It has been nothing but a headache staying here. Im not one to complain but I CAN NOT keep quite any longer. Only been out here for almost 6 months and have had to put in multiple maintenance request each month. For what i pay each month i should have little to no issues at all. Either they need to reduce prices or do better so residents dont have all these appliance and plumbing issues. Please if your considering moving out here move somewhere else. its not worth the headache.

Dont move here if you like privacy and a management team that knows what theyre doing. Maintenance is in your apartment at least once a month and they cant get the gates figured out so sometimes you just cant get in to your apartment. If youre OK with threatening emails from the management team and having a hard time accessing your own home, this is the place for you. Its NOT WORTH the MONEY!

We have been a part of the Millennium Apartment Homes community since 2009. There are many reasons for being a part of this community, however we cannot say enough of the consistent performance of the Maintenance Team of Jay, Anthony and Cliff. This team are one of the important reasons for continuing to choose this apartment community in which to reside. Last year our washer/dryer combination needed to be changed and like clockwork, the team answered the call, completed the work in the most professional manner, extremely timely as to respect our schedule that day, instructed us on the proper use of our new washer/dryer and cleaned up any mess to further complete the job. We give kudos to Anthony and Jay for responding so quickly and for their dedication to the residents of this community. Their work is always completed with a smile!

It’s Perfect for me #Period better than the last place I experienced

I loved living at the community. During this pandemic it was really hard to find such caring personnel that took a moment to understand the challenges everyone faced. Words aren’t enough for just how kind Lakin, the assistant manager, was. She is what every property needs! She’s knowledgeable, kind, informative and an overall genuine person. Her experience alone made me have a positive living experience. The maintenance guys are also super friendly and helpful as well! Great community with great employees.

I’m a traveling contract worker, I must say this was the BEST apartment complex I stayed in, so well that I renewed my work contract due to I’m COMFORTABLE ! My apartment set up is BEAUTIFUL, maintenance crew are RAPID responders (major plus), the community upkeep is mind blowing (not a piece of paper, cigarettes, etc in sight.) I’m simple peace and quiet is all I require and I got just that living here 😌 Not to mention for the price how could I complain. I normally don’t write reviews but you guys definitely deserved it. I LOVE it here. Thank You Staff.

I have lived here for about 2 months. It seemed to be a nice place to stay until our air went out ! It’s unbearable at times and it’s been almost a week and no one has been out to repair it! Ugh!

Assistant manager jossett is very rude and unprofessional threatening to call police for using the grill at 9:55pm and the pool area close at 10pm I was rudely approached and watched she told me I did not have any more minutes left and called me “sweetheart “ I then asked her to address me by my name she then goes to say that she is tired and have been working all day and she will not allow me time to gather my belongings or properly shut off the gas grill I was using wow not to mention my air was broken for 3days and was told to be patient but the assistant manager could not be patient with me while I gather my belongings I am livid and feel very offended and I will not recommend living here at all this is the 3rd manager in 1year but jossett is by far the most unprofessional of them all

I’ve been living at millennium for about three years now! I’ve always felt comfortable being here! Though I do feel there’s room for improvements but, for the most part it’s a good place to live. Lakin that works in the front office is always so helpful with any problems or concerns you may have. She always speaking if seen out on the property. I feel she genuinely cares about the residents and the community itself. Always had a great encounter with her!

I have had an amazing experience. Particularly Anthony, who is one of the maintenance guys. I was giving up hope on my dryer. I thought for sure it needed to be replaced, but Anthony fixed it in the best timely manner possible! Works like new!! People working in the community that you live in like him make you want to stay! Thank you Anthony!

The property is showing a reflection of the section 8 manger that was hired to run the property into the grown !! I love our leasing consultant Chrishna, you would think she is the leasing manager !! Kelly needs to be fired !! She lacks professionalism as well is urgency !! I have lived at this property for 3+Years and never in my wild dreams would think about moving but unfortunately my time has come and Kelly can go to hell !! Im tired of not getting the response I need from her emails and phone calls are simple !! It clearly shows she’s just here for a check !!

