This was our first time using their services and they were absolutely AMAZING! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and honest during the entire process from scheduling an appointment to repairing my heater. Kyle Logan helped fix our heating system and he was nothing but great and transparent with us. I had a different company come in to check my system and the appointment was $39 whereas Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing offers free appointments. On top of that, the other company told me I had to replace my whole heating system which would cost thousands but when Kyle came in he was honest and told me all I needed was to replace the igniter, which only cost me a few hundreds. I highly recommend this company to anyone and have already referred the rest of my family to use this company.

I had received a quote to install a major component of my air conditioner from another company and thought it sounded very high. I was right. I went to Easy Air for a second opinion and was very pleased with Kyles exhaustive exam and then final quote. A savings of over fifteen hundred dollars for even more complete work than the original bid. A big part of the cost savings was that Kyle found that my unit was still under parts warranty and that was a tremendous help. Im scheduled to have the work done the very next day. So far great professional work giving me all the test information needed and good prep to find my refrigerant leak when the dye test is complete.

My technician was very prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed my issue and offered 3 options for either a repair or replacement unit. I went with the repair option. Air is working great now. My only issue with this company was the price. 1386 dollars to replace a blower motor. After calling a couple smaller companies and inquiring how much they would have charged for the same repair and finding out that i could have had this fixed for as little as 450 dollars. I did feel a bit burned.

We’ve had Easy Air + Heat for almost 2 years now. We are signed up for the service agreement to pay a low monthly fee and they come out whenever needed and on regular check up times with no service fee charge (due to the service agreement). They always strive to give us the best information and show us our options and let us choose what we can do. We recently had them out for a heating issue and found out we had multiple problems. We decided on replacing our unit and we were approved for their financing because we all know that can be expensive. The monthly payment is affordable and they came out the very next morning bright and early to get our new system up and running so we wouldn’t have to go without heat any longer than necessary. Now we have a brand new furnace and a/c unit and we are very pleased.

Our service tech Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! We are very impressed with Rob and because of him we will continue to use Easy Air. He diagnosed our AC unit problem in a matter of minutes and had it up and working quickly. The service fees are reasonable and the response time is very quick. Nathan repaired a water leak that had cost us over $200 in extra water and sewer charges. I was very comfortable having him in my home. He has a friendly, but professional manner. I was given a price quote for each repair we discussed before he began the work. No pressure regarding what I did or didnt want to proceed with. I am pleased with the company as a whole. I was informed as to when the repairman would be there and his name. There were no surprises, just great service.

Keri was very helpful over the phone (answering on a weekend) and scheduled someone to come out right away. Rob and his trainee arrived and were very courteous and diligent with their work. They felt like they cared about our home as much as we did. highly recommended!

I was having issues with my AC unit as it would run all the time and never would get really cool in the house. I checked Angies list and Easy Air and 2 others came up as recommended. Easy Air called within a minute or two after I received the list. We set up an appointment that same afternoon. Rob came out and checked the unit over. The leak was going to cost me about half of a whole new HVAC system. I decided to purchase the new system. My unit was installed and all was well for a few weeks. Then I had a minor problem. I called CS (very good CS team) and they sent Kyle out right away. He got the the issue fix temporarily to get the AC back on for me until Rob could come out. On that Monday Rob came out and Kyle arrived shortly after. These 2 gentleman worked above and beyond the call of duty to get EVERYTHING right proving 100% customer satisfaction is #1 priority! I believe it! Rob and Kyle proved this to me. They are over the top and they are so nice, courteous and very professional. They are the best! I would with out a shadow of a doubt recommend Easy Air to my friends and family! Im very happy with my new unit and the service that I received! Many thanks to Rob and Kyle. :-)

I found Easy Heating and Air online. I was able to book an appointment, send pictures of what my issues was, AND they arrived at my house (as a new customer) within a couple hours. There was no pressure to do anything other than what I called them out for. The service tech was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me. I now use them exclusively for heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing. I am on their monthly service plan, and they contact ME to schedule service. Its very affordable, and all of their staff have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

