Rico Solis did a great job replacing my older kitchen and breakfast nook light fixtures with new, modern lights I had ready to install. He was very easy to work with, pleasant, provided good suggestions and cleaned up the area before leaving. Bryan Cochran was quick on arriving after Rico and did a fast job of servicing the AC/Heat unit for the season. I will definitely call and use them again in the future!

First, Melinda at the office was very professional, kind, and patient. She kept me informed when the service guy would be coming to look at the old unit in Vanceboro which had to be replaced after he diagnosed it. Melinda had us on the schedule to replace the unit within 2 days. The crew that came to install the new unit were very professional, kind, and did an excellent job putting in my mother’s new heat pump. Everything was done in a timely manner. Cody was person who came to our house, checked to see what we needed and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and took time to explain everything to us. He along with all the other guys working on the installation were very pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing. They worked well as a team. I needed a new AC system in the home we just purchased. I had attempted to get quotes from two other companies with no luck. I then called Glenn’s and Glenn showed up at my house 2 days later at the time scheduled and had me a quote in a couple of hours. We then scheduled an install date and the install team showed and completed the installation in one day. They were very professional, willing to answer any question I had, and all were very polite.

We used Glenns Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical company to install our HVAC unit a couple of years ago. They made great recommendations and performed an outstanding install. This particular service was just a seasonal maintenance on our unit. They were on time, professional and quick in their work. Excellent quality and value!

My AC stopped blowing cold air at 2am on a Sunday in the middle of summer (naturally). I called Glenn’s on Sunday morning and they had someone at my place within hours. They fixed my problem quickly (capacitor was fried), and they had the part on hand to do so so no return trip needed. Everyone was so nice and I am so impressed with how easy they made it. Highly recommend!

Called st 9 am. Repairman arrived at 11 am. Replaced capacitor and system running again by 11:39 am. Fair price. Excellent service. Will never use anyone else.

Our heat went out on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We were obviously not happy. We called Glenn’s on a referral from a friend and they were out to inspect it within a few hours. They were able to diagnose it very quickly and gave us an estimate on the spot. We weren’t thrilled that we needed a new unit but it was time for a new one anyways. We accepted the estimate and they put us on the schedule for that Friday! We could not believe that it would be that fast. They showed up on time as promised and completed the job in about and hour and a half. We received a new unit and new programmable thermostat. They even fixed our gas fireplace while they were here. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely recommend them in the future!

Installed new recessed lights in living room and ceiling fan for the screen porch. Clean, affordable, professional.

The water tube on the ac unit was clogged. The tech cleared the tube flushed it and repaired a small hole . He, Brian, was very nice, regarded my home respectfully and treated me well. He even gave me some tips which I appreciated.

Heat pump was checked for coolant. Needed 2 Lbs of coolant. Electrical cord running from the heat pump to house was frayed and cut by service used to cut grass. Air handlers were checked with no major issue. Very professional and staff arrived on time.

My ac unit has been going out at least 3-4 times since we’ve been renting our house & they would send some one & fix it but it would only last a few weeks. Well the last time they sent someone out he informed the property mgmt that we were going to need an electrician due to switch gone bad..after a week or so of enduring the heat w/ceiling fans and store bought fans, the property finally scheduled an appt w/this company..& let’s just say my family and I slept like babies for the first time in weeks thanks to these wonderful guys! They found a blown fuse under the house at a junction box. The fuse simply may have been an old 30 amp fuse. A new one restored the operation of my thermostat and subsequently my AC.Thank you Bryan for the terrific service.

Water heater replacement did not have it because it is an old one but they recommend Hardees ... Thank you Glenns for the recommendation ..

They arrived and went straight to work. I had already turned the power off for them at the breaker. BIG MISTAKE . They assumed the problem was that the unit was not working due to a bad circuit board (it was off). They hot wired my fan to constantly run while trying to fix it because the power was off. Then they checked the power. They did not read the description of the problem that had been sent ahead and already fixed the fan before asking. The problem was completely unrelated. The unit worked fine but the drip pan would not drain due to corrosion. They made the problem worse then diagnosed it needed to be replaced. It may, but their service was so different than what I asked for that I need a second opinion. $170+ for a visit and fixing my fan in less than 30 mins. Now my heating will need to be maually turned on and off all day too, since it uses the same fan. Never using them again.

I contacted Glenn’s on a Friday at 4:20pm and they had a technician at my house by 4:30pm. He was nice and respectful and fixed the unit within 30 min. I’m so impressed with their promptness and the fact that he wasn’t irritated to be at my house at 5pm on a Friday! Will be using them every time in the future!

Brian showed up on time and easily diagnosed the issue. He didnt try to overprice or make unnecessary repairs. He explained the issue and fixed the problem. Brian also gave us some feedback about our unit in general and things to start budgeting towards. If you are looking for a trustworthy company this is it.

Glenns is the absolute best in town! My HVAC kicked the bucket on Sunday and Donald arrived promptly on Monday (same day as my call). He gently informed me that I was in need of a new outside unit. After careful consideration, based on his top notch expertise, I decided to purchase new equipment for both the outside and inside of my home. The installation was completed today (Wednesday). This company was great. After returning to Eastern NC to live, I have had some poor experiences. I have had 3 or more service professionals ranging from electrical to lawn care come to my home for an initial visit and not return or return phone calls. It has led me to believe race is a factor. This company came out twice and didn’t even charge the first time. Donald was excellent. It was his goal to make sure I understood what he was doing. He was courteous and called when he thought he was going to be late. Ashley seemed to do all she could to get me on the schedule. I will use this company again. I appreciate the service and this company that has restored my hope in the people of this area.

I’ve used Glenn’s on multiple occasions. Most recently to replace my old gas pack. They showed up earlier than they estimated and were extremely quick and efficient. They have all been fair and professional, even coming back out to fix my old gas pack after it died a second time. The technician didn’t charge me, saying they should have seen the failed part was going out on their previous visit. I feel they deal fairly, and that’s all I can ask for.

Wow! I was trying to find a contractor and I came across glenns. I was immediately impressed that they have 5 stars. Then I found one bad one and now I know why they have all 5 stars. Glenn and his team did a GREAT job replacing a water heater for me. I had a water main pipe break in my crawlspace, flooded the utility room and needed a new water heater. He kept in contact with me while I had to get the flood cleaned up and dried. He kept me on the schedule and let me know whenever I was ready, he would do the job.Got a great quote, overall explanation of all the work needed AND answered all my questions. They removed the old water heater AND cleaned ALL around the area, then offered a BETTER setup based on what they saw. Excellent and High Quality work. ALL the pipework and venting was redone and looks very professional. I just enjoyed a long hot shower !! Definitely recommend !!