I’ve been living at Millennium for 3 years now, and while it has some issues, I’ve never found a complex that didn’t. Wouldn’t still be here if it was bad. This latest office staff is great. Cliff, Anthony, and Jay are always right there the same day to fix any maintenance issue, and Lakin, in the office, is amazing. She’s always available and willing to answer any question. And she cares about the residents. That’s rare in most places.

My family and I have been living in Millennium Apartments by 1.5 years. We love this place, it is very comfortable, quiet and it has a good location.The people is very kind and the maintenance response when we have some issues in the apartment it is faster and efficient. We think spend more years living here.

The only great aspect of this place is the maintenance crew! Anthony, Cliff, & Jay are fabulous! They are very responsive & quick to fix all issues immediately! The management team, OUTSIDE, of maintenance, is awful! Our previous management team was FAR BETTER! Perhaps, the owners should consider having the maintenance crew, run/manage ALL aspects of this complex!

I have been living at Millenium for over a year now, and have no complaints. The office and maintenance always lets you know ahead of time if they need to come to your apartment. If you need anything fixed in the apartment you can submit a ticket through the portal and they usually come out the same Day. Anthony has been great, and always gets the issued resolved.

Me and my family been living here at Millennium for 6months now and I love it here a lot of space the community is very kept up all the shopping centers close by the property manger Lathen Pitts is the very best she has been so kind and nice to me and my family helped us in so many ways I strongly recommend the millennium to any one who is looking for a nice and quiet clean community. I have really enjoyed my time here at Millennium apartments. The on site manager Lakin deserves 10 stars for here excellent people skills and managerial skills she is an awesome person and a great manager she has been nothing but helpful to me. I will be renewing my lease because of her.

I’ve been here a little over a month now and I love it! This is my first apartment on my own and with all the landlord horror stories I’ve heard I was a little nervous to take this big step. Firstly, I don’t consider this to be an apartment complex it’s a community. Lakin showed me around the community and has been helpful ever since. McKinley has also been helpful since I’ve moved in. Both are very genuine and sincere. About 3 days of living here my washer pipe rusted off which flooded the whole house. Maintenance was out here ASAP and provided every fan, humidifier, and carpet cleaners and Lakin knocked my rent down for the month as well. That’s when I knew I was in good hands. It’s safe, comfy, and beautiful. Most def recommend living here.

I toured with Lakin Pitts and I’m not going to lie I had three locations in mind off of mauldin road and innovations was one which is a very nice competitor but the experience I had was very professional and it was more so focused on my wants and she took her time considering everything I said to her and I appreciated the experience the apartments are beautiful like a town home feel! Ive lived in the Millennium Apts for 4 years. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome. I would highly recommend this property, the grounds are kept immaculate . Great place to live.

Apartments are nice and staff is friendly but not without its problems. The community is “gated” but the gate has been broken for years, sitting wide open. Management changed swiftly and without warning. Parking is limited and people can be mean if you start parking where they like to park. People speed through the complex making it near impossible to back out without getting hit. Neighbors are loud and have been woken by parties, babies, animals, and domestic violence. Location is great, however, close to everything you’d need. Amenities are good and WiFi is fast. Overall it’s a decent place if you get the right unit and good neighbors.

