Triple A wouldn’t be able to tow my car for 2 hours, and I was able to call and have my car towed in less than 15 minutes. Tower was very professional & kind, would absolutely recommend.

I was involved in an accident and the owner of the company was coincidentally, right behind me in his tow truck as a witness. Very nice man. He saw what happened and my car beginning to smoke, came to my car and made me get out while checking to make sure I was fine. He then, stuck around to share his account of the accident while continuing to check in on me. He towed my car and the two others involved but, his intentions were not to do a service, he just so happened to be at the right place, wrong time (for those involved). Truly appreciate him, his services, his integrity, and his concern for others. I did not even get his name but thank you sir!

Ill admit I was parked at sheets on spring garden and wasnt supposed to be. My car has a standard transmission, so I put it in gear and set the e-brake when Im parked. They drug my car 2 miles with it in second gear and the e-brake set. My cars rear brakes were so hot I could smell them when I came to pick up my car an hour later. The transmission temp light was on as well due to their lack of respect for personal property and unprofessionalism. Ill be taking my car to the dealer on Monday to have the transmission inspected along with the rear brakes. If there are damages, Ill be seeing them in court.

We broke down on our bike in the evening. Of all the companies that listed online as 24/7, EZ was the only one that answered the phone. Ian and Rico were amazing. They card when on the way, took a photo of the bike and texted to make sure it was the correct one. They texted and or called once loaded and in transit, then again when delivered with a photo of the bike. Rico calmed my worries of getting it picked up and delivered. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I have their number in my phone now and if ever in need of another tow Im calling them first thing! Thanks guys!

EZ Towing and Recovery on Spring Garden Street in Greensboro, North Carolina is not a reputable company on account of the unprofessionalism shown by personnel. The basis of this comment stems from the fact that my vehicle was recently towed without legal authorization and damaged in the process. This establishment on account of the foregoing deserves no star for lack of professional etiquette.

This is a pretty sketchy place. They only took cash, could not make change, and when we asked for a receipt, the person there didnt know how, so we had to wait for someone who did. My car was stowed in a gravel lot covered with nails and glass. If youre looking for an establishment, look for a random gravel lot next to a garage. To be honest, I dont know how this place is legal/qualifies as a business.

My car was ILLEGALLY towed from my apartment complex. His employee told me they didn’t take pics and they LIED about who called to report my car. No one reported my car. My car was parked legally and i’ve parked in front of my building for over a year. We have no assigned parking, we only register our tags with the apartment complex. Which my tags were registered, which means they had no reason to take my car. They lied and said my tire was over the white line (which it wasn’t) and by my knowledge it’s not illegal to have your tire over in another space because if that was the case, everyone’s car would be towed. So just be on the look out for this company because they just take cars for fun and for money. Also not to mention, he’s been towing my neighbor cars as well without reason.

Rico was very professional and picked up the slack where another company failed to do so. They also arrived at the time that was given and towed my SUV to my place and parked it how I asked. He did not need to do that but it was greatly appreciated. Thank you again

These guys are vultures! Its sad that the guys I was chatting with at Sheetz were the same guys who towed my car at Classic Car Wash where the owner saw me on camera using its establishment. Charged me $250 to get me car back. I wasn’t causing any trouble, I just walked away to grab a bite to eat. Then when I go to get my car. The EZ Tow employee laughs and says, “Dang Bro I knew it was you.” If you knew it was me then you know I was just at Sheetz chatting with you. If I wasnt chatting with him I could have gotten back to my car. However, we live and we learn. Folk will do anything for a dollar.

Rico is now family!!! Another company told me they were coming 1.5 hours before Rico evengot the call. After getting the runaround from the insurance company, Rico reassured me that he was going to take care of me. And he did! 3 hours after he got the call, my car was finally delivered to the shop. Despite, literally, ANY obstacle, Rico overcame and conquered the challenges. Rico is good people; someoneyou can depend on.

Super fast arrival after popping a tire around midnight. I called for a tow and he even told me he thought he had a spare rim and tire that would fit, he was closer so he came before he sent the tow truck. Jacked the car up in the middle of the road, replaced my tire and sent me on my way! Super friendly and helpful as well, highly recommend.

