This place is rated 4 stars and I have to tell you this has been the worst place I have ever experienced. For one they are super pricey I paid $120 for me and my daughters nails I got a full set with gel my 12 yr old had gotten a full set also with regular nail polish and my youngest just got her nails painted green and black. I asked for squared and the picture below is what they gave me . I’m so upset that I spent so much money for something that isn’t even done right! My fingers are all cut up from how uncareful he was! The place is beautiful inside but the nail techs definitely need to get there licenses taken away or go bk to school.
I had a small problem with my nails after going to this nail salon for the first time. I was introduced to speak with Tom. Tom is awesome! he was willing to stay after the store closed to make sure my problem was fixed. He took their time to solve my problem, was very apologetic and kind. Their customer service is why I will come back to this place again. The shop is nice and kept clean. Most of them have great customer service skills and they want their customers to leave happy. I will definitely recommend this place.
Tom treated my friends and I like royalty when we came to have a spa day for my birthday on Saturday. Everyone was professional and skilled at what they do. The service was phenomenal!! Thank you Elife Nail Spa and Tom for making my birthday experience great.- from Kevin and friends
The technician who did my pedicure first twisted my ankle forcefully to get it in the desired position. This got worse when he burned my feet with hot wax. I screeched in pain but he continued to apply the bag with the wax. Finally, another employee saved me and had him remove the bag of wax. That was a first... and a last. Hopefully no lasting pain or issue. We will see.
Great service and great staff! Very professional and very friendly and sweet! I went for a deep powder manicure and they really took their time during the process. I also got a pedicure and they gave me the most delicious massage.
Love the group of people working here. So talented and sweet. They always make me feel at home and do great job. My feet look beautiful and the techs are so friendly.
I was impressed by how nice the spa was. The host was very friendly, funny, and made me feel welcome. It was a great price for all of the treatments. My technician made sure I was comfortable with everything from the massage chair, temp of the water, and pressure used on the foot massage. I was mostly impressed that they were open on a Sunday and to top it all off, complimentary drinks were given, which I was not expecting. My expectations were exceeded and I will absolutely be back and hope to have another great experience.
Found my new favorite salon. Pedicure was so relaxing. They did a hot stone massage just on the basic package. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and they did a great job on my nails! Beyond happy!

Went in for two pedicures and a full set. the staff were incredibly rude to one of their own employees. the manager called her “lazy” to my boyfriend and i after she left. i waited 45 for a full set after receiving my pedicure. i don’t mind waiting; especially if the establishment is short staffed, however, the nail technician butchered my cuticles. four of my fingers are now bleeding and burning. the manager kindly gave us $10 off of our $250 bill for the rude and damaging services we received.
Wonderful service. And clean! No sharing of tools. Foot soaking bowls are wrapped in plastic for better hygiene. Im not from the area, but if I vacation near here again, Ill come back!
I went in for a pedicure (basic deluxe with regular polish, $38) on July 31, 2021. When I got home that night, majority of the polish came off in the shower. When I called on Monday morning, they told me there wasn’t anything they could do about it and that they don’t warranty regular polish. I went to another salon to get a polish change. The woman at the new salon told me I had gel on my toes and I said no, it’s regular polish. She couldn’t get the polish with acetone and had to use a drill (which was $17). So Elife’s employee made a mistake and put gel topcoat on my toes (I didn’t ask for) which makes sense as to why the polish came off because it wasn’t set with the UV. So instead of telling me there’s nothing they can do about it, Elife needs to make sure their employees know how to do a proper pedicure and hold them accountable for their mistakes.
Had a wonderful time! I called and they were available to seat my partner and I immediately after entering. The host/owner was very polite and personable. I appreciate that the language barrier between the fellow who did my nails did not affect him trying to joke and make me smile during my experience. Will come back for future services.
I absolutely had a great time getting pampered here. The staff was phenomenal, the employees were very friendly, numerous, and welcoming. Not to mention that my nails look amazing and my hands and feet feel amazing. Hands down the best experience that my boyfriend and I had out of all of the nail spa’s that we’ve been to in the southeastern region of the U.S. I’ll definitely be back soon!
I had an excellent experience. My nails look incredible. Finally someone that doesn’t make my nails look chunky. They look clean, even, and natural. All the products are top notch too. The chairs are comfy and they offer free beverages. I will be back!
To start off, I was going to give one star, but I’m giving three stars because the customer service was really great. However, I’ve had my nails for just one week and this is the current state of them. 🙃 I’d been postponing getting my nails done because it’s quite a luxury for me right now and I finally decided to get them done. I walked in and everyone immediately welcomed me, and even offered a complimentary drink. That was great! Everyone was genuinely so nice. I want to really really like this place, but I’m not paying $40+ just for people to be nice to me. I want a set of nails that will last 2-3 weeks atleast. Maybe it was just a bad set, I don’t know. Nails are 2/10 since have already come off but customer service is 9/10 ❤️
I walked in and was greeted by the owner who did not have a mascon and demanded that I wear a mask I asked him you don’t have a mascon he indicated that it was OK because he wasn’t touching me. Then they charged me $38.02 cut my nails and give me polish I was very very unsatisfied with the service and felt I was way over charge for what they did
DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!!!! On August 30th, 2020 I had an older woman wax my eyebrows. She ripped off almost my entire left eyebrow! She immediately realized that she made a mistake. She then tried to lie, and say that my eyebrow was already like that (As if I don’t know my own eyebrows). My eyebrows have always been thick and healthy my entire life. Now it’s July 29th 2021, and my eyebrow have barely grew back! I tried everything & nothing seems to work! They have ruined my eyebrows! When I expressed my concerns to the manager, he was extremely sarcastic, rude, and didn’t show any empathy. The service is extremely poor, and the staff made my experience even worse! I would rate this 0 stars if I could! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS POOR ESTABLISHMENT!!
Absolutely awful customer service!After all this is America! And we have this kind of horrible treatment!The older man was doing my nails very painfully squared my fingers, then pulled my hand and put my fingers in a warm jar filled with warm strong nail polish remover it started stinging my finger tips after like one minute, when I told him that it’s painful he got irritated/ angry. I asked him to put the cotton rather than soaking them. He was not happy. Told me I’m picky. After he proceeded to finish my nails, he filled my nail down so shot, and started pushing his thick nail under mine.It hurt me, I told him it hurts. He kept on doing it, till I decided to tell the manager there. It was an older Asian man, he told me if I don’t like it I can leave. So I did. I just couldn’t believe how horrible the experience was, and that they never apologized for the pain they caused.I will never be back!

