I took my step-daughter to get our nails done and neither of us had been here before. You cannot see inside, but it was very relaxing once you walked in. The atmosphere is calm and no one talks loud. The staff was friendly. We were greeted & serviced immediately. I appreciate how there was no feedback when we described what we want. My pedicure was efficient, but relaxing. The sugar scrub that was used to massage/clean my leg was WARM and smelled amazing. Which felt awesome! The only thing I would’ve changed about my experience is the pricing: we were charged $10 for the length of nails? When I already paid for the acrylics? But I would definitely get a pedicure here again.

I remember Hanna from a previous salon, and was thrilled to find her here. She is doing amazing things! Love the atmosphere and everyone is super nice and professional. Special shout-out to Kylie. She works quick, but also I don’t think I’ve ever met a more meticulous and detail-oriented nail tech. She makes sure everything is done right. I have found new loyalty to Xanadu.

This was our second trip to Xanadu. It was AWESOME! The first time we went Rose assisted us, this time,, Kylie did my daughters nails. Both of these ladies are very talented and each did a great job. Kylie did a cute french tip for my 14 year old with a cute twist. She was very attentive and did a wonderful job. Im so glad we found this salon!

I got my acrylic nails here by technician name Kylie and they turned out bad.She did very fast the shape is not even, when she applied the color put it on too much it’s so bumpy.I did mention that to her before I pay for my nails but her attitude terrible she did fix but it’s doesn’t make any difference look like she just want to kick me out of her station soon as possible. Now I hate my nails. Do not recommend Kylie.

Positive comments: I loved the atmosphere! Everyone was very kind- I booked a nail appt on a whim and they were very accommodating and were willing to see me within an hour of my calling them. Of all the nail salons I have been to, this is the only one with a true spa environment. There was minimal talking (which was nice and added to the mood of relaxation) and pleasant music in the background.Negative comments: My nail tech did not touch my cuticles, so after my nails were done they already looked grown out and they were brand new. The photo below is my nails on the day they got done. I still had hang nails and messy cuticles, which was disappointing. Whenever I get my nails done at other places, they always press my cuticles down so that my nails don’t look as grown out. Anyway, after my appt I realized that my cuticles looked awful so I went back and asked if they could fix it and they told me that cuticle treatment is $10 extra... when I was already paying $50 for my nails. I didn’t want any kind of special serum or anything so I think there was a miscommunication... But I have never been charged extra to get my cuticles pressed down. After that I left, and now a week later my nails look as if they’ve had over two weeks of grow-out since they were not applied at the base of my cuticle. Also, the bottom of the nail is beginning to lift up from my actual nail which has never happened to me before, and I am not rough with my nails so.OVERALL COMMENTS: nice atmosphere and kind technicians, but I was unhappy with my nails and would not return.

I absolutely love this nail salon! After moving states I was struggling to find a happy, good quality place to get my nails done, but once I started coming here I never stopped! The drive is quiet a distance from my house but the quality from this salon does not exist anywhere else, therefore, it is always worth the drive. I get my nails done about once a month, although sometimes I can go longer if my life is busy. I always get gel manicures and they last a month without chipping and still looking great! I have also gotten long lasting non-gel pedicures and have loved them. The environment is extremely relaxing and the staff is super kind and polite! Getting my nails done here is an addiction because my nails look so much better after getting them done! They feel and look great. I come out of this salon with better energy just because of how happy I am with the service and quality. I would 100% recommend coming here, you will not regret it!

Do not go to this place. It takes weeks to get in. If theres ever an issue with the nail thats been done incorrectly they charge me. They charge a la cart and the price changes every time. I had to go to another tech because my tech was not available. He completely botched my nails. When I brought to his attention that they were thick, curved, very bumpy and extremely wide and uneven. He blamed it on my nail. When I I asked him to feel the nail for the uneven bumps he said he didnt feel anything. I called the manager and complained, asking them to fix the nails free of charge. I paid 80.00 for a botched fill-in and my nails looked like bumpy spoons. He did not even clean the acrylic off of my hands or around my cuticles so they were a mess. The manager argued about it for a while and then agreed to have them fixed. She told me I would have to go back to the same guy who messed them up. I told her I was not comfortable with him and I did not trust his work. She then told me I could come in and get them fixed free of charge. The girl who was fixing my nails commented on how bad they looked; it took her 45 minutes just to get the thick, bumpy acrylic filed down enough to make them look normal. I had an hombre French but he had put the botched acrylic on so thick that they could not redo the hombre or it would show through, so they had to put polish over it. After they were done doing the nails they informed me that I would have to pay $20 for the polish. When I complained and said I did not think that was fair because my nails were not done properly and they should have told me this charge before they put the polish on. The tech even told me that they had to have polish put on to cover it. She went to the manager with it and I was told I had to pay. I will not be going back. I informed them that I would be putting an honest review of this service on Yelp and Google. She ignored me.

