It has also held up now for almost three weeks! *Update!! * Wow, I knew how awesome my experience was with the pedicure I received plus the price!! But I didnt fully appreciated it until I was on the other side of Greenville (upper end of Woodruff Road). I knew I wasnt going to drive in the heavy traffic, I should have!! I went to a place Id been before for a Pedicure. I got very close to the same package with the gel polish. I came out very stunned! Felted robbed $$$$ Plus for what I paid it was more a basic pedicure with polish change and lotion on my feet!!Ladies at Magic Nails, I will see you soon💅

I’ve been hopping around Greenville for 2 years trying to find a new person to do my nails after I left NY, to no avail. Until I came across Angie! She does the absolute best gel polish. My husband loves Soso for his pedicures, too. 10/10 recommend these ladies.

I had a great first visit! I have been to multiple nail salons in the Greenville/maudlin area and left disappointed. Due to shape and overall appearance. Sandy was super personable and friendly which is hard to come by and the price point was much more reasonable than previous places and I got the shape and color I asked for and it was done quickly.

Sandy did such a great job! She’s very talented and super friendly. Enjoyed my time here today and will be coming back again!

**Update... since I cant reply to the owner, thats ridiculous that I need to pay for a full manicure so that a nail tech doesnt get polish all over my skin causing it to PEEL IN 2 DAYS I could understand if I had long overgrown cuticles but you can see I already gave myself a manicure. And really because I left without saying I was unhappy it excuses this? It already took her 30 mins and I know re doing it means soaking it all off in acetone and starting again, which is not good for my natural nails. Now 2 days later theyre already peeling. Im out of town 40 minutes away, so no coming back in to show you doesnt work for me. $35 for it to peek in two days.... your excuses really dont mean anything to me. *****I really wanted to like this place, the girl was so sweet and nice but my god... first of all I was over charged. Website says $20 for gel polish change. I was charged $25 then $5 for the two glitter nails, I can understand that glitter is more expensive, I just wish she would have told me before. For $30 I wouldve just got a full gel manicure since my nails are natural. I was in a rush to leave and didnt think about it. Now looking at my nails, my remaining polish is left (the burgundy), they arent covered all the way, theres polish on my cuticles which will lift and peel in a few days making it not last very long at all. Theres glitter all over my finger she wiped the sides with her finger, which works quickly but ultimately leaves polish behind (acetone and brush is faster and more effective). The girls were all sooo nice and friendly. Im a nail tech so I guess Im more picky I hope they take it as positive feedback. The acrylics on their website look incredible!

I had a wonderful experience at magic nails, I was able to easily make my appointment online (they do not take walk ins) although website gives that impression. No walk ins; to limit the amount of people in the building due to covid. Very quick but efficient service. Will return!

From the time we walked in until the time we walked out they are so nice. People say they’re pricey but you pay for what you get and want. Myra really did a good job on my niece and her mom loved them. We will be returning. Also, we weren’t there for long at all and my niece got a full set. That’s a plus.

As well as does not to as good as a job as Sandy did. Highly recommend.

The ladies here were so accommodating! I recently moved here so I wasnt aware of the appointment only policy with Covid floating around. I called while outside and scheduled an appt 45 mins out, but when I let them know I was already outside they just asked me to wait a couple minutes and text me shortly afterwards to come inside.Everyone was super friendly and I hadnt had a pedi in MONTHS. They made my little piggies look brand new. The shop was clean and customers were limited to avoid the spread of germs.Ive found my official nail shop in the area!!

Im new in town and have been trying to find a place specializing Asian eyelashes. I was so happy when I found Magic Nails and immediately set up an appointment for their signature eyelash extensions. I had my eyelashes extended only a few weeks ago, and all came off within a week (eyelash extensions Ive had at other places normally stay on for about 6 weeks). To make things worse, the extending eyelashes are not very comfortable and have made my eyes itchy.Im not sure where all of the positive reviews come from, but based on my experience the value and quality of their service is not worth the price.

Great salon they did an amazing job on my nails, and toes. It was also affordable. The only little thing that was wrong was I wanted the same color on my nails in toes, the purple was a little off. Other then that they are super nice, friendly & I felt at home when I was there!

I would not recommend this salon to any NEW customer because obviously they only value their regular customers. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon.Everything is about tact & Sandra doesnt have any. When I called the shop to inform them of my concerns no one would answer the phone (I called twice...it went straight to voicemail). I had to send the owner a text message. She (the owner) was really understanding and advised me to return to the salon today to get my nails fixed (I informed her 8 of the 10 nails needed to be fixed). She said someone would fix the nails one by one.When I arrived to the salon I explained to Sandra (again not sure if this is her name) what my concerns were & she seemed to be understanding, but kept saying that she was not going to soak them off. Everyone knows in order to fix acrylic nails they might need to be soaked completely off. I asked for this option several times. She did attempt to fix my nails, however, I was not satisfied. I asked if she would just soak them off and Ill go somewhere else. At this time I sent 2 text messages to the owner and explained to her what was going on and that the lady would not soak the nails off. She did not respond. Sandra insisted that she would fix them & proceeded to cut the acrylic off ruining all of my real nails.Somewhere in between this madness the owner calls her other sister (she would NOT respond to my text messages or answer the phone) to try to figure out what was going on. I was given back my money and told to leave the shop before they call the police.I walked out the shop, but not before showing other customers my nails. This was ridiculous and Ive never, ever experienced such unprofessionalism. Its not even about the money, but the principal. You dont treat people like that. If she didnt want to fix my nails she could have said something and I could have just waited for the owner. Sandra stated over & over again that she would not soak them off and that I needed to leave. Well this was a learning experience and I will NOT be returning.