I will not return to this establishment for any service. The manager was very rude. I was asked to pick out a gel color. They only have one basket of gel color tips to choose from. The manager wants you to hurry and pick out a color. Why should I have to rush and pick out a color? I would suggest ordering additional gel tips so you don’t have to rush your customers. When I finally picked out a color and told him, he never picked it out and asked three times what was my color choice. Lastly, when it came down to the shape of the nail, I wanted coffin but end up with flat nails. This was not a pleasant experience and it will be my first and last.
Too much drama in this salon when the technician argues with her last customer about the price for an organic pedicure. The technician then proceeds to tell other customers about the argument and cannot focus on the customer she is working on. 1.5 hours for two pedicures is a bit much. Will not be returning. Oh yes....pricing on the high side too.

We came hoping for a great experience and a new nail salon because. We just moved down here when we came me and my mom got something done. I got a pedicure and she got a full set and it was supposed to be 30 for full set. Also it was a up charge 5 dollars for nails if you wanted a FULL SET WITH TIP. When I was a lone with them the preceded to give her a different price.And made me pay more and the nails turned out horribly. My mom got her toes done for $48 and they only did the front of my nails. And the owner was lazy and very rude I would recommend not coming here.
I Live in South Carolina half of the time and I came to get my nails done as a birthday celebration for my little sister ! We LOVE this place. Best nail salon I’ve ever been too! Mr. Tim was absolutely hilarious and very welcoming. Mr. Tony did my nails and I love them! He did the exact thing I wanted. 10/10 recommend !
Worst experience ever. I left after 75 mins (and I only received a pedicure). I went with a girlfriend this Sunday. We wanted to get manicures & pedicures. Because of the promotion, we got the deluxe spa pedicures. There were three people working. One man and two women. When we got seated, one of the women started our foot-baths, she then proceeded to give me a pedicure &then did the same to my girlfriend. We never got our cuticles removed, the application of the nail polish was sloppy (see pictures), and honestly she was just trying to rush since the gentleman seated about 4 other people from when our service started. As stated, we wanted to get manicures, after waiting about 20 more mins, she was clearly having to finish up two other pedicures before being able to attend to us. The whole vibe was awkward. I think when the other people got seated, the 2 women got mad at the male employee, and they must have exchanged words, since the pregnant employee ended up crying while giving another customer her pedicure. As you can see, we felt like we needed to leave. I told the women that we didnt believe the charges were fair since neither me or my friend received the 12 minute massage, our polish job was sloppy & no cuticles were removed, she disagreed. My friend was getting her dip removed. THE POLISH WAS NOT REMOVED AND THEY CHARGED HER $10.00. This was a horrible experience. I am upset that they did not take any ownership over the poor experience and that after contesting a charge, she basically lied about the services actually performed.
I had an appointment for 12:30 and waited nearly an hour for service just to be told I get wait in a different chair for another 15 minutes before receiving my SCHEDULED mani-pedi. I am okay with waiting a little longer but when they let someone else in front of me for their full set, I left. I will NEVER return.

