Happy Rentz has everything you need for any event. They are very organized and are able to set up and breakdown quickly and smoothly. From dinnerware to large capacity tents even a dog tag a d one of those money blowing Booth… you do not need to look anywhere else for your event rental equipment and setup! All at a fairCompetitive price!

Overall we had a great experience with Happy Rentz. We rented a 30x60 tent, lighting, a dance floor, tables and chairs. The group of guys that came out to set up everything were really nice and the communication about when they would be there to set up was great. We weren’t concerned about the way some of the tables looked since they’d be covered up by tablecloths, however some of the folding mahogany chairs were not in the best shape. Other than that, everything about our experience was great and I will definitely recommend Happy Rentz to people in the future.

Martye was great to work with! Rentals was something we had NO experience with prior to our wedding and our color scheme was altered a bit along the way. Martye was able to help us pick linens and flatware that wouldnt overpower the attire we chose but that would still fit our theme. She even included two sets of napkins for our sweetheart table when another vendor disagreed with our choice so we would have the option to see both in person. Everything arrived on time and was ready to go straight away! The staff at Happy Rentz is always ready to answer any questions you have, and they dont just give generic answers but really think about what youre trying to accomplish!Thanks for helping us out with our winter wonderland wedding, Martye!

Martye is a joy to work with! From the minute I walked in she was happy and excited for me and kept saying how beautiful my wedding was going to be. She really cares and wants to bring your vision to life. We ordered our glasses, china and silverware, table linens and easels from her and they were perfect! She had so many options and when I looked over and seen the most beautiful ivory with gold detail charger I had ever seen, she suggested that just my groom and I have them (since they were out of our budget to let every guest have one) and let everyone else have a plain gold charger, and it looked BEAUTIFUL! She helps you stay on track and respects your budget and wants to make sure you have everything you want. She stays in constant communication and if you change your mind about anything she updates it right then for you. Martye you made my dreams come true and I cannot thank you and your team enough! Martye...earned Happy Rentz a LIFETIME customer. I was a “Covid-19 bride,” and I had to reschedule my wedding THREE times...I had been planning since 2018..and Martye NEVER had an attitude, she never was MEAN...she’s NEVER impatient...and she helped me through it ALL. She is the most COMPASSIONATE human I’ve ever met and honestly...I will pay their delivery fee and use them for an event next time if I need rentals. Of all the vendors we hired for our wedding, we knew the least about rentals, especially when it came to tents, heating, and lighting. Happy Rentz was beyond helpful. They were extremely patient when I called multiple times to talk through our needs. The weather ended up being cooler than wed hoped so we had to add heaters at the last minute, and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable about what equipment wed need while keeping my budget in mind. I never felt like they were trying to sell me more than I needed or take advantage of my ignorance. Once the tent arrived, the setup team was amazing! Greg especially went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and exactly how we wanted it. I cant express enough how grateful we are for the service we received. If youre looking for someone you can trust and has your best interest at heart, I strongly recommend this family-owned business!

Me and my husband rented a fan for our gender reveal that was hosted outside. When we plugged up the fan, it did not work. After trying to hit the reset button it still did not work. We were told we would get our money back for the fan not working after communicating with the manager Tim. Once he arrived to return the fan, Marty told my husband and his cousin to get off their property and we would not get our money back while the manager Tim was on vacation and said we would be refunded. Please plug up anything you rent before hosting an event being embarrassed by equipment that does not work!

I rented tables and chair for my family thanksgiving and should’ve checked everything out before I left but I did I trusted them!! When I got home the tables had holes in them and the chairs were very dirty my husband and I covered the tables and clean the chairs when I return them to happy Rentz I explain to the lady at the desk my experience she simply said we have so many tables and chairs that they banged up and the Customers are so rough with them. The lady never took ownership or apologize she was very rude!! I would never rent there again !!!

This is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. I used them for my wedding. 2 days before my wedding they called to tell me that we had to choose a different color chair because they couldnt do what I chose and paid for. They were suppose to deliver on Friday, between 3-5 because we had a tight deadline on renting the venue. They didnt even call to say they were running late but I had to call and find that out. Then my wedding party had to help setup everything, so Im confused why I paid delivery and setup fee for. When they finally arrived around 6 they didnt even have all the tables and chairs and linens I rented. So they had to come back on the wedding day to deliver and I told them a time they HAD to be there and they still were late. When they arrived the second time they didnt even set up the things they brought. They just got them off the truck and left them right there and took off. They were suppose to pick up on the Monday after the wedding and that day, they called to see if they could pick up another day, and I told them that couldnt happen because I would have to pay for another day of renting the venue, so they said they would work it out and pick them up on Monday. One month later I receive a bill of $68 for a missing linen, mind you the venue owners were there when they picked up their things and nothing was left over but I have to still pay for all this hassle that I had to deal with on my wedding day. Ive tried to talk to the owner twice and every time, they said they just left the office and I will make a note and they will call you back. I have yet to receive a phone call back. If I was you, Id never use this company!!

