First time was great. Diana (the young lady who took care of me) was thorough and courteous. And she did wonders for my eyebrows. 5 star experience.Second time (just now)...they made it seem like it was a hassle to do a manicure. I will admit I came in 20 minutes before closing (I forgot what the they closed in Sundays), but they acted like it would have been such a burden to take care of me. I’ve worked in hospitality for many years, and you shouldn’t make a paying customer feel like that- even if they walk in close to closing time. Especially when you have employees sitting around chatting and eating. At the very least, there should be a sign posted stating what time they stop taking appointments or walk-in clients. Spoke to the manager on the phone, and she apologized and thanked me for letting her know. Might consider coming back since I have a gift certificate. 2 star experience.

Good afternoon, my experience with Glamour Nails were great! I must first say the environment were friendly and warm. As soon as I walked in, I were greeted and seated. Mimi did my nails just like I wanted them and made sure I was satisfied. This was my first visit, but rest assure, I will be going back. Great job Glamour 💅 !!!

I have been going to Glamour Nails for a few years now and I love going there! Not only are the owners good people, but the staff is super friendly and they make you have an enjoyable experience! They do a great job on all nail services and work great with kids as well! If you’re looking for a salon to go to, I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed with how great they are!

Mimi is amazing!! She took great care of me while making sure everyone else around us was pleased. My nails looked so bad before I came, she transformed them in under 30 minutes! Love this place and will only be coming here from now on

I used to to there regularly with my mom and sister- perfect relaxing girls day. Never again. It’s under new management. I went alone yesterday, and it was the most obnoxious atmosphere I’ve ever encountered in a nail salon. 3 girls that worked there were SO loud laughting and carrying on conversation with no regard to the clients trying to relax and have a nice experience. My nail tech spoke No English, and even the gentleman working the front was sitting back in a chair so unprofessionally. I’m disheartened by the change in management and will never go back.

Under new management! Mimi and the crew really make it enjoyable and relaxing when you come in. The staff pays attention to details and go above and beyond to deliver a great finished product. One of the best places to go and get French SNS that looks amazing and natural. We come every 2-3 weeks and it is consistently the same service. I would recommend them to anyone!

I took my daughter and niece here this afternoon and it was wonderful! I recently moved back to this area so of course I googled nail salons and read all the reviews. I decided that the positive reviews far outweighed the 1 or 2 negative ones and Im glad I did. Kimberly was awesome and everyone else was friendly, nice, knowledgeable, and even great with the young girls. I have been to nail salons in dozens of cities/states all over from the high-end/expensive spas to the regular/everyday nail salons. My experience at Glamour was perfect! Definitely my salon of choice for as long as I am in this area! Thanks for doing a wonderful job!

Do not get your lashes done at this establishment. I went For an appointment to have my lashes done, and while the employee was very nice, my experience quickly turned. The adhesive burned my eyes intensely, and my right eye was glued shut during the appt. I had to actually take one of the lashes out at home because the chunk of glue was scratching my eye. When I called With my concerns, and stated that I am going to be having someone else remove them due to my experience, the manager declined me a refund. I was offered for the same girl to look at them, but I honestly did not feel comfortable after the pain I experienced. I will now be left to pay twice. They do not look the way I Had shown her that I wanted, and the amount of pain I experienced was not normal compared to previous experiences I have had with lash extensions. Not to mention there was no consent forms signed of possible reactions to the process. So if you do not want to be in pain, then I recommend seeking elsewhere for lashes.

Everyone is very friendly and they do a wonderful job. The new management has greatly improved everything. By far my favorite nail salon in the area now. I highly recommend this place!

I love love love this salon! I always get my nails done here and they’re never wonky, lifted or streaky. It’s not badly priced either, with a full acrylic set starting at just 30 bucks.

I took my finace there and she came back glowing. I liked this place because of the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. I can’t complain about anything and plan to keep their number saved in my phone!

I used to go here all the time, but it’s under new management and I could not be more disappointed. The staff is extremely rude, and I waited over an hour after they had already started on my nails to work on other customers. I never mind waiting, but don’t tell me you’re going to do my nails and then do someone else’s halfway through. They also had me and my girlfriend moving from different seats at least 4 times. It is also very expensive when it shouldn’t be because when I finally got my nails done, the owner rushed through and didn’t listen to anything I said when I mentioned some nails were crooked. I left with crooked nails, bubbles in the gel polish and paying way too much after almost 2 and a half hours for just a full set.

My experience wasn’t good! I was looking for nail shop and decided to try Glamour nails and spa. The technician I had her name was Rose. She was very friendly but didn’t know what she was doing. I received a fill in and the next several nails begin lifting. Aside from her, other workers were not friendly. I will never go back again! Not to mention that my nails looked horrible afterwards. Please think twice before going to this shop!