THINK WELL BEFORE SIGNING - Based off the initial impression I got when I moved in, and how it has changed after being here for nearly 18 months:More than half the amenities here are unavailable on and off, on a regular basis (even before the excuse of Covid-19).***There is no access gate*** and there hasnt been one in YEARS, nor has there been any visible progress towards fixing it. Here are a few examples why this has become a problem:Weve had multiple attempted break-ins (cars and apartments).At least 2 or 3 police incidents that I am aware of and would have likely not occurred had there been a gate including a police chases, drug deals, violent arrests.Students have parked their cars on property and walked to the high school across the street.Residents from neighboring properties have walked through the massive gap in the back gate (rendering it useless) and throw their trash into the complexs dumpster.Apparently, security cameras do not work and are only for show.This is the 3rd property management company in less than 2 years.Prices and lease renewal rates continue to skyrocket while amenities keep being taken away. They are branded and priced in line with nearby luxury apartment homes, but arguably do not live up to that standard.__________However, all that aside, here are some positives:The *renovated* apartments are, in fact, really nice.The community and location is very convenient and landscaping company does a good job with upkeeping the grounds.The staff, for the most part, are very friendly, and maintenance crew is arguably the BEST part of living here as they are quick to respond and get the job done well.__________The issues listed above are not that important to many people, but to me, this place is not quite as advertised to be when I signed my lease. You choose to live somewhere based on ALL the things they offer compared to how much you pay for it. This includes the apartment itself PLUS all the amenities that are technically not what you are legally paying for (according to their lease). Though I still love many things about Millennium, I generally do not feel like I am fully getting all my moneys worth, mostly because I had high expectations based on what was advertised when I first toured the place.

I have lived here for 2 years. Lately cars are being broken into and the trash has become a problem. None of the gates have worked in over a year and they are saying it’s a safe gated community. Obviously that is false if the gates don’t work and cars are being broken into. Management needs to step up their game.

I have lived here for three years and I am enjoying the living experience. You must take advantage of the outside amenities: Doggie Park, Swimming Pool, Outside grill, Exercise and Computer Room.McKinley and Larkins are always attentive to any repair needs and the maintenance/ground staff is an asset. Ive lived here at Millennium for going on 4 years now, which in itself should tell you how much I love living here. Lakin, our community manager, is fantastic and always helpful. My dog and I appreciate the dog park, the doggie trash cans, and ample sidewalks so we can take lots of walks. The complexs maintenance staff are kind, reliable, and always prompt with maintenance requests. The community is gated, well lit, and well maintained. As a single lady, I feel very safe living here, and that to me, is the most important.

Horrible. Last year it was so different . I moved back this year by myself & it is not the same. They do not make you feel welcome & there is zero parking! Paying what you pay here you can really just rent you a house.

When I moved to Greenville from California, everyone I spoke to highly recommended this beautiful apartment complex. I just renewed my least for the second time, this past August needless to say due to a great experience living on this beautiful property in such a convenient location to both the interstate and beautiful downtown Greenville SC . Each day your greeted with smile abs friendly hello from various staff patrolling the property. Ms. Lakin Pitts (management) is always avail to answer any questions and / or Assist with needs or issues that may arise . For the animal lover, the fitness person, the person that loves a Clean quiet atmosphere of a small neighborhood, this is the place for them .

Overall a nice apartment complex and its conveniently located by I-85 which was big plus for me. Just gotta be wary of garbage piling up . The maintenance staff is the highlight of living there, specifically Cliff, hes the GOAT. If something breaks or isnt working right, hell take care of it in no time. Give that man a raise.

Lakin Pitts is the best hands down.. Ive never met a person so patient and kind during this unforseen pandemic. I wouldnt have chose a better place to call home.. Thanks guys!!

Me & my husband love living here. While we like the apartment complex we think a huge decision to renew is because of the helpfulness shown to us by the office and maintenance workers. Larkin’s natural friendliness is not a skill that can be taught & we’ve even referred others to live here for that reason alone. So, long story short they are only out for your money. Parking sucks. No storage in your apartment. Police are here all the time after dark. Walls are paper thin. Lived here 2 years and cant wait to move in a few months. I can get 2 bed and 2 baths for what Im paying here for a tiny 1 bed. I can literally hear my neighbors phone conversation (BOTH SIDES) God forbid they had a crying baby...oh wait...your money is better spent elsewhere. All that being said I will say the maintenance staff is amazing and the office staff is super friendly, even if they cant solve your problems. Oh, and dont think this is a gated community because the gate hasnt been closed in over a year. Just look elsewhere. The current residents will appreciate the open parking as people move out.

