Disappointed to say the least. The apartment itself is really nice. Nice finishes, nice appliances, great size, and a lot of storage. We are in a 2 bedroom on the first floor. The noise from above is awful and goes on all hours into the night!!! We have complained to the office numerous times over the past 12 months with no resolution. We had courtesy officer and Greenville county police come out on several occasions… Nothing has been done! The grounds are NOT maintained to luxury living standards. Our breeze way has not been cleaned in 12 months. Garbage stains on the cement, mildew growing on the siding, and spiderwebs everywhere!. We have ask several times to have it cleaned with nothing done. The mulch has NOT been replaced since they built this place. It washes away more and more every time it rains. The dog park is a joke. We had mulch at one time but now 12 months later is just dirt, or mud when it rains, and there are no trees or shade for the dogs. Also, they are supposed to have breed restrictions in his place but every day there are Pitbulls and German shepherds walking around Oh and the new owners told “me” to find out where the people live that own these dogs and then they will contact them…WHAT??? Excuse me but thats their job not mine!!! It’s in the lease we signed No restricted breeds or mixes of that breed.Anyway don’t waste your hard earned money on this so called Luxury Living” it’s anything but a luxury. It’s very aggravating after working 10-11 hours a day and not be able to relax and enjoy your luxury home!
I don’t know why on earth the management of this place changed. There were complaints of old management, though I did not have any personally. The new management came in out of nowhere over a month ago and posted a note on our door, hasn’t changed any signage, hasn’t communicated with us at all. The old management used to send us emails at least once a week just communicating with us. We used to have events and food trucks. We used to have an online portal for all of our amenities and paying online as far as I know we do not have that anymore which honestly makes paying rent a little bit more difficult and no one ever answers the phone. The trash has also not been picked up on some occasions. It is a mandated valet service that you have to pay extra for. I really hope nothing messes up in the apartment I can only imagine what it would be like to have something needing fixed. I’ve never seen the company switch over and fire all of the staff only to replace it with half the amount of people. Clearly the workload is too much.
The carriage house is amazing we’ve been here for two months and absolutely love it here. The staff is very professional and understanding. The amenities are wonderful and easily accessible. The community itself is very home like and friendly! The only problem is the parking, it’s almost impossible yo get parking remotely close to your unit if you have a job that requires you until 10/11 pm.
The apartments, themselves, look great. For that, I rate them a 2. However ever since the new management, nothing has really been taken care of. The gym is always grimy. The elevator in the big building is never cleaned or wiped down and always stinks. The walk ways near the front entrance sometimes have trash that isn’t picked up for days to weeks, depending. Theres been gritty looking residue that’s never been cleaned on the wood in the corridor. The pool is no longer consistently cleaned every morning either. The maintenance guy used to always come and straighten up, vacuum the pool, clean the chairs, etc. but now nothing is done anymore. For as much as the place costs, I don’t think cleaning is too much to ask for. (If you’d like to thank me for my feedback then start by just cleaning up, please.)
Nice looking apartments but thats about it. New owners are like the old owners already, no communication and doesnt take care of the complaints and trust me these luxury living apartments are far from that.No one walks the grounds and picks up the mess or cleans anything.Noise between apartments is awful...poor noise barrier with no carpet in the main areas to deaden the noise
If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived here less than a month and the new management is so poor its unfathomable. The apartments are so nice, new and modern which is why I gave one star (and because I cant give zero).I had a package delivered two weeks ago and they refuse to give it to me because I am not enrolled in parcel packages which you must have to in order to get your mail. I was NOT made aware of this or the fees involved until AFTER my package was delivered. When I spoke with parcel packing on August 25th and told that the internet to their systems had been down since August 1st. I made management aware and was told they (management) didnt find out until the day prior (Aug 24). Shante then told me that the only one who could assist me was Nicole and she was out of town. I waited over a week for her to return and was then made aware that she could not assist me. I have now reached out to corporate management and awaiting a response.I am extremely disappointed because the previous management which I signed with took much better care of the property and was much more well equipped to assist residence and their needs.**If this is a REQUIRED service, residents should be made aware of this and the fees associated prior to receiving packages and signing a lease.
I never get good attention from office officials. Mrs. Anita or Adita (Im not sure how to spell her name) and Shantal never give me a correct answer to my needs.
Weve been here since October. So far I love it. Yes the walls are thin, but its not as bad as what everyone seems to think it is. Ive lived in apartments with thinner walls then there are here. The amenities are great and the staff does a great job at helping with any request. If we end up having to rent again next year we will be staying here. Also with a three bedroom you get a wrap around patio, comes in perfect for playsets for little ones since there is not a park on site. I would 100% suggest renting here to anyone whos lived in apartments before.
