Background: Im the son of a hvac installer and small biz owner so I was a bit skeptical at first and I did pepper Sam and his team with questions but this company really followed through. Sam was available and waited for me to get all of the quotes I needed and was patient throughout the process. They did an excellent install on my upstairs unit and for an UNBEATABLE price. I got multiple quotes and so many were 2 and 3 k above what Sam was able to give us for a Trane unit. Id highly recommend them.

It wasnt something we expected but, our almost 11 year old unit went out on us last Friday (11/29). After doing some searches online, I contacted Andersons, about 10:30 that night, and Sam responded almost immediately. He said he could be here Saturday around 3pm but he called and arrived before 1pm. After discussing our options, we decided to bite the bullet and replace the unit.Sam wrote everything up and emailed me about an hour after he left and said he would order the new unit Monday and install it on Wednesday. I spoke with him Wed morning and he said they would be here at 10am and they were here at 10am. New unit installed and they were on their way by 2pm. Quick response, friendly and professional service. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

I cant say enough about these guys. They are the most honest, professional company I have ever worked with for my HVAC. They will not try to sell you anything you dont need, they will not try to service your unit if it doesnt need it, and have come back with no charge to answer questions I had. They also respond extremely quickly. I have not had great experiences with other HVAC companies in this town, so if you need someone to install a new unit, or service an existing one, I would highly recommend you give them a call.

I’m super satisfied with Anderson’s Heating and Air Conditioning installation of my air conditioning and gas furnace performed on 6/23/2020. They were quick, good value, professional, and considerate, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs services on air conditioning or heating.QUICK. I submitted an online request on Monday (June 15), Sam called me Tuesday morning and came over the very same afternoon to give me an estimation (June 16), I agreed to hire him Friday morning (June 19) and he applied for a permit the same day and ordered needed products, our new A/C & gas furnace were installed on Tuesday (June 23), and he sent me certificate of inspection passed on Wednesday morning (June 24).GOOD VALUE. Between June 16 and June 18, I was shopping and comparing several A/C and Heating service providers that had good customer reviews and sold Goodman products. By the end, Anderson’s beat them all. The other top competitors offered me either brands I didn’t like or Goodman gas furnace of only 80% AFUE instead of 96% AFUE.PROFESSIONAL. Between June 16 and June 23, I asked Sam tons of questions through emails and texts and he always replied them cordially within minutes. On June 23, Cruz and Ezequiel worked diligently from 9:30 am – 7:30 pm, and Sam himself came over to help once in the morning and once in the evening. They went through lots of trouble to remove the old aluminum pipe and installing the new PVC pipes. By then, I understood why his competitors didn’t offer the service of installing Goodman gas furnace of 96% AFUE. Also, all of Anderson’s installers wore face masks throughout the day while working at our place, and they removed existing old equip and cleaned debris.CONSIDERATE. When the new units arrived, Sam came to inspect them. When he discovered a dent on the gas furnace cover, he took pictures and sent them to the vendor requesting for a replacement. He shared the correspondence between his vendor and him. When the perfect gas furnace cover arrived on June 25, Sam came over to replace it. He also guided me through the online manufacturing warranty registration. I am so very grateful for all the excellent service and great value Anderson’s provided.

Highly Recommended!I don’t normally write reviews unless I feel someone should be warned, but I have to make an exception with this company. Anderson Heating and Air is a fabulous company, especially Sam. We had our unit installed July 2018 and they were very nice to work with. They had our unit installed quickly and with no hassle. They worked around our schedules.Yesterday I called Sam to let him know the 9 month old unit wasn’t cooling. He made it to my home within 20 minutes and immediately investigated the problem. It turned out 2 copper pipes had been rubbing together causing a hole to leak refrigerant. The 12 month labor warranty did not cover the 8 lbs of refrigerant he had to replace. The manufacturer would not take responsibility for their product malfunctioning at less than a year old! But Sam took care of what should have been $500 and apologized to me for the inconvenience. He is a man that stands behind his work and company. I would highly recommend hiring Anderson Heating and Air. Thank you Sam!

Sam just came to perform our annual air conditioning maintenance. He was on time, highly professional and knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to deal with. We required a part, and he explained exactly why we needed it and even showed me why it needed replacement. Super friendly company. They installed a coil and a compressor never tried to sell us anything extra they were there to fix our system and did just that but also with a very friendly attitude had great conversations with the guys who came out each time. Very pleased with their service.

I had far better luck with Andersens Heating and Air Conditioning company than any other such company, that Ive dealt with, in Pitt County. My outside unit was freezing up. I called this company to set up a time for them do repairs and they showed up with in 30 minutes.The repairman found the problem and replaced faulty parts. He put the unit into operation and checked it out, to make sure that the problem was solved. While it was running, he asked if I had service on it recently, because it was extremely overloaded with Freon. I explained what the previous service company did. He corrected their fault and waited around to make sure that it operate correctly. It has been operating great since then.That repairman showed more knowledge and experience than any of my previous dealings...

Great great company. They did a great job of replacing our entire AC but while they were there, I had then repalce all the vent hoses, as they were all about 15 years old. They did this job in less than 2 days, had an incredible rate and cleaned up every bit of any mess they made.

I am a new customer and recently had issue with my air conditioner unit and Andersons Heating and Air Conditioning serviced my system. They scheduled maintenance visit with us to focus on the AC system. The technician Sam arrived on time and cleaned the inside coils and outside coils, check the capacitors, checked wire connections. His also changed the filter and checked if needed any Freon and he said it was good. Very nice maintenance service.

The service guy was very nice. I called early in the morning and he was to my house by 5:30am before I headed to work. He made myself available to fix my unit when I retuned back from work that same day. Very grateful!! So far so good, the unit seems to be working just fine now.

I got same day service on the 5th of July and they were extremely thorough, checking beyond the main issue and laid it all out for me to decide what to do next.

After having multiple calls for install/replacement of my split unit for pricing, Mr. Sam with Anderson beat all others and with the price savings I upgraded to a more robust model. Mr. Sam and his associate arrived at 0900 and by 1700 the unit was installed, everything cleaned up, and the job was complete. I will certainly call them again for any hvac concerns I have in the future.

Sam was over right away once he heard I was in need of cool air. He still took the time to look at each part of my unit to make sure he was fixing all of the malfunctioning parts instead of just focusing on what I had mentioned. He took the time to show me how the faulty parts were reading. One piece was like 1.9 when it should have read 5 or at least 4.5. He cleaned out my unit and retested after each replacement to make sure it was impacting the cooling appropriately and once everything was working at full efficiency he recharged the freon. Needless to say my house went from 88.7 degrees to 76 degrees in a matter of about an hour. I also learned a lot about my unit and noises or symptoms to look out for. I am looking forward to having him replace my entire old ac/heat pump unit in the near future. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting the work done right.