Staff and maintenance are great as well as location to most anything you need around Greenville/Mauldin area. We have had 3 to 4 different management companies come through just over the 3.5 years I have lived here and Amenities are very lacking. The Firepits have never worked. The main “dog park” is a mud pit with most dog obstacles broken or falling apart. Definitely not a “gated” community considering the front and back gates have been broken for about 2 and 1/2 years. Rent prices continue to increase with no updates made to your specific apartment or amenities around it. Community WiFi is terrible and included in your rent with no option out to be able to pick an outside service. Parking is also terrible if you don’t pay for the extra garage spaces. Would not recommend living here.

1. Not a safe community. Car was broken into. Police went to office to review camera footage. Learned cameras are for show only. The cameras are NOT in operation.2. Front gate inoperable for over a year now. Back gate is exit only. Back gate missing prongs. No protection. FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE STATED IN THE LEASE. This change did nothing to change the atrocious state of compactor area.3. Amenities, more then half either broken or not accessible. Changes based on COVID. Using COVID as an excuse.4. Computer lab is a joke! Half the time no paper. Ink out. No apps or programs, i.e. Microsoft Word5. Had serious leak. Staff did not consider an emergency. Leak occurred on weekend. Would not fix. By Monday morning said leak moved from laundry into living room.6. Rent goes up annually, but no updates. Front door needs to be painted. Kitchen cabinets are disgusting. Carpet was old when we moved in. Four-five years later the same carpet. Mold in places.7. Now a vicious dog has been welcomed. If the little boy controlling the lead of his ferocious dog would have lost control I would have been that dogs dinner.8. There is a car that frequents the back parking lot. Sometimes one or two people. At times a carload. Smoking weed. Drug deals in parking lot.9. Only 1 out of 2. firepits work. It does not work 100%. Only a few grills work on occasion.Have been told for a year that items broken would be replaced. No they have not.10. Landscapers are disrespectful. My door was partially opened as I ran into apartment to grab my handbag. Leaf blower blew door open with a mound of leaves. Almost hit me. No apology. No offer to clean his mess. They remove your private property and do not move it back. They blow debrit into your items and dont clean up.There is nothing to look forward to in regard to this place. I will not recommend this place.11. There is a club house, but we are not permitted to use it. The staff have claimed it as their own.12. No regard for those of us that get off work at 6 or 7. Pool closed at 8 PM pre COVID and 5 now. So no pool usage.Screens do not seal properly. Windows allow moisture. Mold exists.13. WASHER IS TARING CLOTHING. Still have not replaced washer.***I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU RENT FROM A NEW APARTMENT COMMUNITY OR RENT FROM VININGS DOWN THE ROAD. FANTASTIC PLACE! Gorgeous pool too!!!No disgusting and smelly garbage to be plagued with. Its especially nice when it rains. The rain carries the debris from broken garbage bags. COVID times ... unsanitary!The rent does not justify the unit or the property.Poor

1. A security gate is a priority for me and the front gate has been inoperative for over 2 yrs due to intentional damage. As of 3/2020 Bell cannot say if they’ll repair or discard it. What about the insurance?2. Trash p/u at door costs residents nearly $38/mo. NO CHOICE! Previously residents could take trash to the dumpster (at no extra cost)3. A $50/mo charge for internet was imposed a year ago. NO CHOICE! And the service is sketchy and not well maintained.4. My lease will expire soon so I asked will rent be increased or remain unchanged in 2020? Reply was Not Known at this time and I’d be notified by mail at 60 days prior to lease expiration.At this time I cannot recommend this complex as a fair, honest, or credible place to live.

Please DO NOT lease here! The management does not know how to manage properly and use the excuse “we’ve been super busy” all the time. Front desk never answers, rent doesn’t get taken out no matter how many times we “fix” it on our end (we get charged 150 for late fee) Grills do not work, gate does not work,WiFi does not work and have not been working for a while. I dont know how they can be busy moving new people in instead of taking care of current residents. I’ve had my car vandalized, random notes at my door(Not from management), and been harassed on property and management does NOTHING or even contact me back. They forcefully make you get the GiG stream which cuts out all the time; I work from home and have lost hours or pay due to there internet. We’ve tried to be understanding due to circumstances of new management but they do not care. The only reason we renewed our lease was because of covid complications but please find somewhere else.

