I emailed about a job they had listed that I was interested in as well as qualified for. Waited a day and a half, no response, so I called to inquire about it. The person who listed the job, was conveniently unavailable, even though I now know she was. So the person who answered the phone asked if they could help me. All I wanted to know was if the position was filled or still open. Collectively this organization gave me the feeling that I was somehow intruding upon them by inquiring. Im in their system from years back and they tried to pidgeon hole me into another position, where I worked before, some 10 years ago.I absolutely wasnt interested in that. She said well send us an updated resume and well see about getting you in for an interview. I said last time I dealt with you, we brainstormed and collaborated on updating my resume, from what I was told, yeah that really isnt a thing anymore. So there job is to put people to work, for their customers, so they make money. Youd think they would be more receptive to people wanting to do just that. Especially people highly flexible and cross trained in a bunch of different areas, exemplary work history and drug free. I know, crazy right. Too busy to have a sit down with someone. I gave a 2 from my experience years ago with a person whos not there anymore, she was really good, even though they had payroll issues starting off, which, at the time was wide spread, at least from the others I spoke to who were in the same boat, but maybe they fixed that. Anyway, you dont want my business, Ill happily go elsewhere. Plenty of staffing agencies around.

Im now a hired full time employee after 3.5 months. Express is very professional and will work with you to place you somewhere that fits your needs!

They found me a job quick, which was great! Plus in the field I thought I wanted to be in at the time. HOWEVER, I was told this was a temp to hire position, a month in a was told I was doing amazingly! Then out of nowhere, oh youre fired dont come in tomorrow. I was confused. Then I was told all these lies on how I was doing my time cards wrong (which note a supervisor signs off on them before I can send them in). Then after I calmed down, we spoke about finding me another job and GUESS WHAT? Although I said I was going to get a call back from them... They NEVER bothered to even update me on where I stand! Horrible company. Seem nice at first, but they dont care about you at all. Staffing agencies are jokes. Dont bother and go find yourself a real job so you dont end up like I did!

Dont waste your time. Very unorganized. They will tell you the jobs are temp to perm which is a lie some are no more than 3 days if that. This place would be better off as a Day Labor service. I tried to give them a few chances but Im done with them

I had high hopes for this employment service because I’ve heard nothing but good things before but I was sent to a assignment that was unorganized and unprofessional. After being sent here, I was told by express pay would be one thing then got to the site and it was something different . After working there 4 days I was looking for something else . That assignment ended thank god! Then I come to get my check for the days and hours I worked and I’m having to wait a extra week to get paid because express decided to deal with an unorganized, drug filled, unprofessional company . I just wouldn’t suggest this to anyone unless this is your last option!

Ana at Greensboro location is very unprofessional. She doesnt listen and is always in a hurry to get off phone when you have questions. She sends you to places located nowhere near where she says job is at. Gives wrong hours of job she sends you to and then wont talk to you because she knows shes in the wrong. I just want a different person that knows their job to work with instead of someone whos rude and knows nothing about what shes doing thats all I ask. If shes ever without a job which she should be now and has to go through a temp service hope she gets the same treatment she gives everybody else. I hate feeling like this toward anyone but its bad enough having to go through a temp service to get work but having to put up with someone as unprofessional as Ana is doesnt help the matter. Hope someone sees this and takes action against this woman because Im not the only one going through this with Ana but others are too scared to say anything. It needs to be heard.

Nothing. If you have not worked before then they will send you away. They hire for 2 days to a week. Then will find another position for 2 days to a week.

I previously had the opportunity for work with Ms. Kober and Mr. Diana for a short term assignment, I left to pursue another opportunity.Out of the blue a year later I received a phone call from Mr. Diana regarding an opportunity, at first I was hesitant about interviewing but Mr. Diana persuaded me to interview and I am so happy I did!! I have just accepted a direct hire position with a growing engineering firm and will begin on 4/18. One thing for certain, once you have Ms. Kober and Mr. Diana in your corner you will always have a strong support team. Thank you again for the opportunity.

Please By All Means Take My Advise Don’t Apply Here They Are A Horrible Staffing Company!! Beware for The Lack of Professionalism. I took A Job Offering 11.50 An Hour and there was another guy starting same day as me who announced our pay with another guy who had been working there two months prior. Since the guy who been working there two months only was getting 10.00 an hour he wanted an explanation why he couldn’t receive the same pay and due to him calling express upset about the matter he was fired from the job. There after went on a 15 minute break and express calls and Leslie mentioned I can’t recieve the 11.50 an hour pay anymore because too many old associates who been working there called in complaining which I had nothing to do with. I took the job because it was what they told me I would be paid and our shift hours weren’t correct on the paperwork as the pay rate they sold me! I clocked out went to express furious and shearon who is also unprofessional and disrespectful says to the other hiring agents on duty let’s get back to work if we can’t solve the problem come back here in a few days. I call the next morning and I was terminated from all express jobs for clocking out of the job after being lied to of my supposed pay rate and hours! My advise don’t apply here they are the worst temp service around and truly should be put out of business. They don’t care about the people who work for them and not there to assist you get hired on permanently

No person to report to if you are having a problem with a recruiter. The receptionists has a nasty attitude. They fail to tell you that they are not a direct-hire company. They do what a lot of staffing agencies do which post positions that are not available. Offer mostly factory jobs to African-Americans.

Express in Asheboro, NC is one of the most stressful unpleasant experiences Ive ever had in the work force. They are very very rude, have no respect for the people they claim to serve. I would make it my mission to prevent people from making the mistake of trusting these vultures. I cant speak on all express locations, but the Asheboro one is sure to turn you off from the rest!

Most temp agency are okay. They all have ups and down. But Express Employment is different .When i sign up i was at the point of breaking giving up i was stressed i felt like the world was piling up on me…. After just one day of applying i got the job …. Well my job had different thought the work went down and i was let go…. But the same day of being let go Shannon help me get a new job same day to start monday more….
