I’ve worked through Prologistix for years as a forklift operator for a few big name companies and the staff has always been super efficient and place you on a assignment very quickly.As a professional lift operator they have always been my go to when and if I’m ever between jobs and exceeded expectations.Ultimately elevating my career through training and placing me on assignments that offered potential career advancement if your the type of employee that loves to learn new things and can perform your basic task efficiently, safely and always on time.I see a lot of bad reviews that don’t make sense, I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for lift operator/warehouse/shipping & receiving work and any company looking for employees. I’m going to land this plane and say there not here to hold your hand be consistent and have some sense of the work field and I’m sure they’ll serve you well if your “employable”.

I was approached by ProLogistix after applying to the Lenovo distribution center in Whitsett, NC. I didnt know about or plan on working with Prologistix but apparently, Lenovo works with Prologistix which is something I didnt know. After talking with some of the employees, I told them that distance between my house and the job location may make things difficult and they told me of another potential position closer to home that they may be able to set me up with.I wait a week later and I receive a text message late at night from an employee named Erin who automatically assumed that I had turned down the job offer at Lenovo even though I did nothing of the sort and had no idea of the other potential job offer. A few days later, she tells me that the other potential client decided to not work with Prologistix and that she needed to tell Lenovo something. She was essentially twisting my arm and forcing me to make a decision about a job I was unsure about. So I told her, Id be available to work in two weeks.A week before my slated start date, I expected a call from Prologistix just to make sure that everything was set and to confirm my work date and if there was any information I may need. I didnt receive any calls so I had to called them. After confirming my work date and the shift I chose to work, Erin told me she was going to send a text with important extra information the next day. The next day came and went with no text at all. The only thing she did tell me was when I was to arrive at the job location, which I probably would not have known if I had not called them.The date of my first day at work at the Lenovo center arrives and the security guards at first didnt know why I was there and I wasnt told anything before my start date of where I was supposed to go, who to talk to, etc. So I was forced to wait for 45 minutes before finally being approached by an employee at Lenovo and after being sat down to complete some assessments, I was forced to wait for another hour before I finally decided to turn down Lenovo. It wasnt until 2 hours later, I receive a call from Lenovo leading me to believe that had I decided to stay at Lenovo, I wouldve been forced to wait for another 2 hours with absolutely no explanation or reasoning at all.Both companies high level of unprofessionalism proved that, ultimately, they didnt care about me as a client looking for work and chose to screw me over. Especially Erin, the Prologistix employee I was forced to deal with.Terrible experience.

Was hired for sit down forklift operator, a M-F, 8-5 position.Got on the job to find that its a stand up lift(fine), 10-13 hour days, 7 days a week (both not fine). Stop wasting peoples time

Everything was great in the beginning. My recruiter was Juleesa and she did an excellent job finding me an assignment. Eventually the assignment ended and Juleesa was out of the office for a while. They assigned me some lady name Michael and IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER AND SHES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She tells you whatever she can to fill the position then when you start the assignment its NOTHING LIKE WHAT SHE EXPLAINED.

The internet was down so I couldnt complete the application but I was still seen by Erin. She was very nice and easy to talk to, she made me feel like I could be myself . She overlooked the app situation and submitted my resume, said not to worry about that lets get you in the door👍

Very nice people, but that’s about it. They will get together with the companies they employ for and lie . They act like you are the first priority but your not, it’s the money they make off of your back . All lies from day one. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

I have been with Prologistix for approximately 2 months. I must say it is a great staffing company and very understandable. Mr. Brian is a great supervisor that understands very frequently on how clients that they deal with work sometimes. I lost my job due to buddy buddy relationships at my last job, and Mr. Brian understood what was going on. From my opinion this is a good place to get on through.

I can see after reading these reviews that I am not the only one that has got bad services from this company was offered a position years ago but when I told them after driving out on the other side of Winston Salem to an interview with the client wouldnt work for me they told me I wouldnt be considered another position I was like WOW!!!!

This is the first staffing agency I have worked with that uses texting as a main way to contact them. The interview is set up as an orientation. When I arrived I was told to sit in a room full of people. After we watched videos on our computers, the employees random pulled people out the room for a one on one conversation. I worked with Mykel. She threw jobs at me like she was in a rush to get them filled. This company is more interested in filling position with there client, not making sure the employee had a good fit. When you do onboarding paperwork it says if you miss a shift, if you get fired, or do not complete the assignment for any reason then your pay is docked down to 7.25. I had been working on interviewing with a company for weeks. I was not sure if the company was going to hire me and needed income so I started working with Mykel at Prologistix. I was offered the job with the company late yesterday afternoon. Sent Prologistix a text early this morning. Her response started with wow ok. I did not find this to be professional. After I she advised me of my wages going to 7.25 I asked for the paperwork I signed. It took 2 texts, 4 calls, and a request for a supervisor for her to do some investigating and find this paperwork. She seemed to take pleasure in the fact that I make getting my wages docked. Most staffing agencies work mutually for the client AND the employee but not this one. I completely understand why my wages are being docked but there is no reason to be upset that I requested this information for my records. I should have read the reviews before I visited this place.