We called them about our water heater and everyone that we talked to was extremely helpful. The woman in the office was polite and helped us get in contact with a repairman. Received a call 30 minutes prior to the consultation (3pm - 6pm) and was told that the tech could not come today because i was not a old customer, they are not taking any new customers, somehow Miranda was not aware of that memo and if they find an available tech, it would be $179 for the consultation vs the original amount that i was quoted for the consultation by Miranda, which was $79. Holiday and no cool air in my home and I had to cancel the event that was planned tonight because we relied on Easy Air to come. When I asked can i speak to upper management, i was denied and was told she was upper management. If your not accepting new customers, inform home advisor so they can know that as well, since this is where i found you guys....

Cant say enough good things about them!We recently purchased our home. We have come across a number of issues with it. This had been very frustrating.We have not had the easiest of issues with the heat. They have come out on more than 3 occasions to figure it out. They even paid to replace a part due to all of the inconvenience of not having it fixed on the 1st or 2nd time out.Always had great customer service! We were so impressed with the 24hr service, customer service and eagerness to earn our business. When the Easy technician came, he rolled up his sleeves and got right to work. He took time in diagnosing the problem, checked and rechecked just to make sure he was relaying the correct information to us. In our case our blower motor went out, in July of all times. We already had fans throughout the house to try and cool us off but he offered to lend us a portable AC unit to give us some relief until the parts come in. He had to go to Lowes for tubing for the unit, so he went above and beyond for us. Very happy with the service!!!!!

Excellent service! The serviceman who came to our home was a gentleman, very professional, and he truly cared about getting our heat working again. After diagnosing the problem and going to get a replacement part, he returned to realize they gave him the wrong part. It was a Friday late afternoon, and the warehouse had already closed. This kind gentleman said he was not scheduled to work Saturday morning, but he willingly went to the warehouse the next morning, exchanged for the right part, and arrived at our home at 8:45 am to complete the job for us. Heat is working perfectly, now. Fantastic service! I would highly recommend them.

After my elderly mother had her heat and air guy try for a couple of weeks to fix her heating system, I contacted Easy Air. They quickly arrived and determined a new unit was needed which they installed the next day. The service and individuals were extremely professional. They returned today to check the system to make sure it was working properly. I would most definitely use Easy Air again.

Our heat went out on new years eve. They were able to find and install the parts needed to restore our heat. Especially with the artic blast over the week. They are very customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with. Honest prices and knowledgeable technicians. All I can say is I wouldnt do business with anyone else but them. They rock!

Rob came out and was in touch with the manufacturer about a replacement blower motor, picked it up locally and it was fixed and running correctly. Im a custom home builder and one of the companies I use for new construction looked at it and didnt find the problem. Rob nailed it.

They installed a furnace in Dec. 2015 for us. Some issues arose 2017 New Years Eve with temps in teens. Called at 8 am & a tech arrived by 9:30. Ended up not being a simple fix to the underlying issue but will say Jamie & his entire crew went well beyond what could be reasonably expected to rectify the problem. From the employees, to managers to the owner you will not find a more professional, polite, customer service oriented company. Issues arise in every profession no matter how reputable your company. How those issues are resolved defines any company. Have learned from firsthand experience that Easy Air provides great work at a fair price but also if something goes wrong after the fact Easy Air will spare no effort in fully rectifying the situation. Shared my issue at work & with friends and the singular response is so rare to find a company these days who stands unflinchingly behind their work. There is no such thing as a company that never makes a mistake. What distinguishes/defines companies is their response when it happens. At 45 Ive never used nor heard of a company/owner who so unequivocally backs their work. I not only have & do strongly recommend them I personally will exclusively use them for all future HVAC & furnace matters.

I have called on Easy Air several times in the past year to service an older HVAC unit at my home. They are always fast to respond! Apparently my unit is towards the end of its life and although replacement has been recommended, they understand my desire to keep it running as long as we can, with as little $ as possible. It is still kicking and I appreciate the technicians so much for working with me and tweaking what they can to keep her running like a top... When that time comes, I will definitely be calling on the professionals at Easy Air to replace my unit... Until then, thankfully I have their service agreement and they are just a call away! thanks guys!

