Good place to stay

I lived out there in 2015-2017 it was a very pleasant community. Management was very active with the community. My sister lives out there now. I have to agree with the reviews it’s went down. The new manager has brought this place down. The property looks awful trash everywhere. Drug activity, heavy traffic all times of night. My sister Is moving in November!! If you thinking about moving here think twice. The new manager is not well trained and the residents are afraid to speak out to Corporate.

Do not move here the building my niece lived in one of the apartments had bed bugs. The on-site property manager do not care. She lies constantly. Repairs are not done in a timely manner, trash on the property, sidewalks. Breezeway full at night of young people, drinking loud music. Poor management.Do not move here. No drop box to pay your rent either online, or when the manager is in the office. Maintenance guy he’s horrible never onsite. I would rate a 0 if it was an option. Please beware!!!!!!

Horrible management the office staff is not keeping up the property. Phil was a great maintenance guy. This new person is rude he doesn’t fix things properly. Trash on the property it’ has went down. Do not move here.

Since new management its been drama letters on your door every other day. I feel the complex has taken a turn for the worse which is unfortunate. The property is in a great location access to stores right off 385 great location. My problem is with management I see there is constant drama. Which in return make the tenants hate coming home. I love peace and I been here for years its never been this much drama. Tammy is a very good manager but lately its been letters on our doors every other day. Trash on the property, dumpsters gate open come from residents not closing behind themselves. Parking is an issue its gotten worse here lately.Would I recommend no my neighbor will not be renewing her lease its not the same. I hope things get better becuz this place have great potential if managed properly.

1.Poor management company and cheap the name is Ambling they are horrible.2.nothing get fixed on time.3.No maintenance person4.Work orders repairs delayed for months they have to borrow other maintenance person from other properties.5.policies and procedures enforced on some not all. New management rules dont apply nor do S.Morgan apartment get inspections since she became a manager. This property has went down within the last 3 mos. Find another complex to live .6. Crowd in breezeway, loud music,Avoid this place by all means necessary.

Very bad management property is not well maintained. Duck poop on the sidewalks, trash everywhere. Poor maintenance kids playing in the road it’s bad. The new manager do not know what she is doing, corporate need to be more proactive about the situation the issues residents are concerned about. This property from a 1-10 I will rate it a 3.

Pelham village apartments is a tax free credit property. The property has went downhill. Trash on the property daily, beer cans, dog poop it’s awful. poor management, poor maintenance the property is not well kept. The Property manager lives onsite. she has no disregard for tenant complaints, up keeping the appearance of the property, her boyfriend is constantly in the office two residents witnessed him and her enter the office late at night after hours. Her kids running in out the office it’s a nightmare. She do not have residential, Commercial-experience. No Experience in management. The apartments are going down. Great location, poor management. Affordable yes, but I rather pay more for a peaceful, quite, well managed community. If you thinking about moving here run! This is not the place you want to raise your children.

Poor management Savannah’ Cason is a liar. She steals petty cash from the office and bragged about it to several tenants. Do not move to this property. Poor management! My mother will not be renewing her lease!!’

Poor management massive bed bugs do not move here. Maintenance is horrible. This property hasn’t been the same since Phil left.

Where do I start? If youre considering moving here dont. The property is filthy lots of trash on the grounds, the complex Have no maintenance person. Things dont get fixed in a timely manner. The property parking is horrible most residents have to park on the back side designated for guest. Wait thats just half. The new property manager is a resident. Personally I have no problem with management who live on the property, however Majority of thr residents dont like it. We moved here when it was first built I can tell you its nothing what it once was.This property has went down. Do not move here. If Ambling manages Any property you are considering moving to.... RUN! The company sucks.
