NAIL FUNGUS. Would attach a photo but I’m sure nobody wants to see that. Not to mention the wait time is ridiculous here on the weekends at least.

Great nail salon. Professional and knowledgeable staff, very talented and just great all around experience. You can really tell that they all love what they do. I wont be going anywhere else for my nails. I would tell anyone that is thinking about trying TLC you wont be disappointed.

I wish I would have seen Karen Smith Review before today bc that could have been my proof that Hung was lying about me paying them again to remove my nails. This is a big lesson learned to not believe or trust anyone and to get everything in writing. This is what I get for being nice and believing someones word. I went to get my nails done on March 1 and during the process, I notice my nails were not the same. I showed Luoi the picture again and he said he was sorry he was looking at the picture upside down and he could fix it, but he made it worse and He said the only way to fix it was to soak them off and redo them. We agreed on him fixing my nails Monday, but after washing my hands and removing the dust from the drilling I notice a brown mark, and my whole left hand was not done correctly. I return to my seat and told him I had to come before Monday and we agreed on Friday the next day. He told me it maybe a wait, but he never told me that he couldnt do them on Friday. If that was the case I would have never left and would have spoken with the manager on how to resolve it that night. I only agreed to come back the next day because they were really busy and he states he was going to be there all night because Hung didnt come out and help them get the line down and I felt bad for him.. I felt bad for all of them but NEVER AGAIN. I just wanted them to remove the whole set free of charge or redo them over. But they wouldnt do that.

I usually do not do reviews but now it’s time I speak my mind this is my third time being in this salon and having a not so great experience I just got my nails done on Thursday three nails have already broken off, the owner is very rude he can’t keep employees every time you go there someone new I have been going to this Establishment for almost 5 years I am a loyal customer but the Experience that I have been getting these past few months is very diss tasteful. I’ve never had this many nails come off at one time so soon is the weekend I haven’t even done anything. BBB needs to close them down!!!

I just got my nails done there for the first time and i love it💜 I even got my daughters nails done and they look amazing. The nail techs were very nice and very focused on making sure they did a great job. I will be going back!!

I have been to quite a few nail salons in Greenville over the course of 20 years & this is by far best & my favorite. They do an amazing job, great personalities, and not ridiculously over-priced or too busy to get an appointment. Ask for Johanna or Jodi if you want custom unique designs but everyone there is skilled & friendly. I get better quality, service & pricing than anywhere I have been prior. I mean 15$ less than Oscars and thats why I began looking elsewhere for a different nail salon.

They told me that a length was 50$ and then gave me gel polish.

Jodie did a great job on my pedicure and stone massage. It was very relaxing. My daughter loves her nails and the care Jodie took in giving her exactly what she wanted.

Came in for the first time and it was a rush process. My nails were uneven and I had to refile all of them I got glue caked under some of them and the paint is bubbled. I’ve never had a bad experience untill I came here.

I was highly satisfied for a first time customer. They were friendly and greeted me at the door... I went to rose for a full set. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly like the picture .. then I went to get a pedi and it was amazing she had the hands of an angel.. I highly recommend this salon and will most definitely be coming back!!

I had a mani/pedi last Sunday! What an amazing experience. Luxurious pedicure with all the “bells and whistles” was the I’ve ever had. The results are so beautiful and I’m so proud of my feet in sandals and my hands are sexy and beautiful. Jodie was so professional and fun. She wanted to make sure I had fun and pampered. She is the best!

Bad quality stay away!!! Do not recommend for dip powder what’s so ever! Just went 5 days ago and my top coat is peeling! I have been getting my nails dipped for over a year now and have never experienced anything like this. But that’s not it, one of nails is broken luckily my real nail is still good and hopefully I can get into my regular place tomorrow before it does. I have worked hard not to have all my real nails and nothing fake. Also the amount of money I pay each time to get them done I should not be having these kinds of problems. Side note when first started one of the guys was buffing a piece of old dip off burned me.

Got acrylic gel with design and crystals...price was good. Work was not. Tips of nails were slanted/uneven. Would go back but they will send you to the person who did your nails and I prefer not to. I still tipped well 🙄

A lot of people say they have bad experiences but Ive never once had one and Ive been coming here for two years. Rose is my absolute favorite and does the best job, Tim is just as good. I like Louie as well. Ive been to many other salons and was left feeling like I got scammed. Horrible job, never at TLC tho. They will always be my #1 choice

Until today I would have NEVER gone to any other nail salon but TLC, after my experience there today I will NEVER go there again. I wish to thank the owner Houng for attempting to make things right by offering me a free gift card, which I declined. Simply can’t treat customers the way I was treated by Jessie. And I always give them a descent tip but today I refused to give Jessie even a penny tip, don’t plan to ever go near that place again, they don’t seem to realize they have mega competition so we as customers DO have choices.

The people there are nice and I love the eyelash girl she knows what shes doing because shes quick and efficient.

Very rude. And where are the prices listed? Just charging what they feel. Unprofessional. It’s does not appear that everyone performing nail services are licensed. The conversation from the techs was so ratchet. It’s unfortunate because I live within 5 minutes. I will not be back.

Ive gotten my nails done quite a few times but after going here, half of my nail comes off! Yes my real nail and yes down to the meat! I had them remove the nail, all he said was oh it did crack but it will be ok! My nail is completely destroyed! After this if the nail grows back I will no longer get my nails done especially by them! Didnt even offer a solution to fix the nail!!

I have never written a Google review but felt inclined to do so after getting a gel manicure and a pedicure two days ago. I have received these types of services for years, and yet barely a full two days later after going to this place, the gel on the tips of my nails is chipping and falling off! I am not an expert so I am not sure what step(s) was skipped to ensure a professional manicure. Not only this, but the services took nearly two hours to complete! Luckily I was not in a hurry to get anywhere but this is ridiculous given the poor quality of the work. Finally, you will not find any framed licenses for the nail technicians posted anywhere like you normally would at a salon. Maybe I was missing them somehow, but something tells me that they just hire whoever they want to perform these services which do require some proper training. Very unimpressed and upset with myself for going on a whim (because they were one of the few closeby open on Sunday) and spending ~$65 there. Would not recommend.

TLC staff is very unprofessional and has poor customer service. I’ve had Bad experiences on more than a couple of occasions. The last time was when I went in for Roya..signed in and waited with only 1 ahead of me. After sitting for over an hr and a half, I checked back in only to notice Roya began doing someone else’s nails who came in and signed in after me. Then, was told there were 3 pp in front. I notified the mgr who said he would do my nails. He started them, then walked off and sent someone else over to finish....his unlicensed, inappropriately dressed wife. She was nice, but messed up several times with the polishing. Then, the mgr returned to correct but, really didn’t correct them. That was the final straw! Have not returned, and probably never will unless, emergency or last resort. I should’ve known better when several of the establishments BEST and original nail techs quit back to back over the past couple of yrs. Advice to the mgr...work on customer service, get better & professional staff and RUN his business like a real business...