Definitely enjoyed having Easy work at my home. I was very impressed by our technician taking his time and fixing all problems before leaving. He even took the time to clean the drive way after another construction crew left it dirty. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I dont normally write reviews, but Easy Air has always been very professional and reliable. We will recommend them to anyone who has heating or air problems. They are always friendly and I dont feel like they hurry in and hurry out. They take their time and make sure the job is done correctly.

UPDATE: Easy Air is NOT to be trusted. After coming over and Servicing our AC unit, the rep told us that he needed to condemn the system due to a hole in the heat exchanger and then tried to hard sell us on agreeing to replace the system, the ducts, and buy a UV air filter THAT DAY. When we told him that we did not have $6000 to spend immediately and needed a day to talk to roommates/landlord in order to decide how to proceed he would not take no for an answer. It took three hours to get him to leave and he charged us for the service call. Then after he left we discovered that the AC unit did not work at all. Well, we will NOT be calling them back. Especially as after seeking other recommendations online we found a company that agreed to do all the same work for about $1000 less and DID NOT feel a need to hardsell us when we explained that all the roommates in the home including ones at work had to be consulted first.

Initially they were great! They helped us pick a new system and got it installed. We followed all their recommendations so we wouldn’t run into any issues with our air once the summer came. They installed a filter system that only needed filters changed every six months. The filter started to fail after only 2 months. We installed a new thermostat that is connected to WiFi. We were told that it would be monitored so if something was wrong with our air, they would know immediately. We have 10, yes I said 10, alerts on the thermostat and have not been contacted. We are only contacted by them when we initiate contact. We have come to realize the system is faulty, and the company is unreliable. Total waste of way too much money!

Took a chance with Easy Air, Heat and Plumbing since they were recommended on HomeAdvisor. Every aspect of the experience was great....from the initial call receipt to the final repair. They were informative, professional and did an outstanding job!! I will call them for any of my major home system work from this point forward. I used to rent out properties while living in Virginia so I was used to having trusted contacts who performed maintenance, repairs and emergency work for me...it took years to settle on a favorite plumber, electrician, painter, HVAC, etc. I have now found my Go To team now. We are Howard Custom Builders/Renovators. We have been having issues with a Navien tankless water heater installed in a home last year and had our plumber and HVAC guys trying to find the issues but kept kicking out errors. I had Shawn take a look at it, he was very thorough, got on the phone with Navien and drilled down until he found the intermittent issues, ordered a part from Navien and is installing as soon as the part arrives. Great job.

Fixed my issue but are very expensive even when compared to Corley. Quoted 3K over Corley for a Champion system replacement vs. Corley quoting a Trane at 16 SEER with furnace - 5K over without it. Id understand if much less expensive, but felt I would have been ripped off. Im sure they do good work and didnt experience a problem with that, but prices are predatory. Ultimately, I didnt select Corley nor this company (had 2 other quotes) for a Trane complete system replacement. Also, they didnt mention my furnace casing didnt match nor the flex pipe on my supply to the unit was off a little (I verified with a field guide on CFM) Ended up with 17 SEER with air purifier with changing flex pipe on supply from 16 to 18 inch for 5K less on a 2 stage Trane with furnace and 10 year parts and labor warranty (labor requires annual visit at $100 per year) All other companies were comparible, Easy Air was the outlier. (Corley, Enery Sharks, GS Mechanical Heating and Air)

I normally dont write reviews but I hope this helps others! This has been the best customer service experience of any HVAC company I have ever had and trust me I have tried several! I had a horrible experience with another company and called Easy Air and Heat and they came after business hours and resolved my problem in 45 minutes. Eric explained the problem and even informed me that my AC unit was still under warranty and he would secure the parts for me. That meant I didnt even have to call the warranty company and Eric did all the work relating to my warranty. I highly recommend this company and Ill never use anyone else.

Called about a clogged drain. The first thing that happened after arrival was a sells pitch for a discount package. The fellow tried to open the drain blockage but did not get it opened. One of his pieces of equipment did not work. The price given to repair the problem was very high. I willsuffer the financial lost.
