Ive been a customer of Delcor for over 20 years. I would like to express my appreciation to their customer service and to my technician, “Sam”, for the excellent and timely response to my call. Within an hour of my call to the service center, Sam had called me twice to discuss my current situation and to let me know he was on the way. He arrived, was very professional and polite. He immediately went to diagnosing the problem. Not only that, but he informed me every step of the way of his findings and progress. Within an hour he had diagnosed the problem, removed the defective part and installed the new part he had readily available in his service van. He had my heat pump back up and running again! IVAN AND LEE came out and replaced my AC unit today and already I can tell a big difference. I have called Delcor a few times to maintenance my old AC unit but I finally gave in and had it replaced completely. Ivan and Lee arrived early and went right to work. Had 6 months maintenance scheduled for a/c. Time set for appointment was between 8 and 10 AM. Received text message from Delcor reminding us of appointment and advising us the name of Technician dispatched. A few minutes later received call from Technician Grant Jensen advising of ETA.Grant and Sam, who accompanied Grant, were both courteous and professional. He and Sam both wore shoe covers which were appreciated. They went quickly to work. They informed me after inspection that everything looked good and unit was performing normally.We have always received excellent service from Delcor and we expected no less this time. My parents unit went out and we called. They stayed at the house past 9:30 pm. They needed a part for the repair. Sam was the gentleman that came out. Called Delcor at 1pm when my AC broke down. They immediately answered and they lady who answered said she would have someone out that afternoon. Within an hour I received a call from Sam to let me know he would be at my home in 20 mins. Sam was on time and within the first 15 minutes knew what the problem was. We just moved in our house a week ago and our heat just stopped working! We called Delcor and they got us scheduled in the same day. Justin Vick was the tech that came out and worked on our thermostat, he was very polite, very informative on what the issue was also how it could be resolved. The solution was simple and he got right to it! In less than 30 mins he was finished and my heat was up and running. He also wore a mask and shoe covers while in the house (which I wished more people did when they come to repair something in your home). I have had routine maintenance done twice a year on my heating and air conditioning systems by decor for over 15 years. As a company they have been a delight to work with. I’ve been a Delcor customer for more than 20 years and have never had a bad experience with either routine or emergency service. I’m a widow over 70 years old and the isolation caused by the pandemic has made for some long lonely days, so it was especially nice today to meet Frankie and Keith. It was just a routine maintenance call and I was pleased that these young men showed up with masks and footwear as they began their work. Keith worked mostly outside, but Frankie was inside and had to put up with my endless chatter. I think I was just happy to have a human being to talk to. The fact that Frankie was so engaging and personable, in addition to be clearly competent, was an added bonus. It would almost (almost!) be worth it to have an AC problem just to enjoy these guys again. 😊

Our AC has been out since last summer, finally this year we decided we couldnt stand the heat. Called Delcor and they were able to come by and see what the problem was. Were making a decision as to get them to repair the system or replace it. But so far Delcor has been great and hasnt ripped us off like other companies that have come by. The attic air handler in the house we were set to close on today was rumbling and vibrating the upstairs for the previous week. After having another company attempt to repair it several times and finally being told that the sound was just normal, I called these folks at 7:30 A.M. They dispatched Grant, who arrived at 11:00 A.M (which was an hour earlier than promised). All I wanted to know was whether a full replacement of the air handler and/or heat pump could fix the problem so that I could either close on the house or back out of the sale.After about half an hour of work, Grant not only identified the problem but he also fixed it. The HVAC system now sounds just like a did when we contracted to purchase the house and were about to go close as I type this review. Recently had Delcor inspect heating system that appeared to not be working properly. Delcor responded quickly with technician Craig. Craig was very courteous and professional. Craig quickly determined that the damper that controlled air flow to the second floor bonus room was not working. The problem was quickly fixed.