I loved the atmosphere & the techs were all very friendly & welcoming! I am not sure how someone payed $60 for a pedi, I got no chip /gel & payed $48. Like maybe it was the Techs first time doing a deluxe or something but the people my friend & I had were great! My friend also got a dip manicure which went 15 min over their closing time (long process) & someone had just walked in for a pedicure not long before that. That being said, this place is very lovely, accommodating & had plenty of options. Love.
I’m new to Greenville and this is my first time finding a nail salon here! Everyone has been so sweet!!! Michael did such a beautiful job with my nails. I haven’t had my nails done in months and thought my nails might be tender since it’s been so long. Michael was so gentle with my toes and hands! My nails are perfect and I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere but Elife Nail Salon from here on out to see Michael. Thank you Michael!!

I went here on a Sunday since my regular nail salon was closed. The business and very nice inside and the owner I assume (older gentleman) was very nice and accommodating. I appreciated all the covid precautions. My nail tech was HORRIBLE. I could barely feel her touching my feet, she didn’t give me to 12 min massage as described in the deluxe pedi I paid for. I left with basic color, that looked like my 10 yr old could’ve polished them. I provided her a top anyway but did inform manager of the lack luster service. I will not return.
I got the manicure and sns dip powder. the woman who did it was fantastic and took her time ! i will definitely make the drive and come back !
This place is a joke. The building looks so fancy but your nails will look so cheap. This is the worst SNS I have had in my life. It looks so awful. She let me leave the building with a very ugly nails, uglier than I had when I enter their store.
My sister came here on Sunday and it is now Friday. She paid 75 dollars for the nails and they chipped off the same night while she was at work. Not only that, but they all started peeling not even a few days after they were done. They also took an hour and a half on them. She has already had 2 nails break off in the course of 5 days.

Went downhill quick! I loved my first experience. It was a gel fill in over a previous full set. My results lasted 4 weeks. I went back to Tony for a fill in for an extremely Important event. My gel nails started peeling in four days. 4 days! Every time I washed my nails more came off.Being out of town and prepping for a photo shoot, I had to pay $25 for someone to repolish my gel set. In the meantime I called Tom to express my concerns. He told me to come see him - he will take care of it. I drove 25 mins to show him only for him to tell me to COME BACK this weekend.I came back Friday, drove 25 mins and still spent $20 on a fill in with regular polish. Both of my thumbs broke within 24hrs! 24 HOURS! I only slept and went to Target. Ive never had nails break on me.At this point, Ive wasted time and money trying to resolve problems only to have more problems. Im now told they can remove my full set for $10. I refuse to spend more time and money driving all the way there and paying to fix what should not happen.Im not sure if its the products or technique but Im beyond upset. I love the salon and the people that work there but these issues and ”resolutions” do not sit well with me.

Awful job on my nails. So MESSY and goopy! I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure and fill-in manicure. I came in and told them again what I wanted yet they forgot I asked for a pedicure until after starting on my nails and then remembering and switching me over. Told me I should just do my natural nails with gel instead of fill-in because I was pregnant. I didn’t mind going natural so I didn’t decline, but instantly regretted it once I saw they were talking FOREVER removing my nails, and they were awful at shaping my natural nails. I explained I wanted an oval shape and he proceeded to give me square. I told him like 4 times- maybe he didn’t know English? He also broke several of my nails to where he had to cut the rest short to match. Just did an awful job with the manicure overall and it should have been an easy task bc my nails were beautifully shaped coming in (thanks to fancy nails across the street). Total appointment took 3 hours and there’s nothing to show for it. Would give them 1 star but one of the men was kind enough to offer water.
Highly recommend Michael! I got french dip nails and he did AMAZING! He took his time but he was very efficient and focused on me the entire time. I will definitely be coming back again!

I work a job where I use my hands all of the time. Im pretty brutal. Ive gotten my nails done here 3 times in total. The 1st 2 times my nails were absolutely perfect, lasted a month with the dipping powder. The 3rd time I broke a nail within a week. Thats not a huge issue because I pick up 100 lb. + boxes at work. Breaking g a nail is not the fault of the nail torch! However, I got here at 9 AM to get the nail fixed on a Friday and they were closed (web site said they were open). I called back at 9:45 am and the lady who answered the phone said they were open but busy. I explained to her the situation and she still stated they were busy and that I could not come up there. It has been 6 days since I got my nails done. I explained to her I was coming up there. My nail would be fixed. Period. I showed up waited 10 minutes. Nail done 10 minutes later! Appointments or not I think customers would appreciate that their requests are being taken care of.
Very nice looking salon, very nice staff. But Nail work is below average. My nails are all misshapen and not straight at all. Even once I pointed out that they were not straight, she was unable to get them right (and I’m not a very picky person). Wouldn’t return.

