The property is supervised by a great professional team and they always go above and beyond to insure that the tenants are their main priority. A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.

I visited here looking for an apartment today. The office people were great they were very helpful. I walked the grounds and it was clean and very quiet and peaceful.

Visited today, upset I could not get an apartment, but it is a beautiful place and is very clean, Tina and Shauna in the office were very nice and helpful, hopeful something will come up soon

We visited this complex earlier today and it was amazing. I have not met the manager but she sounds like an amazing person over the phone. My boss spoke with her today and magic happened. I am looking forward to an awesome new season in a great place with great people. I met one of the maintenance guys and the office staff has definitely trained them on marketing prospective tenants because he had us sold.

I was in the office this morning looking for a 2 bedroom could not get one today but got on the waiting list office personal was wonderful. Showed me there awesome laundry facility. And the grounds looked very clean. She even took the time to show me how to set up this Google account thanks Tina

I moved here from Florida not knowing one person, my dog and I. Bowmanor became our family for 2 years. The staff has been wonderful both friendly and timely. I have always felt safe and had great neighbors. I hate to leave but am thankful for the positive experience.

Ive just moved to Bowmanor Apartments and I LOVE IT. Its a quiet area and a very kid-friendly environment. The staff there is AMAZING. Specifically, my leasing agent, Arlisha. She was extremely helpful and you can tell that she is very knowledgeable of her work. I highly recommend Bowmanor Apartments. Ask for Arlisha. She will take care of the rest.

Went by to check out property and everything was fantastic. I love the new look and the customer service was really good. The office staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very clean and friendly place to move.

Reasonably priced, nice sized rooms, great kid environment, and excellent laundry facility. Would be 5 star if maintenance was better managed and tenant needs were satisfied in a timely manner.

From looking at the photos, I was like okay theyre nice. It wasnt until I moved in and could hear my neighbor every move...even when he used the bathroom. The ceiling sound like his floor was about to cave in. The walls in those apartments are so thin..you can hear everything even if theyre not in the same building as you. The vents are horrible..so whatever your neighbor cooks or smokes..trust me your whole apartment will smell like it. Tenants in the other building was filthy to the point the roaches were in our building every where. The spray the pest control was spraying did not work. Imagine coming home you got roaches all over the wall...in your kitchen ...in your bathroom. There are not enough parking places and the laundry room was upgraded but there was mold around the rubber of the front loading washer..It was disgusting even the smell. So I had to wash some where else. I honestly dont recommend these apartments for the price theyre charging. Im glad Im not there. If you can stand or use to those living conditions kudos to you! Its not for me!

Bowmanor is an absolute beautiful place to stay, it’s quite, clean & well kept. I love the office manager & assistant manager they’ll do anything they can and help you.

I would highly recommend this property as I have lived there previously. It’s kid friendly and the environment is safe. The office staff is very down to earth and helpful upon request. Shona and Arlisha are the best!