My experience at the community has been fantastic!! Alicia and her team do an amazing job taking care of the community and the residents. The staff is always friendly and they always acknowledge you. Today I came home to a thank you note with candy at my door, just because! They also send out community updates on a regular basis so you always know what is going on and you dont have to guess. For me, noise has been very minimal, and I am so happy I chose to live here!!
Great brand new apartments. Alicia is easy to work with and very helpful.
Wow! Lets start with the incredible staff. From the moment I showed up Christin and Alicia were there to meet me with big smiles (behind the masks of course) and were both very nice (probably the nicest people Ive ever met). Theyre both so kind and knowledgeable which really helped make the leasing process very easy. The club house is very clean and spacious. The pool is very nice place and makes for a comfortable place to relax. The community is clean and the maintenance crew is top notch. The apartments are brand new and as expected, theyre gorgeous. If youre looking for a place near downtown Greenville I would highly recommend this community.Did I mention that Alicia and Christin are amazing?! You have to stop by and check this place out! 🙂
The Leasing Professionals weren’t clear to me on how Liberty rent worked, before filling out the application I asked the lady if I owed another property would I be able to still rent at this property. And her exact words were “ Oh, Yes ... No problem and she explained how I have to pay extra to move in through Liberty Rent. Mind you, I wouldn’t have taken the time to apply if I had known that they wouldn’t be able to approve me due to me owing the previous apartment. (I made me owing another property VERY clear) I found Waterleaf at Keys Crossing on Liberty rent, they are a platform to help people who may owe another property and are trying to get another apartment, the way you are approved is that I the customer pay Liberty rent the fee to co-sign on the apartment with me at the time of denial. Liberty rent asks that I get denied, which qualifies me to rent the apartment, but Waterleaf failed to provide me a Registration code in order for Liberty rent to move forward with the process. Waterleaf at Keys Crossing was completely no help at all and they certainly did not try to work with the platform I used to find them!! All in all, bad experience and I feel really awful because I recommended many family and friends to apply here and I’ve already been mislead and I don’t even live here.Although the lady whom showed me the property was very professional during the tour, I’m just upset that I had to pay an application fee when I knew that I would be denied. That’s why I asked before hand if Liberty rent would be any help. They told me yes, don’t worry about it. I would still get approved. Only it didn’t go that way. I got jinxed out of my application fee, and no help or apology for explaining how the platform worked all wrong.
As a luxury apartment connoisseur and reviewer, I did the self guided tour of this property and I was very impressed. It is nestled in a great location in Greenville, away from the traffic and convenient to everything. The leasing agent was very friendly and thoroughly explained the process. The cabinetry and details in the unit were great. It had a nice home feel and not too pricey. I wish it were a match but at this time I must continue on to another property.
Be Aware - You pay a $50 monthly fee for water instead of what you use which they do not tell you when you sign the lease, I found out when I saw the charge and questioned it - normal usage for me in any apartment is about $12 monthly - Had I known this, I may not have signed. Their contract with ATT only allows you to choose the $100 a month plan for internet only from them for mediocre service (service quality is ATT fault not WAKC). I did not sign up for TV but I imagine its much more. Be aware that the floors and ceilings are uninsulated causing normal steps of my upstairs neighbors to echo through the apartment loudly all day and part of the night every day.
Be aware of prefer internet supplier AT&T, few other cell carrier towers around you may need to get an AT&T mobile service. You need to sign for a parcel service and all packages, not matter how heavy and big these are need to be dropped at the office and you need to pick them up at their business hours. It is a new construction, thin walls, you will hear every step and faucet, rent a last floor at a premium and without elevator, the appliances as top of the line, although little closet space. The pool area is nice, if you have a dog there is park and the observatory deck is cool too.I hope this help you to ask the right questions and make the right decision for yourself, based on your preferences and lifestyle.
Just lease today, a wonderful place to stay and so beautiful, the staff is so nice and very determine to help you.
The property is very nice and so are the apartments. I love the large and in-style kitchens! The pool and outdoor seating area is also very nice and relaxing! The only issue is how thin the walls are! If you don’t mind stairs, make sure to live on the top floor. We can hear every footstep, drawer/cupboard being closed, and every time the toilet and shower is used! We also can hear the dog running around. It is extremely loud unfortunately.
So pleased with my decision to live here! The ladies in the office made my move from out of state effortless. My apartment is beautiful!
I am so happy with my apartment! There is an elevator in my building! HELLOOOO, that is amazing for this area. I love that we are tucked off the main roads. and traffic isnt bad at all!