First off, the good. Millennium has absolutely THE best maintenance staff that I have ever experienced ! Anytime that I have reported a problem they have responded immediately and in most cases have resolved the problem in the same day, no hassles, no worries, no stress.The property it self is conveniently located, stores, shopping, entertainment, airport, all close by within minutes.And now the bad, parking and garbage, these are the two worst aspects of this property.Parking here can be a nightmare if you do not rent a garage, even then you can still get blocked-in by people parking in front of your garage. Parking spaces fill up QUICK and once they are filled people resort to parking on the curbs and in front of other vehicles, blocking them in. And in some extreme cases people have just left their cars sitting in the middle of the parking lot blocking all traffic completely including any emergency vehicles that may need to respond to a call at the property.The other biggest issue here is the garbage... not all of which is Millenniums fault, some people are just too damn lazy to place their garbage inside the trash compactor, opting instead to just leave it sitting on the ground outside. The result can be massive piles of garbage built up in front of the compactor door blocking other people from place their bags inside.What I do fault Millennium for is the new $27 a month Valet Living fee they now charge. The fee is for the convenience of having someone stop by your apartment every evening and take out your garbage for you. This service does nothing to help with the massive piles of garbage in front of the compactor nor can you op-out of this service, the fee is mandatory!

As of October of 2017 Millennium was taken over by a new management company, Hawthorne. With the new Team the dynamic and vibe has changed in a positive way! In every facet of managing a property. A pro active team (everyone) competent to come up with solutions to challenges the previous team was not able to resolve. For example, the less then desirable issues with the compactor. Hawthorne resolved! Hawthorne is an A+ Team! A shout out to Ryan and Jay (as I see them most)! So friendly and kind. So hard working! Thank you everyone for what you do! You are appreciated!

New management company does NOTHING to control residents. People next door are constantly waking me up at 1 or 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning banging someone the wall and screaming . Management call me police. Police say its a management issue. Have lost my patience so moving before I loose my freedom. Not worth it.

I liked this place until I got my orders from the military and it came time to move out. I am active reserve and I was in training in Georgia when I got orders so I sent them my electronic notice to vacate via email well before 30 days. They arent honoring my notice so they are still making me pay for a month that I will not be living there. Other than that they were nice but ton of homeless people just outside the gate and a lot of people smoking weed around the complex. Id recommend if other than that🤣

I was here for 2 years. Loved it. Up to date apartments, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable. Staff was always helpful and nice. Great place to live. Salt water pool the best. Loved the apartment. Had to move to Florida, if not would of still been living there.

My experience here at the Millennium apartment homes has been. Absolutely wonderful! The staff is Wonderful, Friendly the care about your needs and the maintenance team is just phenomenal! If something is broken it will be fixed within 24 or less I promise you. I Love this place and it is Very well kept and very quiet! I recommend anyone to give this place a try!

I feel very safe living here, no matter what time of day or night I come home. People are very friendly but pretty much stay to themselves. Pool and park area is great. Plenty of sidewalks to walk without even leaving the complex!Maintenance guys are friendly and come same or next day for problems. If you have seasonal ants (like anywhere in S.C.) they have someone come in and spray baseboards, problem resolved and safe with pets. I have 2 cats, maintenance always mindful of not letting them out.Yes, some of office staff are a bit rude, but I have always had any concerns resolved and the overall manager is excellent. Love having washer dryer (included!) in the apartment.I have no regrets about living here and would highly recommend it to anyone! Love the town home style apartment entries!

I love living at Millennium in Greenville!Besides the beautiful property, the location, the upgraded apartments what I love most about living there is the team. The office staff, starting with Kay the manager, and the maintenance guys make it feel like home. I would recommend checking it out if you’re looking for somewhere special.

Living here has really been a pleasure. The apartments are beautiful and well-kept. The dog park and pool are well-maintained and wonderful as well. Its actually the best dog park out of any other apartment complex I looked at. Maintenance staff are prompt and super friendly. Management does a good job of keeping the complex maintained and they throw some nice events for all of the residents. My experience here is that the neighbors are social and welcoming as well. I feel very safe here and its a family-friendly area, too. In my opinion, these apartments are the best value for the money as they are very nice but not quite as expensive as other luxury complexes. Were very happy here and dont plan to move any time soon.