Zero star! My daughter went in for her birthday along with her sister and they got gel nails done. My daughters cuticles were badly cut and damaged. Both of their gel polishes started to peel off in the first night. Do not get your nails done here.

This place is great. Its always packed but never a wait. I even took my dad there for his first pedicure and he really enjoyed it.

I normally come here very often for pedicures. But now I am not sure what has happened. Too many new faces and not the same friendly environment it was. I was here for a pedicure and the lady scrapped my skin while trying to take off my gel polish. Not to mention im 8 months pregnant. A pedicure should not hurt!

Weve been with Glamour Nails for almost 3 years. My husband and I make it a date, once a month. However, these last 2 visits (after the change of management) has been less than desirable. The 1st one, the worker kept using unprofessional language in conversation with us. We dont curse and that disrupted the relaxing mood I seek when I go for my pedicures. The 2nd visit was an early Saturday morning, children were in the chairs getting their Back to School pedicures. One TV had an action movie and one had a movie that showed an explicit sex scene on it; neither of which provides a relaxing atmosphere for me. Nonetheless, I got real uncomfortable because that was too much for me to see and Im just praying the children didnt see it. I told my husband, well give them one more try to see if they get it together, if not, well have to find a new place. #iamhopeful

Not even 2 weeks after getting a full set they started to lift and crack. My nail tech had an attitude because I️ wanted to change my polish color even though he hadn’t started painting my nails yet and the shapes and lengths of my set were all bad. First and last visit.

Ive been going to this shop for a while but I took a break. Came back finally and theyre under new management and you can really notice! The owner(Mimi) was sooo patient with me and helped me pick out something that I wanted!!! She gave me really genuine conversation and her personality really made me feel soooooo comfortable, AMAZING woman! The service was phenomenal and my nails look like they came off of pinterest!!!! Done with this place. Ive been here several times before. Apparently the quality of service has gone downhill. I had the most painful pedicure and wax, several hours after I got home, the polish just rubbed a off my nails. I went back the next day to get them fixed. They had an attitude, fixed my nails (sloppy job) and never said Im sorry.

I wanted to go to sky nails but it was full so I came here with my 9 yr old .....opened the book and I got a pedi and she got a mani pedi kool ....first issue they didn’t know how toDo a French tip smh sad, I let it go and asked for something else ok so now it’s time to pay and they charge me $31 for a kids mani pedi when the price list clearly states $26 soooo with that being said I’m annoyed and will not be returning I also recommend u not goHere either or they might charge you whatever they want because they can . If I could give them -5 stars I would but I can’t so 1 star it is DO NOT GO HERE IT SUCKS

This place used to be good but now they are staffing it with people who have zero training in how to care for nails just so they can get more people in fast. The technician who worked with me didnt know what she was doing and was about to use another persons used pedicure supplies on my feet before I abruptly stopped her.She was so busy trying to go so fast to get to the next person so she could get commission. She was also on the phone the entire time and no one said anything to her about it. I will never come here again because I felt rushed and my pedicure looks like I could have done this at home myself. It has really gone down hill. Wasnt worth the money and none of them have licenses! Horrible experience and never again!

Got a regular manicure. The technician cut my nails brutally short. She spent 10 minutes total on me as a client and did not care at all about me. At the end of the session, the hostess asked how my manicure was and I honestly responded that it was the worst manicure I ever had. No one followed up with me even though I spent 20 extra minutes waiting on my friends manicure to finish. Not worth $16 or your time and money.

I went to get my eyebrows done one of the ladys tell me she cant make my eyebrow alil thinner and huffs and puffs about it like these are my eyebrows Im walking around with and my money Im spending I want them to be done how I want them to be done, whats the attitude for, the manager did absolutely nothing about it...I will never be going back there again!!! Walking around with two different size eyebrows waste of my money !

I absolutely love this place in Greenville. All my friends and my mom come here with me. I drive all the way from Washington to have mani and pedi done here. From the shape of my nails to the color everything is perfect. Also I’m indesicive so they are very helpful in helping me pick my color! My go to spot for sure. The owners are new and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Well I personally think its a little silly to use marking techniques giving the impression that this is a kid friendly environment.. its not! Me & my heartbroken for 30 seconds 6year old daughter were turned away at the door because her 2 brothers accompanied us on our outing to the nail salon. So we went right next door to sky nails where my boys criss crossed apple apple sauce right in between me & my daughters chairs & we were all welcomed there unlike glamour nails.. they dont have the kiddie massage chairs but one thing they have that glamour nails is lacking is some respect

Worst salon ever . She is nasty to workers! Nobody has license! She reuse the parrafin wax off of clients feet and use for the next person feet very rude and unsanitary! If you want to go anywhere do not go here !!!! I would give her a negative 1 if i could.