I absolutely love getting my nails done here. This has been my primary nail salon for the past year and every time I get something done they come out perfect. They’re really knowledgeable about acrylic and dip nails. I always feel so relaxed when I’m there. The inside is beautiful after the renovation and one of the cleanest salons I’ve been to. Would DEFINITELY recommend

I went to Kylie today, and she was all around amazing. She was very detailed, and did exactly what I wanted. She even recommended a new service to me (dip), and now I will always get it. The lady that waxed my eyebrows also did an excellent job. Great place.

Hasn’t even been a week & 5 of my nails have broken. Went back to get them fixed & they broke again. Would not recommend going here. over $100 on some bull*. Would not recommend Kylie as well. Money just went down the drain. told me my nail bed was short that’s why they keep breaking. i always get long nails & never had this problem. i will not be returning. expensive & no quality.

Really disappointed with how my nails came out I asked for marble and definitely didnt get it. If you cant do a design just tell the customer to pick something else. Dont waste my time. And the prices are outrageous. She tacted on unnecessary charges. They may be good at natural nail care and simple designs, but if you are looking for designs that require skill this is not the place. Wont be back.

I love going to see Rose and Hannah every couple weeks! They are super friendly, incredibly professional and do a WONDERFUL job! They are great at remembering what I like and what’s going on in my life! They see most of my family and we all adore them! Very clean and and a relaxing environment just top it off!

I’m in love with this place, always get my nails done here no matter the hour or not having an appointment get an excellent customer service. What I like most about this place is that I get the designs and colors I like even tho they may look like a challenge for others and rather not taking the risk to try it. Always liked this place but the remodel really puts it over the top! I hadnt been there for almost a year and now I will never go anywhere else. The improvements give you more privacy, upgraded chairs and above all a noticeable professionalism among the nail techs to provide a spa-like experience with hushed voices, excellent massage! Im floating on a cloud since the hot stone massage pedicure this morning. Michael also did an excellent job with the polish.

Micheal has done my daughters acrylic nails twice, and both times they looked incredible!!! He puts in the time and energy to make the nails look perfect!

Very nice place with very nice workers but my acrylic nails came out very bad. The color was not thick enough, you could see right through it. The acrylic itself was not applied evenly and the nails came out with a rough texture. Would not recommend.

This is my favorite place so I took my mom to get pedicure together for Mother’s Day. Everyone is very nice except the guy( I didn’t know his name) he is rushed and doesn’t treat my mom nice at all. I been here a lot of times but I never happen like that with the other technician. I guess I need to have a request for a female technicians for next visit.However I did call and mentioned that with the manager and this 5🌟 is for the way she solve all the problems very professional.I’m not the one like to complain but I love this place so much and I don’t want that issue happen again to other people so hopefully what I did is right.

I had the most excellent walk in pedicure from Michael! The rosemary herbal therapy was just what I needed- and was his recommendation. My feet feel great and I still feel relaxed from the whole experience. This salon is extremely clean, and that is why I go here. Thank you Xanadu!

I love coming here to get my nails done! The Salon is beautiful and I have NEVER been disappointed by any of the nail techs work. They all do a great job and are super friendly. I’ve been having my nails done for over 20 years and this is definitely the cleanest shop I have ever seen. The quality and value of the services they offer are unmatched. Hello Everyone!I just got a manicure with SNS (dip powder) and I absolutely love them. Michael was the one to do my manicure and pedicure and he did an amazing. He was professional, nice, talkative and did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend this place 100%, but I recommend you all to request for Michael 10000%. This place is very expensive. Polish is usually always included in a fill in but this place charged me an additional $28 for gel polish on top of the $28 fill in. They will sub charge you for every single thing so be sure to ask before you let them do anything. I also don’t like feeling rushed while I’m being serviced. No cuticle oil or moisturizer after fill ins either. If you come here for a fill in be prepared to pay over $100 for regular polish no design or anything.

Xanadu Nails is genuinely the best place for nail treatments and services. I have been going for a couple of months now and cannot express enough how amazing the atmosphere and workers are. Hannah has always provided great service to me and never rushes to get through appointments. She really takes her time to make sure that what is being given to you is what you actually want. Definitely would recommend/refer others to come here for services. 10/10!!