Im from Savannah, GA and havent been able to find a nail salon that measured up to what Im used to. Until magic nails. These ladies are so welcoming and really engage with their customers! I was already feet soaked into my pedicure chair and forgot to grab the color. The lady doing my toes walked a good 20 times back and forth until she found the color that matched. (I am still so sorry for that!) I have never felt so at home with a group of ladies. Lovely place, lovely ladies, and a great price for the amazing work they do!

I found this place and the service is great. Nails and eyebrows were done in less than 1 hour. I had been searching for a salon for 3 weeks since a lot of them in Greenville dont do acrylic nails or tips. I got a fill in and will definitely be going back. Very professional and pleasant.

They are money hungry thats for sure lol. The only reason I came here was because my nail tech was booked up and I was going on vacation so I needed my nails done. A full set with regular polish costed me $60. I had no designs, no jewels/diamonds, no gel, nothing extra - just ONE solid color. And they were medium length, not extra long or anything, and still $60. I have got 2 colors, w/ diamonds on 2 fingers with my regular nail tech for $60, and her quality is just as good if not BETTER. They charged that for one basic solid color. I wont be back.

The young ladies at the salon were very nice and friendly. But unfortunately my fill didnt come out very professional:( It turned out really thick and bumpy, wish she would have cleaned up my cuticles for when the gel polish was reapplied. Got a lot of extra charges that I didnt expect and the salon was pretty messy. My nails have been in a sort of dull pain ... overall my nails look okay.

I have to admit, after reading the negative reviews on here I was skeptical but one thing I had to remind myself was that there will always be an unhappy customer everywhere you go. For anyone who reads this, take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I promise you wont be disappointed! The staff was so professional, friendly, and had me laughing the whole time! I went to get my nails done today. First off theres nothing magic happening there! I sat which was no problem. And after careful examination of their price list I decided on the square. She said Ill make your nails pretty. I was excited especially since I took off a fairly new set so they could start fresh. My nails OMG look horrible. Not only was I over charged though it was only 5 dollars according to their prices but it was my 5 dollars. My nails are lumpy and not completely covered with acrylic or polish. I can actually see my natural nail sticking out on several nails some on both nails others on one side. And besides the polish job being completely horrible theres shavings that are polished onto the horrible polish job and polish all overs my fingers theres even 2 nails that are too small its crazy. So I called back didnt know her name because she never told me. She said come in tomorrow and Ill EXPLAIN why they look like that! And because I know by her attitude and comment Id just be going for nothing. So with allllll that being said i just wasted 45 good dollars. So all proceed with caution. This is the truth the whole truth nothing but the truth.

I give this place ZERO stars.. this is the worst nail salon I have every been to . I told the girl I wanted coffin nails and I choosin to do the same kinda nails as my friend (I believe it was called s&s dip or something like that) the lady kept trying to talk me out of it stating how expensive it was . So unprofessional right there . I never once complained about or asked any price . So I didn’t understand why she even brought that up. So she goes and starts cutting my nails to make the coffin shape. HORRIBLE is an understatement of how awful my nails looked none of my nails were the same shape and none of them were the same length. I very nicely told the lady I didn’t like them and she stated with a very nasty attitude “what’s wrong with them” and blamed me for the shape stating I should of told her I wanted a wide coffin shape . Never heard of a wide coffin shape ( after she had her sister explained to me i found out it is called square shape at every other salon) . I told her I wanted them fixed and she stated there’s nothing she could do besides take them off for $30 and start over. I let her finished and she rushed threw the rest of the process . Which was fine with me bc I left there and went straight to a more up to date nail salon who fixed them with no problem without even having to completely take them off and starting over like she said she would have to do ..

I was referred to Magic Nails by several co-workers. I got my nails done by Sandy. They lasted through packing, moving, and unpacking. Not even a chip!!!! If you want great service and boushie nails, then definitely go see the Magic Nails team.

The only place in Greenville that you can get your nails done like the viral pictures you see on instagram. They always have a wide range of holographic powders, chrome polish, and even color changing nail polish (that changes color in hot or cold temperature). This nail salon is well worth my drive across town. Btw The service is just as lovely as my nails!

I live in Atlanta but have family in Greenville so I have been getting my nails done in both places for quite a while. Magic nails had been my go to place in Greenville for a few years now but over time my experience hasn’t been so pleasant with them. They are extremely over priced, lazy and ghetto. The work is good but If the professionalism isn’t up to par the work doesn’t matter. I haven’t asked them to do anything extra that I haven’t asked at any other nail salon. The girl that did my nails was too concerned with texting on her phone instead of making sure I was happy. After my last visit, a few days ago, I will no longer be getting my nails done there. I wanted a manicure and pedicure but due to the laziness of the nail tech I left with only getting a manicure. Other girls/women that I know use to get there nails done there, are no longer customers as well for these same reasons. Just because a business has a long time client doesn’t mean you should slack off. The professionalism of the establishment should remain consistent for everyone. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere no matter how much I have to pay.