Maintenance performed well. Any issues were addressed quickly. Not a fan of the trash valet. There were too many spiders in apartment when theres a pest fee involved. Walls are paper thin. Has horrible experience with upper neighbors, fortunately they vacated before lease was up.

Good place to live bit don’t try to leave. I gave a notice but wasn’t long enough so they penalized me 2 months rent. Nightmare dealing with the manager. Thought I had it all sorted out then it would change. Glad to be out of the nightmares.

I enjoyed my experience with the staff much more after the apartment complex was turned over to a new company. Overall I can’t complain about my living experience. I stayed here for 4 years with minimal issues. One thing they should focus on is having designated visitors parking and actually enforce it. Parking has always been an issue and it was often hard to find a parking space close to my unit.

I have been living at the Millennium for 6months and I must say it has been great experience. The office staff are very friendly and is always willing to help. The maintenance team do a fantastic job Keeping the community clean. No disappointments here, it’s a great place to live and to call home.

The new office staff is amazing. Maintenance crew hands down is the best around. Parking is not so much of an issue for me because of where my unit is located however there are rare occasions when I cant find a spot to park. Unfortunately Ive seen some less desirable folks around the complex who give me some reason for concerns (not sure if theyre actual tenants for visitors).

We love this place. Great location, great amenities, great price for the area, friendly office staff, grounds are kept tidy, awesome maintenance staff, clean pool, clean gym, and safe family-friendly environment. Lack of parking near our building is the main downside, but burning extra calories when I have to park by the mailboxes can be a plus. lol

Overall living at Millennium had been a great experience. Parking is a little bit of an issue, but the other amenities still outweigh this issue. What made us leave Millennium is their decision to increase the rents on their best tenants, which is weird, but at the same time unfortunately very common.

Nice quiet place to live. Love the atmosphere! But maintenance is trash. Had a bad leak from apt above back in Sept, flooding my room and apartment. Fixed it. DEC!!, and they come to paint ceiling from stained water. Wait there’s more!! Painted the ceiling and didn’t cover a thing. My bed, pillow and sink has paint on it...

I have been living in this apartment for a few months now and I must say that the apartment is very good to live. The staff is awesome here and most of your service requests would be resolved during the same day. I like living here very much. The place is neat and clean and well maintained.

We lived there for a while and honestly nothing was wrong with it. They changed the owners and you could tell that, everything started not being as good as it used to be. We were deciding wether to stay one more year until one of our CARS GOT STOLEN. The management staff didn’t even cared about it, or helped at all. They supposedly had security cameras but actually they were useless because they were damaged. The gate hasn’t been working for more than a year, and when we complained about that, they only said that they don’t have a gate for security purposes ?!? (Don’t know what other purpose would a gate have but ok) and that they were supposedly working on getting it fixed. We had keys of the apartments inside of the car that got stolen and requested to have the locks changed. They were charging us for it, after what happened to us in the property that they sell as “safe and private”. After all of it we decided not to renew the contract. But now that we’ve moved out they’re calling us to charge us for carpet damage (when we moved to the apartment the carpets weren’t new), stuff that was already old and damaged and it’s ridiculous. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews. But the very last months there where a headache. Would never recommend renting here.

I have lived ten wonderful years in this great country, and from this time, I lived five years in Millennium. I am very grateful to the Universe for allowing me this spectacular experience and the beautiful places where I lived. Thank you very very much.

I have lived here twice. The first time was just over two years ago. Rent and unlimited water included summed to 750 flat, one bedroom. The first experience was excellent. The second time, my experience and opinion is dismal. Whoever engineered the parking obviously was more worried about his lunch break than creating large enough of a parking lot, and to include visitor parking. The front office workers are unkind and act full of themselves. The manager does care and acts as she should, like a manager. The dumpster is always overloaded but, I still am charged monthly for the service. I asked management how much a month to month lease would be, after my lease is complete, the response was DOUBLE the amount I pay for now, which is already 200 dollars more than 2 years ago. Neighbor hood is safe, but the gate is never operating, always on the fritz. This place honestly is over rated now. 2 years ago was great, and thats why I got suckered into a second lease. Money is their main goal here, not comfort.