My fiancé got her nails done at about 6 different salons and all of them did an awful job. The employees at this place took their time and were very detail oriented. Her nails look AMAZING. They’re nice and even and smooth and the shape and length she wanted. We have to wait a while but there are only 4 employees at the moment but it is so worth the wait!!

I made an appointment for 11:30a and was not approached until ten mins after I finally said something and was instructed to have a seat for an additional forty five minutes because they were behind. What’s the purpose of making an appointment???? to include a rush job. I informed both nail techs that I was not satisfied with the outcome of my dip polish and my nail cuticles look disgusting after informing Michael three times how horrible they were....”I do it my way” was his response the entire time.Well your way is terrible and I will ensure no one else in my family or circle attends this horrible establishment!
I have been here 2 times both on Sunday’s. Only have 3 people working and the wait is long and the manager is rude when you ask how long of a wait it will be. People before me had appointments for 3 and were not seen until 340. A lovely looking salon with many many pedicure chairs but only 3 people working?
This place would have gotten five stars but I was very displeased with Cindy and the wax services. It’s the worst Brazilian wax that I’ve ever had. My biggest regret was allowing her to do these services for $60. I had an allergic reaction to the wax and she didn’t even do a great job. Another wax location took great care of me! However, my husband and I went here for pedicures! Tammy and Michael did an awesome job on our pedicures and Michael did an awesome job on my manicure! I will come back but only for pedicure and manicure services!

Giving 1 star because the hours online AND on their door says open Sundays. After driving over on a Sunday, I see a note on the door saying theyre closed. Correct your hours of business! This is not good for potential customers.
Michael does a phenomenal job with my mani and pedi. He takes his time, never makes me feel rushed and I enjoy being able to chat with him during the relaxing process. I’ve ran late before and he stayed past hours to complete my nails. Very friendly and I love the set up!
Went to get a pedicure and the owner/manager did my toes. She didn’t clean up the sides, and had no idea what she was doing with any of the instruments. And for paying $60 for a pedicure, she didn’t rub my feet.

Took my 9 yr old daughter yesterday for a mani/pedi and Tammy was the absolute best she did an outstanding job on her nails! Was very patient, sweet, helpful and understanding with our needs and concerns. We couldnt be more pleased
Walked in the door at 130pm. There was only 2 ladies in the pedicure chairs and 2 techs working on their feet. Was told that I would have a 15 minute wait. Picked out a color of polish and sat down. Another lady walked in and they told her it would be 15 minutes. After sitting there for 20 minutes, one of the techs came over and told me it would be another 45 minutes. I left! They have maybe 20 pedicure chairs in this shop and 2 techs working on a Thursday afternoon. Never going back!

My wife had a nice enough pedicure; but was furious with the waxing...apparently the woman doing it had NEVER waxed legs before and proceeded to BLAME my wifes leg hair! #missed spots#learnhowtoapplywax

First time going to this nail salon and I did not have a great experience. The nail tech burned my finger twice with the drill and ended up slicing 2 of my fingers with the nail file. It was a painful and long experience. Not only did I leave with bloody cuts but my nails were not completed very well, I have unevenness and nail glue on my skin. When the manager asked how everything was I showed him where my fingers were cut and even though he said “sorry your fingers were cut” he acted as if that was a normal occurrence and proceeded to charge me then asked me to recommend friends. Now I am just nervous about an infection in the cuts made. There are so many great nail places in Greenville- this is not one of them.

Y’all do not go here. My nails look HORRIBLE. She rushed through it the whole time to the point my nails are uneven, jagged edges and my gel polish has lumps in it. They also advertise for 20 percent off all services and this is a LIE. Do not go here if you want your nails to look good

This place is new. The place is very clean and inviting with 20+ pedi chairs BUT just 3 nail technicians. They cannot keep up with the demand making them rush on your services. I had an appointment and had to wait over an hour after my time to be service. When they finaly got to me they rush over my pedi and mani so much that I ended up with cut toes and fingers. I think they should had waited to have more staff before opening and maybe just sticking to appointments until they get use to timing the services.Hope they get better because this is a great location.

I was very disapointed they been open For a month and it was my first time in there I wanted a certain color they had advertised on their nail for shellac and they did not have it also the work they did on my nails the color came off in 2 days I was very disappointed and the owner seem so rude to his employees while I was there he was constantly yelling at them