I rented a bouncy house for my Family Reunion. We picked it up it was dirty and had mud on it from another previous event. They did not clean it. We had to clean it ourselves b4 the kids could play in it. Other than that its ok. The good thing is that if you pick up a bouncy yourself chairs, tables on that Friday b4 your event it does not have to b returned until that following monday b4 5:00.

I really wish I had read the reviews prior to renting from here. I want to start off on a positive note: they were insanely helpful when it came to picking out tablecloths for my event, despite my indecisiveness. However, on the day of delivery they said they would be here 12-2 p.m. At 2:30 my husband (who arranged his whole day to be there for delivery) called them, and received the response that they were running late and couldnt be there until 3:15. This was a huge issue because my husband almost missed a shipping deadline to a client (which would have resulted in the loss of that client). I called Happy Rentz to explain this to them, and said we would have been happy with a phone call anytime between 12 and 2 saying they were running late, instead of us having to call them. I asked if there would be at least a partial return on the $65 delivery charge for the headache - they refused. The cherry on top is that we ordered white chairs for the event and they came wet with rust dripping down them. So I had to spend an extra hour magic erasing them. Im still waiting for them to return my phone call about that. But hey, Ill give the magic eraser a 5 star review! :)

Looks can be deceiving. This place may not look a gem when you drive up but their service is second to none, and they have everything you need. Party for 6 or 600, prices are great and they treat everyone like a VIP! Couldnt recommend enough.

What a great company! They truly work hard to help you create anything you have a vision for for any event. We used them for our wedding last month and rented quite a bit of things from them and everything was exactly how i pictured it! they were at the location before I even woke up in the morning and were there to break everything down the next day! They have anything you could possibly need for any party! Highly recommend to anyone for any event!

This company has been so fantastic to work with. I spoke a lot with Martye who not only was willing to work with us on pricing for chairs for our wedding ceremony, but who was also so friendly and so accommodating. It ended up raining so we didn’t get to utilize the chairs, but this place still deserved a great review because the customer service we received was above and beyond. I had spoken with several other companies who were going to charge me close to $500 to have chairs at a wedding ceremony for 38 people. This place was way less than that and if we didn’t have bad weather, it would’ve been close to $174 to rent the chairs. They weren’t going to tack on extra charges or anything and even dropped the prices some to assist us in getting what we needed within our budget. Not many companies go above and beyond for their customers anymore, but this company definitely does. They’re the only people I will ever rent anything from and work with because I’ve been that impressed and I would strongly recommend that if anyone reads this review, that they really check this place out.

Did not show up night before wedding to install dance floor as scheduled. Showed up hours late the next day and put down a dance floor that was infested with termites. (barn wedding). The manager shut off his cell so nothing could be done. Waiting now almost three weeks for call backs and not a single call though I have called numerous times and spoken to office workers. Poor service and even worse that they would put a termite infested floor in a barn and think that was ok

We rented a tent for our wedding. Claimed they were sending the quote several times over email and had to call them back many times to get them to actually send it. Once we finally nailed down the reservation they had increased the price than originally quoted. They were hours late to set up the tent on the wedding day, and was a much lower quality tent than pictured on the their web site. I called to complain afterwards to maybe get partially refunded, they said they would talk to manager and call me back, and they never called. Very disappointed, do not use Happy Rentz for tent rental!

We are from TN and I set up a surprise birthday party for my wifes 50th at her parents house in NC. I called Gappy Rentz and spoke with Martye. She was very helpful and professional. Her staff was very efficient, professional and had great attitudes. It was a party for twenty one, which required a tent with lighting, tables, chairs, dinner settings, napkins and table cloths in the front yard and they made us feel like one of their biggest clients, but at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for a stressless, fun time.

I rented some chairs and tables from this place. The tables was not up to part. When returned items back to them, my vehicle broke down in front of business. The owner told me I had to leave because his drivers was all back and he needed to lock his fence. My vehicle was broke down. No way to treat a customer! I had already advised that my vehicle broke down and it was smoking when I went inside to return the items. I am women, it was getting dark and the place is not in a so safe area. Just mean and rude. I was waiting on a tow truck. I had to let my vehicle roll outside his fence to wait on a tow truck. Would you want someone to treat you like this at a time of an emergency ? I know it was not an Pleasant experience for me and that’s not how you treat a customer. I will not be returning. Will not get my business anymore.
