Great company to work for. Jose Vargas is a huge help and answers all of my questions regarding everything out at the plant. I was able to get my shift changed immediately thanks to him. Will be returning after I am off leave

The pay wasnt great. Mostly, when I arrived for my walk through, I was there on time. I parked in the lot in which my GPS had guided me. In this lot, I met another girl there for her walk through. by the time she and I walked a while we got to a place where we were told we were in the wrong lot. We were told to drive to an entirely different lot. We parked but after our long walk to our prospective place of entry we were LATE. Although did a nice lady in the glass building had vouched for us being there on time she tried her hardest to let us go in but nobody was willing to give us permission and told us to come back the following Tuesday. What is there a lost because I was offered a better job and I think that should be on a relative basis and they should have been very accommodating towards us. As we were there to help them not vice versa.

Public service announcement: Anyone is currently working through XLC services as a temporary employee, some of the things behind close doors employees dont know whats going on and people been dealing with xlc services for years as an attorney of law are investigating xlc services at Procter & gamble on bryan park rd brown summit due to the fact the who ever they chose to do payroll at the specific company is ripping people off and not paying their employees the right amount. The w2s and paystubs they have are not equalling up to the emoployees payhecks. So I advise people dont not work there cause they doing something with them paystubs that are not equalling up. If anyone works there please be wise and check your paystub everyday and calculate it up. This temporary service needs to be shut down or need to clean sweep the managment and the job need to be done the right way.

Worked for them awhile and was let go even though I had doctors notes to cover my absences due to being told that I would covered and wasnt

They not gonna give you a raise they gonna work you like a dog and the managers have badd attitude. They dont care about you they just want there product done

Worst experience ever only getting paid $8.00 plus dont for get the taxes taken out and the only raise you will EVER get is one 20 extra cent and nothing else, they expect you to be ok with it or they wont hire you. meanwhile what these people dont tell you is they are taking the other half of what you are actually supposed to make from the company they employ you in, crippling what you make in all. With that being said while I was working through them basically all the people employed through them were living paycheck to paycheck and new people leave on the first week. Another thing supervisors (MIKE) at the company they are employing for will start drama between employees ending up in people almost getting into physical altercations and fired. these people working at xlc have terrible attitudes you will see at the beginning and dont give two fks about any person they hire what so ever. So dont waste your time with them seriously. anything over 1 star is all lies.Sincerely chimp arms 👍

These people are the worst dont work for a company like xlc. I kno times are hard but keep looking bc after the walk to the plant u want like it anyway then on top of the leadership thinkin there kids work there it will be another problem thats why Im not there today. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 from me to all leadership 🖕 you.
