I absolutely love Dazzle Up!! They have the cutest and unique items to shop for! I love finding great deals on their Simply Southern tshirts! Cant wait to come back and visit the next time we are in the area.

They have really nice stuff but the customer service was horrible. I went there with my daughter and we were purchasing an item and I asked one of the ladies and i believe she’s the manager if she could help me, she avoided me and pointed to someone else. I didn’t mind at all until I went up to the register and heard her yelling at one of her employees and I think that’s very unprofessional. I felt bad for the other employee and I was a little upset because I had my daughter with me at the time, the store really needs adjustments in my opinion.

Bought a dress that was marked $26 but they charged me $36. I noticed this right after leaving store. When I came back they would not give me the difference. Claimed it was not their fault, blamed other customers for a wrong price on the dress. Would not give me money back and they got ugly with me. End result, I left and will not go backTo bad, cute stuff and I have 3 preppy girls. Even if pricing is a mistake its the stores responsibility to make it right! So on principle, I dont recommend doing business with these people.

Their clearance section is sooooo big, bought 8 shirts for $60

Brought 2 chargers both broke in a week thats why they give you 7 days to bring stuff back. I live to far for that so I sucked it up.

They sell the type of clothes your grandmother would wear.

They do nothing t give refunds. They dont have a dressing room so you cant even try them on first. No one even said nor do they have a sign saying no refunds.