We absolutely love living at Millennium Apartment Homes! We have been here for over a year and have experienced nothing but wonderful things from the staff and our home. The apartment is beautiful and very well taken care of; we especially love the town home style as I am not a fan of breeze ways! The staff has always been very attentive to things that need to be done around the building that help to keep the complex looking its best. They also host nice events for the residents to be a part of enabling us to get to know our neighbors giving us a neighborhood feeling in an apartment complex. We have a daughter and have found it nice that there are other kids in the complex for her to play with daily. All in all, our experience with Millennium Apartment Homes has been nothing but positive. On the rare occasion that there is something that we need done they are quick and courteous to respond. The maintenance guys are so pleasant and always very professional. They have helped us out a couple of time and we are very grateful for their skills and expertise. The two of them make quite the pair! Our favorite person at Millennium though would have to be Taryn, she is the property manager and probably the reason that everything runs so smoothly. Her attention to detail and friendly personality are just a couple of things that help this complex maintain its reputation. She was also the person that we met with when we were touring the complex and was a big part of why we chose to live at Millennium. If you are looking for a place to live in Greenville, we would highly recommend coming in to visit Millennium Apartment Homes. Theres nothing quite like it in the area and we can promise that you wont be disappointed!

Office needs to teach new residents how to use the garbage compactor. Its a shame common sense cant be taught in schools or college. Place is becoming a slum.

Fee greedy big apartment community. Read your lease well or an email stating you are moving out at the end of your lease wont count as 60 days notice and youll end up paying a whole months extra rent. Staff are focused on the money and not the people. Shameful

I currently live at Millennium apartments. My biggest complaint is the lack of parking and because of the limited parking it is impossible to find a space near your apartment after 6pm when everyone is home from work or on the weekends after going out for a while. I don’t enjoy walking alone at night further than I should have to, to get to my apartment. I will say the office staff are amazing. They are friendly and prompt with getting your questions and concerns taken care of. This will be my second year at Millineum and I am happy here so far.

I being living here for over a year, I really love the apartments, spaces and also the staff it’s amazing, I pass a difficult situation few months ago and they help me moving to another unit that was convinient for my medical situation, they re the best, really friendly staff, always On point with all the maintenance request. If looking for a good place to move, this is the right one for you 🤗

I been here for about 4 months now and I regret it ever since, the parking is horrible, you’ll either park on the street and risk getting a fine or tow, or be forced to get a garage, like I had to do, none the less, the apartments are nice, except the fact street lights been out since i been here & I keep complaining about it, my garage constantly gets flooded every time it rains & they won’t do anything about it.Even after I got the garage, parking hasn’t changed, and now theirs more cars parking in the street which, I don’t see getting towed or fines, only when I did it was a problem.The #1 reason i don’t like the place, is the parking, along with everyone else, you either park between 10am-5pm, anything before or after, good luck trying to find a spot, if you do, it’s halfway across the entire property. But they are pet friendly, and the community is to, just about everybody has a dog, if not they have 2 lol.

My experience was good, only thing was my neighbors dog would bark at everything, other than that it was kool, also mgt did right by me on move out, they have more parking now, Miss Demetria is nice very helpful. They are under new Mgt from before.

I am changing my previous review from 1 star to 3 stars. Bell Properties recently took over (3rd mngt co in 4 years) but we are already seeing a big improvement. Keep in mind, the last management group let this place be virtually destroyed so it is remarkable the turn around they have pulled off alreadt but it will take time just to fix the damage the old group allowed to happen. Slowly, problem tenants are leaving and it seems more community minded tenants are moving in. If they ever get the gates, grills and fire pits functioning, I will up it to 4 stars and might go as high as 5 if non-residents are kicked out of the pool this summer. We shall see. But as long as we are paying for amenites that dont work, its still just 3 stars. Also not happy about being forced to pay for sub-par internet. The listed rent is not the whole picture. There are several mandatory add-ons but it is a nice property and we are happy to be here.