My car broke down about half a mile from my house. I called two other companies and they told me I’d have to wait 2 hours. Rico showed up in 20 minutes (15 minutes earlier than he thought) and got me home. I only got a trip charge that I was more than happy to pay. Hopefully won’t have to call anytime soon but if I do I’m calling these guys.

When my fiancé was involved in an accident with a tractor trailer my mom called Rico and he pulled up almost instantly.Not only was he there then but he also was responsible for getting my car back to normal.He even fixed a dent that wasn’t included in my appraisal, making my car look as good as new.He’s a great guy I HIGHLY recommend.

This was an amazing experience. Rico was very helpful and tried everything he could to tow the car. The key had broken in the ignition and the switch wouldn’t work. He tried to start the car for us but it still wouldn’t work, so even though it was facing a building, he towed it from the back. Rico was very friendly and professional. Definitely calling them again if we need towing.

There was a mid understanding with my vehicle being parked at a wrong place but we were able to come to a solution peacefully and professionally. The driver Rico was professional and fair .

The tow truck guy was really nice and very knowledgeable. He told me that my battery was dead, but my alternator was not dead. Instead I should be able to drive it home, but when I stepped on the gas the car shut off. I tried to call him back so he could just simply tow it to my house oh, but he did not answer the phone. And this is after I paid him for the jump.

We had a great experience! They quoted and charged almost half of what others around us had quoted. Took a little extra time to get to us than they thought, but they called twice to let us know about the delay, and it wasnt really that long. The man who came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Lifesavers!!! My battery died in the middle of the street and the young man that came to our rescue was very courteous and kind to my daughter. We’re not from the area so he assisted us by taking us to a battery shop, replaced my battery and made an awful day not so bad. I can’t say thank you enough!

Absolutely the best experience with a tow Ive ever had! On a Monday night I called at 5:30, they were there in less than 30 minutes, even took a look at the car to see if they could hear anything wrong with it, towed my car, dropped it off for me and even put the key in the key box at the automobile repair shop and filled the form out for me. Very unprofessional about how they handle there business. Was very upset with how they treated me when trying to get my vehicle back. They towed my car because it was parked beside my driveway and in my neighborhood they say you can only park cars if they are in a driveway. Well when trying to find my car they told me the address to there location and then when i got there and I called them and tell them i am there and they tell me to go to a different location. Was like playing cat and mouse with them. Then when i get the vehicle stuff was thrown around from my glove box and my console and they took my radio and a big thing of change i had been saving all my spare change in for a long time. I tried to talk to the owner and he says that how could that be when they have over 8 cameras in the tow yard. And I told them that what about from the time they took it from my house until they got to the tow yard? There was no cameras at all while they did that. It is my word against there word. I am not trying to bash this company by no means at all. But if you look at there ratings and reviews then you will start to see all these things that keep happening and so much that it can not just be a weird coincidence. Just wish people like this would stop being so unfair and treat people the way they would wanna be treated. Hopefully people will be more aware of this if more people speak out about this issue, so they will stop doing people this way

These people are without a doubt working with the security guard to tow people’s cars I parked at sams(with permission) for work came back out and my car was gone wasn’t told anything or nothing these people are scammers and I will be reporting them to the BBB my car was unlawfully towed when I wasn’t even parked at Walmart.

Rico and Francisco were of great help and are much appreciated. I needed to be towed on a Friday evening while working doing deliveries in a box truck. I happened to be out of their usual area and they did not hesitate to come assist me so I could be on my way.I must note that I also contacted, literally, every other tow company in the Greensboro area and no one would come offer their services until the following day, which was unacceptable due to the situation and the posistion of the truck. These two gentlemen arrived in about thirty minutes which was very timely in comparison to the other companies and the distance they traveled. Upon arrival, Rico and Francisco were very personable and took extreme care to not damage the vehicle and the surrounding residents property. Moreover, the service was exponentially more costly than what others had quoted.In my experience, I would recommend no one other than EZ towing and recovery if you are in the area and are shopping around. I viewed reviews stating problems with using debit/credit cards. I had no issues having my card processed for payment and received a email receipt simultaneously.

