I was really satisfied with my nails after I left. My concern was that the lady that did my nails wasn’t really friendly. Also, I don’t think there should be an extra five dollar charge for a French tip, given the fact that the design is very simple and it’s just a white line. I wanted a design just like the French tip but just a deeper U-shape and they said it would be $5 more (just to erase more white polish). They do offer a student discount though! But if you like designs, I would recommend going somewhere else!!

If you’re considering getting your nails done here, do! There are rows and rows, full walls of polish options and the attention of the nail technicians is superb :) I had Jeannie do my nails and I could not stop admiring them and felt so happy with the finished product. Thank you!

My friend has been recommending Grand Pilas to me for months and i finally went and got a full set. Happy is an understatement! Not only am i in love with my nails, but the service, environment and people were absolutely amazing! I will always go to and recommend this place to anyone who wants beautiful nails for an amazing price!

My entire visit was lovely! Most Definitely the BEST manicure Ive ever had! Everything was done professionally, adequately, and diligently. Attention to detail was top notch, and When I asked for my nails to be cut a little shorter, it was no problem at all, and I was even encouraged to speak about anything I didnt like. (I know we all have had that one who gets sassy when you say anything about your nails lol). Im so in love with my nails!!

Ive been twice now and have been very pleased. My nails are perfect every time, and this past time, they lasted a full month, no chips, no breaks! I love the signature pedicure, especially while the massage chair is going. They take your safety very seriously. Each pedicure chair is separated by clear, thick plastic and the staff wears their masks. They put a new liner in the foot spa for every customer. I really enjoyed my time. But I do recommend you make an appointment because they are pretty busy!

This was my first time coming here with my mom. We got pedicures today and we both loved the end results. Our experience here was amazing. The people there was so nice and generous. We will definitely be back soon.

I started coming here a few months ago and the very first time I went in, I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. Im a very picky person and for me, my eyebrows are a big deal. Theyre kinda like a statement for me (for lack of better words). Well, I was amazed the first time I got them done. The owner did them and she has done them since. The place is beautiful and the owner, who does my eyebrows, is so so nice and very professional. The employees are also so nice and professional. I love this place and will recommend it to everyone I meet!!

If I could no stars I would. I had my nails done here and within 3 days the dip cracked. One of nails ripped off FROM PULLING MY PANTS UP. When I messaged them, they told me to come in and they would fix and when I did finally get to come in at my convenience she was trying to make wait hours AND CHARGE ME. I’m so deeply disappointed and I’m not one to even complain

My nails had been recently done at a different location and they looked terrible. I called and made an appointment here and Mai was able to not only painlessly remove my horrible acrylic nails and she gave me a BEAUTIFUL liquid gel set. The service was good, and 2 weeks out my nails still look good. They also take appointments which is nice.

I went here for about 2 months and loved the atmosphere, unfortunately after going in today for a color change I was told they close at 7:30And could not do a gel color change because it was 6:55. There were no other customers in the salon. So I don’t understand why I was turned away when there is 35minutes left before closing, Which is more than enough time for a simple gel polish. Atleast the manager was polite when asking me to come back tomorrow. 🙄

This was my first time at Grand Palais. I was extremely pleased! I love their setup for COVID precautions, it’s clean, and I appreciate their organization. Tons of colors to pick from and my nail tech was TOP NOTCH! I love my nails and will definitely be back!!

Very unhappy. I’ve been going here since September 2020. 3 weeks ago, I got a basic gel full set with about medium length for $35. Today, the lady told me $50 for that same length & gel. Another lady came over & said it was because of their gel prices were raised. So unprofessional! It really depends on who is doing your nails..

I stumbled upon this nail salon because it is in close proximity to where I live. There are many nail salons in Greenville but I can hands down say this is the best. I now exclusively go to them because they are professional, attentive, and do great work. I’ve had anything from basic gel nails to more intricate nail artwork and I always leave happy. They also have a reward program which is amazing as someone who regularly gets her nails done. They are absolutely worth a try if you haven’t been before and I am confident you will have a great experience!

Kristine provided me with a very professional pedicure that included a 20 minute hot stone massage, paraffin wrap, and gel nail polish. No drills were used on my toe nails. I will visit this salon again.

I went here to get my nails done for my wedding. I came here because the reviews were so good and the pics had really good design pictures. I got there and the establishment was very clean and that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. As for the rest the nail tech didn’t talk to me at all, when it came to nails I had a picture and I had an example of the color I was looking for. Well the color was wayyyyy too light and and then design looked terrible. I didn’t complain and I still tipped but I had to go home and fix it cause there was no way I was going to have it looking like that at my wedding. It was very disappointing. I’m sure they do really well with solid colorsBut if you want a design I’d say you have better luck somewhere else.

I do not get my nails done often so I typically pick a random place to go when I do. I was instantly greeted when I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly & really took their time with me. The tech doing my nails, did a phenomenal job and I could tell she really took value in the quality she was providing. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole visit. I dont think I could go to a different salon after this experience. I look forward to coming back!

I followed my nail technician, Christina, from another salon to Grand Palaus and had my first visit today. Christinas work is always on point and so is Grand Palais! Very clean, and taking COVID precautions seriously. The atmosphere is welcoming and the prices are reasonable. I appreciated the customer service from the time I called to make an appointment to the end of my service.

I got my nails done at this place in February when they had their grand opening and it was a very good experience. The employees were the most nicest nail techs in Greenville. The place was clean and spacious. I got acrylic set for $35 because of their 20% off all services deal that month.
