I have been a tenant with a Pilates Business at 6 Sevier Street for 8 years. The management team has always been wonderful to work with and has kept the building well maintained. This building is in a great location with many restrooms, a kitchen, conference room and a dedicated parking lot. The other tenants are also wonderful.If you are looking for space on Augusta Road you must check out this location.

The office staff are responsive by both phone and email, and return voicemails promptly when I call after hours. Whenever a maintenance issue has come up, theyve been quick to send a specialist to fix the problem, even when I assure them its not urgent.
