Do not rent from this company. Their management is extremely unprofessional and they do not follow-up with their customers. They arrived over 3 hours late. Their management does not value their customers. The set-up staff lacks attention to detail.

Most friendly + helpful customer service and such a vast selection of beautiful inventory that suits any occasion. Very unprofessional, and unorganized!!! First off they brought the jump house on the wrong weekend. Then 2nd off the jump house wouldnt even blow up. Long story short Ive had to order another jump house from some where else, and they never made right on the mistake.. Ive never left a bad review in my life but they deserve every bit of it

I use to work there they run the business top of the line.. It was a GOOD experience seeing all the good things and how they build tents provide tables for Christian churches set up for weddings giant partys and stuff for kids.. Its amazing my uncle jerry and Lisa Ashley and who ever else works for them do hard work to satisfy peoples needs at last minute calls to.. They are one of the best of best relatives out of GREENSBORO north CAROLINA and very proud to have them as relatives of mine Victoria and i miss north carolina big time we are saving money to come home probally CHAROLETTE north carolina NEXT have a blessed day and merry Christmas to EVERYONE that lives in north Carolina ill be home soon at GODS WILL AND SPEED

Even though a little on the pricey side I had a great experience planning my daughters graduation. Lisa helped with some great ideas, was very attentive and realistic.

Lisa is incredible! She has a large warehouse with EVERYTHING YOU NEED! She also has great ideas and can help you plan for any occasion! So thankful I found her!

Friendly people helped me load my truck when I picked up the rental tables from Rentals by Lisa. When I returned, they were willing to help me load them back off of my truck. Good prices for the amount of time we got to use them for the party.

Highly Not recommended. Very unprofessional scheduling and business. They mess appointments and very expensive. I wont trust them or even allow them to be part or my even. Sorry..... you need a business rescue
