As I said before, this place has a great location. One of the best I have ever seen. The new apartment manager Hope, changed my views on this place. There is still room for improvement, but the recent effort is present. More amenities would be useful though.

So far so gud! Love the pond view! The people Inna office are nice. The maintenance responses timely and fix whats needed. Alot of renovations so it can be a little noisy but overall its a peaceful place to live and once all the renovations are done, it will look and feel more like home💜

The new manager Amy is doing a great job! She is very professional and a joy to speak to. Unlike the others that have been in the office, Amy is always there to help any of us tenants. Hampton Forest has a great management team in place: Amy, Sheena, Troy and Tony. Keep up the good work!!

Very beautiful scenery water ducks its the overabundance of stray cats though and people walk their dogs and theyre not made to have to clean up behind them they do have the bags out there for them but they dont enforce things like that and they have really big dog so its a mess all the time they dont clean the hallways they dont clean anything very often I think Ive been here for three months and they cleaned it once

They do not enforce the handicap space parking. I have reported a girl that constantly parks in a handicap space and havr reported it mulitple times and nothing has been done about. They can have her towed but have not done a thing about it.

DO NOT LIVE HEREI lived here for a year and am currently attempting to move out. The office staff holds inconsistent hours which makes it impossible to get packages, pay rent in person, or even turn your keys in to move out if you work. I called the main office as well as on site office to return my key, office hours say they should be open but theyre not and theres no telling if they will come in at all.Theres also a lot of smoking in the buildings which you can constantly smell. The facility tries to cover it up by painting the stairway every other week but then it just smells like paint and smoke. Living anywhere else in Greenville would be better.

0 stars if I could!!! After a year and a half of living here, I would have to say I hate this place. A lot of the tenants are horrible. There isnt a week that goes by that the cops arent knocking down a door or stopping a conflict in the Parking lots. Parking is a nightmare. The amenities are in horrible condition to non useable. The apartments always smell like pot, smoke, poop or paint. The pond is disgusting. The gym is older than I am and literally has cobwebs on it and the weights dont work right. The pool is clean but the patio around it is covered in ants and very dirty. The clubhouse is outdated and the free wifi is never working. The office center, that I was promised to have in a week after moving, is non existent. Monument reality never returns calls to tenants. The staff doesnt care about your problems and does the least to help you out with issues. The maintenance staff is friendly but does every little thing that they can to fix a problem. I went almost three months without AC and finally got them to replace the unit when I threatened to call corporate but took three weeks to finally do it. But the worst thing is the ducks and geese. They poop EVERYWHERE. They keep raising rent but dont do anything to better the property. DONT LIVE HERE!! YOU WOULD BE BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE. Good luck to the new manager.

Charges for trash pickup and doesnt pickup the trash have to get rid of it yourself duck manure everywhere Rude people in the office

Nothing special about it.. You pay $60 per month for amenities but thats really only the pool which is closed half the year but yet we still have to pay the same fees and the gym is worthless

This Place Is Garbage. There’s mold EVERYWHERE! I cannot wait until my lease is up!