I was on the way home late night after work when my car shut off on me. I was stranded honestly no one on the road willing to help. This tow truck comes around the corner and I Flagg it down with hopes I could get a tow home. They man driving said he would give me a tow home for $60 that isn’t bad but I was only 4 mins around the corner from home. He told me that my car shut off because my alternator is bad and that I needed to replace it. I asked for a jump and he quickly got the cables and gave me a jump. I appreciate all your help man really.

I was out of gas and they happened to be near by and helped me out for free by getting me to the gas station, it was so kind, late as hell and freezing cold and so kind.

Ez towing towed my car from sheetz on Spring Garden. When I called the gentlemen to ask about my car, he was very rude. Told me it would be 260. Went to pick my car up, handed the guy 300 cash. Tried to give me only 10 dollars back. Didnt ask to see my keys or any identification. Left the lot on spring garden and made it to the exxon and realized my tire was flat. Tried to pump air in it and seen there was a gash in the side of it. My tire wasnt flat till after ez towing towed it. Called them back to speak about the flat tire. Once again the gentlemen on the phone was very rude, kept cutting me off. Claimed i flattened my tire from spring garden to the exxon on gate city. He also told me i knew where he worked and to pull up on him and hung the phone up. Ez towing is a scam and they will mess your car up and claim they didnt do it. They arent professional. I wouldnt recommend anyone using ez towing.

Ridiculous, pathetic, and most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to retrieving an impounded vehicle. As we waited for them to finally show up to retrieve the car we watched numerous people walk & look inside the vehicles. Thankfully I set off the alarm to deter intruders from my vehicle.

They broke in one of our trucks and drove it to their lot and want to charge for towing and recovery so unprofessional be careful from this guys

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rico Gonzalez has to be the most unprofessional business owner I have ever worked with. He claimed to be able to fix cars, but really hasnt. He towed my car in November of 2018 and stated that he could repair my car in 1 week. My car was stolen and he was going to repair the car. Well, today is February 2, 2019 and I still do not have my car. My insurance company has called him several times asking for the supplement for the additional repairs that the adjuster didnt see. He fails to produce anything. He makes up lies and excuses! He said his brother was fixing my car and his shop was located in the 900 block of Edwardia. Well, there is not an 900 block of Edwardia. He stated that my car would be completed by December 19, 2018, but he took off and went to the Dominican Republic without letting us know anything! He is a scam artist and I wouldnt trust him with your car or even towing your car. The list goes on and on with his lies!

Charged me $1665 dollars. been parking at walmart for a year with permission. Also haul goods for that walmart store. Walmart provided me video footage of everything that happend and ez towing didnt even tow my truck they broke into in and started it themselves and drove it to their lot because they dont even own a heavy wrecker capable of towing my semi truck. Its illegal to break into a vehicle to tow it. I know this because im an ex tow truck operator. These clowns think they can do what ever they want and ripp ppl off and lie to them anyway possible. Why was my bill almost 1700 dollars when u drove my truck to a lot 10 miles from walmart. Why was i charged for 2 tows 1 for truck 1 for trailer when it was broke into and driven. My electronic logginf device shows it was driven and so does the footage!! Better yet why was my vehicle even taken when you didnt have the capabilities to tow it in the first place. Better yet the footage shows them taking it monday morning and them telling me they towed it on friday and charged me 2 days of storage at 300 a day storage when they didnt even have it for 12 hours. Been parking at my cousins for the LONGEST & they come and tow your car without even telling you, they just want peoples money & need to be put out of business.

Had a truck that got taken in we made it I rite got more than 6,thousand in tools ripped off of truck but got legal advice they havent heard the last due to there action cause down time lost of tools and equipment that was illegal remove from the truck when they picked it up leaving 1 person stranded on the road out of town actually more than 3 hrs from there home think these people care think again hopefully it want be you next!!!!