I’m a man but I like to get my nails and toes every month or two and I’m very particular about what going on at the nail salon like dirty, loud, unprofessional...but when I try Xanadu by a recommended from my friends it’s totally different 💯 for there service the salon is so nice and clean, very peaceful technician in uniform speak English take there time during service with calming music. First time coming here was saturday, the establishment is very nice however pricey. i got a full set which was $30, my nails are long which was an extra $35, the shape was $15 & i have 2 gel nails that was quoted at $15 but when i check my receipt it rung up $20. 2 nails have already broken & i didn’t do anything to break them. Also, we wererushed with our basic pedicures. My gf didn’t get her feet scrubbed but i did. Just didn’t get to enjoy it. I would recommend but after my nails breaking after 2 days & all the money i paid on them, i would consider otherwise. I’m upset.

It’s a great place. Good atmosphere and kind people but way expensive I had a pedicure and gel polish put on. It was $59 and some change not including tip. . I normally go to a different place but had a gift card. At my regular place for the same service it only $45. Will not be doing my gel pedicure here again

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. Hannah was not kind. I waited almost 2 hours and she kept telling me to “make an appointment” next time. I stayed very pleasant and left without receiving service. Other customers met me on the sidewalk outside and apologized for the way I was treated inside, they said they also felt that was inappropriate. As a business owner, I urge mgmt to watch the cameras, I just left the facility.

I absolutely love this place! Ive been twice now. The first time I had Theary and the second time I had Michael. The are both very nice and do great work!! I highly recommend the herbal pedicure. Its so worth the money. The hot rocks were so nice. Im on my feet for hours so the foot / leg massage is really nice. I took my fiancé and they were awesome with him as well.It is very clean! They keep all their supplies put away until needed. They are very friendly and welcoming. First time I went was a walk-in, second time I made an appointment. I didnt have a wait either time. I got gel nails and love them! Its a very quiet and relaxing environment. I definitely feel like Im at a spa. It makes me so sleepy, in a great way!

Visiting family and friends in Greenville then designed to get some spa time. Xanadu nails and spa is great option we enjoyed our spa time with excellent service.

Hannah is the best!! She does a fantastic job with my dip nails, and while Im always indecisive about what color to commit to right away, I never feel rushed. Hannah takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level, and she knows what they expect to walk out the door a satisfied customer. The atmosphere at Xanadu is very calming and clean. COVID-19 has made a mess of most businesses, but Hannah and the other nail techs have done a great job of making sure we are social distancing while still getting pampered.

I got a fill in done here. Though the nails looked beautiful, I was charged over $50. There were extra charges apparently for the shape I requested, and because I got tips. I wasn’t told of these charges until AFTER my nails were done and I went to pay. It was very disappointing to say the least. One of my acrylics had to be redone from scratch because it was lifting on the sides, and not two days later, than nail began lifting all around. But ONLY the one that was redone. Not the rest that were fill ins from an original set done by a different salon.

The space is clean & always so organized. Hannah has been always been amazing (I’ve been seeing Hannah for mani-pedis for a while now) & her staff is great. Appointment times are always met & you always feel welcome when you arrive.

The shop is super clean and organized and has a very relaxing ambiance! My appointment time is always met and Hannah does a wonderful job! Her attention to detail and thoroughness is worth every penny! I never feel rushed; always pampered! 🙂 My daughter and I have had nothing but great experiences here!

I started going here about 6 months ago and this is MY place. I will go no where else, all the staff is extremely polite, it’s a great atmosphere and everyone makes you feel really welcomed. Hanna is my girl!! She is my go to nail person there. She has always done my nails exactly like any picture I have showed her, color and designs. 10/10 recommend this place

Before reading the reviews, I just dropped into here to get my nails done one day.Rose did my gel nails, and they turned out great. She was very nice. The art work I had added was a great finishing touch. The people here are very nice and inviting. My daughter and I loved Jimmy. We went back a second and third time. Each time we went there, they were always friendly and inviting to us.We wanted to see about other nail salons in the area to have something to compare them to. I went to three other nail salons that didn’t meet my very simple standards:One place I went to, my gel nails started chipping on day 3.The second place I went to their gel nail PEELED off within a week 🤨.The third place I attended wasn’t too friendly, catered to certain people, and did a rush job on my nails.It’s official I will be coming back here to continue getting my nail done.

I have been knowing the owner Hannah for years before she took ownership of this place. Hannah is so talented and has a heart of gold. Most importantly her and her staff are top notch. The renovations here are beautiful and their sanitation process post COVID-19 is right on point.

My nails look horrible and the pricing was so off. The place was completely re-done and I think it’s new staff as well. I specified the price of gel nails I wanted and was charged $15 extra for some random fee. Then tried to tax when I used card to pay. I used to love this place and now it is a rip off.

I used to love this place before renovation, now they got really expensive, rose the pricing a lot . Just to put Gail polish on and remove half of mine old one because the other half I removed myself $27 it is to much, cant effort it every 3 weeks definitely going to look for another place .
