My daughter recently graduated from High Point University and I was trying to plan a party from Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was not an easy thing to do. Thomas and his company were recommended to me by the owner of the Bed and Breakfast where we were staying. What a great recommendation! Thomas helped me with everything and even had back-up plans in case the weather did not cooperate. Not only that, he called me after everything had been set up to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the set up. He located a large cooler for me and was a real lifesaver for someone who is not familiar with the area. His pricing was reasonable and the service was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Great customer service up until you need them to do their jobs. Had no trouble getting someone on the phone during the ordering process, and the day of delivery no one will answer calls and there is no consideration for you time or your business. I will never use them again and I urge others to beware.

Great company to work with! The girl who manages the phones was very helpful, answering all of my questions and assuring me the everything would be just as I wanted it to be. They did not disappoint. I will definitely be calling them for my next party.

These guys did an awesome job. They came out and set up our tent a day before our event so we would have plenty of time to decorate and came and took the tent down on Monday morning after the event. The tent was very nice and durable. Chairs were good quality and lights were very bright and just what we needed. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a good value for your money.

I used this company for my house warming this past weekend. They set up the night before and broke it down the day afterward. The owner is real nice about giving quotes in a timely manner and helping you come up with the best package for your event. Best rates in town. Highly recommended!!!

I wanted lightweight plastic tables for an event and made few calls and came across Party In A Tent. The prices were very competitive but most importantly the customer service was phenomenal. Thomas was responsive and made good recommendations. I will use them again and would recommend them.Used them a second time this season and service was still excellent.

My Fiance and I really wanted to like these guys. She began speaking with them months back and the guy that runs it seemed very attentive. He then went out on medical leave, she was told. A woman then managed the number and they spoke several times. Every time they spoke, she felt they were getting somewhere in the process, but there was never any follow up. She asked for a formal quote to review and a CAD drawing of the layout they felt would work. (They did go take a look at the venue, which was good.) Months went by of her checking back in for that quote and drawing and every time she was told it would be coming to her email. It never has and now she has tried to call in the past couple of days with no response. Their voicemail is full, so no way to leave a message either.

We contacted party in a tent to help with tables seating and tents for our wedding, and had a great experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even throwing in extra tables and chairs we needed last minute! The guys who brought the chairs and tables were super helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Thomas is a gem! Made great suggestions to save money and even gave us alternatives like purchasing a pop up tent at a discount store instead of renting from him to save money! He was right on the ball for our rehearsal dinner set up! Couldnt have asked for a nicer guy to deal with!

These guys are they best. The company I originally got my tent from called 2 days before the event to tell me that they couldnt make it. I called these guys and they were booked and very busy. I told him my situation and he told me give him 5 min and he would call me back. He called back and said I have worked it out we will be there to set up today. It was my wedding reception and these guys saved the day.. I couldnt be thankful enough for what the did. They are wonderful to work with and I will be always using them for my party need. He deserves a 0! I am not sure how this man has close to 5 star reviews. He was difficult to work with. He could not remember any of our previous conversations and he screamed at me the week before my wedding because I called to follow up. ON the day of my event, he told my wedding planner we only paid for delivery not set up. He never once mentioned that there was another fee. I could go on and on about this guy but I wont. Please save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

Needed some chairs and tables for Thanksgiving. They had them on hand at VERY good prices and no other Micky Mouse fees. So I had my son-in-law stop by on his lunch break to get them. I had forgotten to call ahead and they were having a crazy day and my son-in-law wound up waiting around 45 mins.When it came time to pay they said no charge and threw in an extra 3 chairs because of the inconvenience. They even let us return them Monday (we discussed before hand) at no additional charge.That is customer service. Life happens and things come up but to turn around and take care of the customer that was affected is the right way to do business. Keep up the great work!

First of all, I was pleased with the overall look of our tent for our wedding. It was dropped off early, set up, and picked up by the Party in the Tent employees. However, we had a really hard time communicating with the company from the get go. We set up an appointment for them to check out our space where the tent would go prior to, and they no showed because they forgot they had a meeting which I consider highly unprofessional. On the wedding day, it was raining, and the tent collected a couple huge rain pockets, and almost burst on the guests. My father (father of the bride) had to cut a hose and siphon the water in the middle of his dinner. I really hate giving these sort of reviews, but I wanted to help people consider using Party in a Tent in a stressful situation. I also would be hesitant to use one of their tents if it may rain on your occasion. They did reimburse for the rain pockets, which we did appreciate.