We have enjoyed our stay! The location has been good- easy access to 385, 85, and downtown. Also, the apartments have nice features. The biggest problems are just that the gate breaks frequently, and the trash overflows a lot.

Parking is terrible, if you get off of work after 7 good luck parking anywhere near your apartment. I get off at midnight every evening and have to park at the other end of the complex about a 1/2 mile away from my apartment.

Its a great place to stay; Everyone is very polite. The only problem is the parking, but other than that, very nice place to live!

A little pricey but a nice place to live

We loved Millennium at first, but soon after moving in we started having so many problems with the place! Theres always mold in the windowsills. The gate is never working! Other than Mrs. Bonnie and the maintenance guys, most of the staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Not enough parking, and on multiple occasions the dumpster has been overflowing with trash. The list goes on and on. After living here for almost two years, we would suggest looking elsewhere and not wasting your money on this apartment.

Very poor staff! At first it seemed very nice but then went downhill very quickly. Do Not Rent from here! It will be a HUGE mistake.

Worst place ever. Staff are rude and they screw you out money. Its a scam and if something comes up in your life that makes you have to move expect to pay almost 3000 or more to get out of your lease. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are so rude and they lie about everything. If you do go here I suggest you read over your lease completely and make sure you ask questions because there seems to always be a catch and apparently hidden fees after you pay all kinds of money to break your lease. Screw this place.

Horrible. Rude staff in the office, although maintenance was very kind. The gate was always broken along with many of the grills! I have had more than one incident where I couldnt even get into my own home due to the gate being broken. The fire pits worked for all of 3 days out of the 13 months that I had lived there, yet everyday they still advertised it to new guest visiting the complex. I had black mold in my apartment as well as my neighbors. The only good thing about this place is the spacious apartments and the large dog park. I would suggest for everyone to look somewhere else. Over priced, unsafe, and nearly everything is broken..On top of rude people. That place is a joke.

My Millenium Apartment experience has been AWESOME! All of these reasons make my experience PERFECT:1- First class staff! Demetral, Kay, Patrick & Nathaniel are so pleasant, quick to respond, treat you Special and run a first class operation! Also Monthly Tenant-Appreciation socials are so fun and makes you feel like home!2- The community itself is beautiful and located in a perfect location to I-85 & 385 interstates, Woodruff Rd and downtown! The townhomes are Not on top of eachother so you have space to breath! They are Not on top of eachother.3- The community offers so many amenities! I love the salt water pool, the cyber-cafe, the garage-option, the Starbucks coffee bar, the sidewalks for walking, the valet trash service, the secure gates to get in and out of the community, the online-resident account services And the Awesome & Friendly maintenance Team!4- The inside of the apartments are So Nice! Modern lighting, All of the appliances you need, walk in closets AND the vaulted ceilings. The ceiling really opens up the apartment space and adds a modern flare!5- The apartment comes with a washer & dryer!! Included!6- The pet park is awesome and theres a firepit/Grill area outside.7- I love the way the community is laid out like a housing development. Its very homey and not stacked on top of eachother.Overall, the staff takes care of All your needs and they CARE ABOUT YOU!I recently moved out because my lease was up and I had a job change but if I EVER need an apartment/Townhome I will ONLY COME BACK TO THE MILLENIUM.YOU WILL LOVE IT!

New management took over the apartments, so all the older reviews saying staff is rude are outdated. The current staff is excellent!

After 13 months living in this community, I have pretty bad experience. Repeatedly the garbage was outside of the disposer. The management is unorganized, not capable to handle a simple task. They apply their own rules: just an example: 13 months of lease calculated from January 30th 2013 end in February 24th!? –which is almost one week earlier; also for more 2 days leaving longer in this community, they gave me an ultimatum letter asking me to pay $180.For any future renter: be aware living in Millennium Apartments!