I’ve been living here for about 2 months and i love it! the people in the leasing office are so helpful and are always kind to me. this was my first time living alone and i had sooooo many questions and they were great to me! anytime i need anything they are very helpful and very quick to respond and resolve any issues. the only negative thing about living here is that the walls are SUPER thin, especially when compared to other apartments. i do wish the builders had considered that. i live on the third floor so i don’t know about noise from upstairs neighbors. my neighbors are typically quiet so it’s not an issue, but if they ever make noise i do hear it, and i do sometimes hear their small dog bark. it’s also right by the interstate so there’s some noise from that too. there also are several small white paint dots on my hardwood i guess from painting the ceiling. they don’t bother me, but i hope that i’m not charged for those when i move out! i live in a one bedroom and the closet is on the smaller side. it’s great for just me but i would HATE to share it. there also is not much storage in the apartment so if you need that, be mindful. it’s in a super convenient area. my porch is HUGE, my kitchen is SO PRETTY and has the best appliances i could find in this price range. since the complex is so new i doubt i’ll ever have issues with my appliances. i feel like the living space is really spacious as well. i love the flooring colors and the countertops too. i feel like i got a GREAT deal for how nice this apartment is. nothing in this price range comes close to how nice it it here. there’s never trash around the complex and i ALWAYS feel safe. it’s well lit at night too which was super important to me. i’ve NEVER seen bugs here. there’s also plenty of parking. i love living here! if you’re a girl living alone, this place is great! id recommend it to anyone. i literally never write reviews but i wanted to share my experience here because it’s been so wonderful. also the valet trash service is the BEST !
My boyfriend lives here so I’m here all the time and I just wanted to say don’t be fooled by the 2 months free you get what you pay for...He moved in and is already ready to move out!
Beautiful apartments with fantastic amenities!! Excellent staff...knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful! Wonderful place to live!
I love my new place and the amenities are so nice. Everyone in the office was so helpful which made my recent move to the area so much easier.
I cant tell you what a pleasure it was to tour with Alicia. She was professional, friendly, thorough, and Extremely knowledgeable about the property and amenities. The property is very nice and the Service and professionalism of the staff was EXCEPTIONAL.
Id give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in with all positives and coming from a previous apartment that flooded twice in a month and wasnt accommodated id still choose that over the staff alone here. They are basically shotty used car sales people. They get you to see the good stuff and then when you ask questions they give you all the right answers and try to assure you everything is good and then they screw you in the end. I applied, I got denied, took all the steps they told me too for the secondary program and I was approved through having an extra down payment, fine. The apartment complex requires their down payment before 72 hours. However with the Liberty Rent program you have 30 days to pay them. The apartment staff called and told me I cant move in unless I have those paid and I had a certain time to do it. After it having been a week already and I was told everything was fine. They refused to work with me. Told me they would refund my admin fee and keep my app fees and id have to reapply again with another app fee and get denied again and go through the whole process twice in order to move in when I wanted. It was 4 more days until I was going to pay them 1400 bucks to move in and they wouldnt work with me at all. I communicated with the staff multiple times during the week when the fees were past due and not a single person ever told me I had a time limit. I was informed the company they work with has their own rules and the apartment works differently but Im not paying my fees to the apartment, im paying them to liberty rent so im not passed due. I even asked if they would just retain the application and fees and place me in open unit after I payed the down payments and they refused to help at all. At that point I was done and thanked them for wasting my time. I demanded a refund as I was told i wasnt entitled to one as it was my choice to apply. No, I applied and got approved and the staff is entirely unaware of how to communicate properly and they refused to hold anything for 4 more days even with a guaranteed approval. I have yet to receive a refund and its been over a week. Dont even think twice about this place. If they wont do you right before you move in lord knows how they treat people that do live there.
The office staff here is wonderful, the apartments are very nice, and everything Greenville has to offer is right in your backyard here!
Beautiful property, good location, nice amenities, and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?
We love the staff at Keys Crossing! Gorgeous property with excellent amenities!
I recently moved in a week ago and love it!!
WALLS ARE THIN & CONSTRUCTION IS HERE TOO EARLY...DONT PLAN ON GETTING ANY SLEEP!
Such a great location in Greenville, beautiful community, and great staff!
The apartments themselves are super nice and pretty but the property is managed poorly. The old management team was great, but they sold the property so new management came in. They have been so disappointing it’s not even funny. My roommate and I put in a maintenance request a month ago about a light hanging down in her bathroom and no one has come to even check it out. The maintenance man with the last management company would be over almost instantly after a request was put in. The new resident portal through Aldon is a pain to deal with and won’t even let me complete a full rent payment so I have to go buy money orders. The office lady gave me the tech help number for the people who run the portal and told me to figure out what was wrong with it like it’s my fault their portal is messed up. I’m so extremely dissatisfied with them I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move. It’s sad when the apartments are nice but the management is so bad. It ruins the whole experience.