They throw you on jobs where you don’t have the proper skill set. They never inform you of the job description but when you see it doesn’t fit your skill set and ask them for something else they cut you loose. They never return any calls and always use the “we been backed up excuse”. The staff is never held accountable for the terrible job placement or identitying what’s your strong points and aiding you in them. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried to work through them and it’s the same every time. My advice go elsewhere.

I drove from Winston twice for testing. I passed all testing, and never heard back. They never answered the phone after that. Very unprofessional dont waste your time! They may be trying to steal people identity. Be careful!

They do everything they need to until you’re on the job assignment and I had a really good opportunity for a lifetime career with a great company just to find out a week later that they took the snow days back when it was too late.

Very unprofessional..They sent me to a sweat shop (animal supply)..where they would work you 6 to 7 hours straight without a break on a 15 hour shift..I made several complaints and nothing was done..so eventually i walked off,now they wont give me anymore assignments..and prior to that job..I worked at Schenker and they didnt give me last check of 847$ and I didnt get it until 10 months later once they gave me a new pay card to start at animal supply...bottom line is they suck!

First off, they emailed me 3 times, texted my phone AND called to tell me to come in for an interview. The interview was for either clerical or supervisory both of which I was told was available. I live 40 minutes away. Went inside & was directed to the testing room FOR FORKLIFTS!!! Me & the one other gentlemen that showed were BOTH told we were coming to interview for the supervisor position instead they just seen that we each had forklift experience & decided to waste our time & have us come for positions we didnt apply for. In fact, they told me the clerical is with Resource Mfg & I called to be told they dont have any clerical positions & the supervisor position been filled a while. I have a degree in management so why exactly would they think I would backtrack in my life & get back on a forklift? If this place calls you for a interview, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & GAS LIKE I DID!!!!

Do not come here horrible staffing agency. They will lie to you and tell you they got work for u and its simply isnt true. The women of Prologistics is the biggest liars they will lie to you about the smallest stuff and blame it on you when they get caught up in a lie this is a company build on lies and liars. I would not support this business I am putting together boycott for all staffing agencies in the area they are cheating colored people out of work wages while they sit back and get rich of the labor of colored folks. I would not recommend anyone to work here they could care less about any person they hire any second u keep real and call them out on they lies an ddont kiss they behind they will ban you from there services and tell you and silly reason why they can find you work anymore. # boycott temp agencies in NC. As a honest worker is somewhat frustrating when the recruiter doesn’t make you a priority. They tell you they will call you back and it takes weeks if your not persistent like I was. I was suppose to have been given a call back and it took two weeks just to even hear from them, then blame it on being busy. If you were to miss a call from them they question your drive and your commitment to wanting to work and that’s not far. I am currently working through pro logistics and I’ve had a below satisfactory experience thus far. I’ve seen the way some recruiters deal with potential workers and they just expect the bad from you. Placing you at jobs that’s 20/30 mins away but for extremely low pay. That’s not good business. The don’t believe real life situations happen and are quickly to cut ties with you if they don’t like something.

No communication at all. Called the corporate office twice and was told they emailed the Greensboro Branch to reset up my interview and never heard anything back from the local branch. The 1 star is because it was the only way to leave a comment

They are great at finding work found work in no time there’re just severely unorganized. Oh not to mention they will not pay you sometimes I have too seek the help of the labor board now

Always say they going get back to you but never do. North Carolina has some of the worst temp agencies and they are one

Got hired onto a company through them many years ago, but now when their needed again, they act like they cant find you work. I have people calling me telling me they have work at certain places, and when I call them about it, they dont know cause your only contact through them is through a call center that trying to place u 30 minutes from your home.

My experience with prologistix based on individuals within the company Mr. Jordan Ashley very good and understanding person works with his employees very caring and will go far in his service business.As far as Ms.Milka Munoz She made need to step down a notch based on my experience with this lady everyday that we met was a negative confrontation against someone elses morals and character and all of the time she talk she is not understanding the U.S.C title 42 laws E 2000 Paragraph 1985 1988 and 1989. Deprivation of rights of and employer.I was terminated by this Ms. Munoz Based on the fact I was doing what I was suppose to do. She Stated to me I was Wrong.
