While waiting for my dog to get finished with his Vet appt, I decided to pamper myself and find a nail salon to go to and get some much needed maintenance. On a whim, I decided to check out Zen Spa & Nails (and I am glad I did). Tracey and Christy did a wonderful job on both my Gel Pedicure/Foot Massage and Dip Powder Manicure (Christy did my feet and Tracey did my hands). Both women were very professional, warm and welcoming to me (I really appreciate that very much!!!).Overall, I really enjoyed the vibe and environment at Zen Spa & Nails everyone was on point and attentive. I have to mention the fact that both my Nail tech helped me back wonderful recommendations for colors I was looking for (which was something else I was appreciative of).They just gain a lifetime customer out of me! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great experience for your Spa treatment to check out Zen Spa & Nails!!! They are all of that and thats whats up!!!

It was AMAZING!!!!! Very nice, and clean and the people that work there; very professional. I got SNS nails with a pedicure with leg & feet massage (w/Kim) and back massage, along with SNS toe nail polish. Reasonably priced and very relaxing. They have other services also; such as waxing, and make-up application as well. Great place to visit for a treat yourself day. Which is very much needed in taking care of ourselves. Ive been to many Nail Salons in the 7 years Ive lived here, and this by far is the Best!! I got SNS put on my own nails to protect them instead of acrylic, (way healthier). Been going 2 months now, no lifting or breaking. See Gina for your nails. She does Top Quality work as well as the other staff members. Its a really beautiful Salon. Highly Recommend!!

I was very excited to check out the new location of Zen, the inside is beautiful,clean and spacious. You could have three times the amount of clients getting their nails done in this space. Although my service was lack luster and rushed, I know a basic gel manicure isnt all that exciting but it should be easy enough to do. The gentleman that did my nails rushed the whole thing and I could tell he didnt want to do my service. I also picked out a color that probably needed to be thrown away, it was super runny and sheer and I could tell he was struggling, but he didnt say anything about the gel being bad so i just went with it. The manicure was not so great, it makes me cringe when they use a drill to clean the cuticle. *I got my nails done 6 days a go*. I will attach a photo, as you can see how bad my cuticles are after the drill and the poor polish job.

Love this place! They can always schedule an appointment right when I request it (usually weekday afternoons). They dont waste time (you arent ever sitting around while they chat with one another like at other places) but they also spend adequate time on massages. The manicures and pedicures are lasting and professional. Everyone is polite and the atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. Would never hesitate to recommend this salon.

My mom and I have been coming to Zen for many many years - but my last visit was far from ideal. The lady who did my nails had her AirPods in and was either talking on her phone or doing something on her phone the entire time. Instead of cutting my nails with a nail cutter, she quickly shaved them down with a drill, so now all of my nails look uneven. Since I come to Zen quite often, I know what is supposed to occur during each manicure. This woman was clearly in a rush to be done for the day, so she chose to not do most of these things (moisturizing my hands with lotion, plucking excess skin, etc.). Not to mention she started touching my nails before they were dry, so she had to reapply the topcoat two extra times. I have never had such a rushed and sloppy manicure, and I’m very disappointed, because I love coming to Zen. I love the people at Zen too, but I was shocked by the lack of politeness and professionalism that this woman displayed during my manicure. I hope that my review can persuade the managers at Zen to make sure that something like this doesn’t happen again or become a recurring issue.

I highly recommend Zen Spa & Nails in the Adams Farm Shopping Center. I have been going there for approximately two years and have found the staff to be friendly, as well as professional. Charlie is the technician who does my nails; however, all of the technicians seem extremely proficient. They provide excellent customer service, always accommodating my requests and have never failed to meet my needs regarding an appointment. The salon is always clean and neat and the atmosphere is always pleasant... In addition, they have wide variety of polish, which is always up to date with the latest trends. Zen is the best place to get your nails done. I went with a friend and had a full set of acrylics done for the first time, the experience was great and the staff was very friendly and made sure to take care of you. I will continue to go to Zen for anything I need with my nails

Got my eyebrows here and they did an amazing job! I dont have much to work with so usually people will always over wax and pluck and make them very thin but the lady I had (didnt catch her name) was able to shape them perfectly and still made them full and I was super happy with the result!

Zen Spa & Nails is the only place I go to have my nails done.The owners and staff are excellent and treat you well, professionally they do a great job. I am so pleased with Zen Spa & Nails that I take my granddaughter there also.Try it and you will go back again and again for the excellent service.

My original place was closed today and I wanted to try somewhere new. I remembered passing this place earlier in the month and decided to give it a try. What a beautiful and tranquil place so the name definitely fits the serenity of the environment. Wendy provided such a great pedicure that I will be returning for a future visit with friends. I didnt feel rushed at all. I am quite pleased so far!

I came here for a brand new full set with gel polish and 3 days after my nails began to lift. All of my nails are lifting and it hasn’t been 2 weeks! I may still come here but only because my boyfriend said the pedicure was great.

*Extremely rude service, bad quality, and pricey* Ive been to this salon three times, and my last visit convinced me never to go again. The first time I had a fill in. I had to go back a few days later because two of my nails had popped off. Then a few days after that my thumb nail popped off. It was dangling from a tiny bit of glue and looked like it wasnt even attached properly the first time. I went back again and asked for a repair and a fill in. I told them I would pay for it. One lady sat me down and then reminded me I would have to pay. I said yes, thats what I said when I got here. She rushed me over to a man (not the owner) who said nothing to me but to remind me, again, that I would have to pay. Ok....He proceeded to grab my arm and handle my hands so roughly it seemed like he was extremely angry. The whole time he had a deep scowl on his face. It was so bad I just stopped him after he removed my polish. He didnt even ask why, just said fine. When I went outside I talked to the owner and told him what happened, and he just said oh sorry. Didnt say anything to the man, didnt care that the lady basically shoved me over to another person. Nothing. Horrible attitudes, quality, service, and management. I will never be back.

Place is clean, but the quality of work is not very good. Very often in two or three days need to come back to do repairs and every time they will charge you again, and this after I paid 30% tips at the first place.

The inside of Zen has a very nice look, although they were doing construction & the guy who was doing my nails started doing the construction while waiting for the first and second coat to dry. SMH ! My nail paint job was horrible all over my cuticles and when I asked him to clean it up he told me it would wash off in a couple of days because it was on my skin...... Obviously I will never go there again!!!

The Salon was beautiful & the staff was very pleasant but to be honest, the actual work that Charlie did came out horrible. My nails were not filed or filled properly. Its been two weeks & the nails are cracking & falling apart. I would not recommend him to anyone that are really into their acrylic nails. Maybe someone else in the shop but not him. Im never going back; maybe for a pedicure.

VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in tonight to have my eyebrows waxed, was told it would be a few minutes wait. After 10 mins I asked the guy how much longer because I didnt mind coming back tomorrow, he said just a few more minutes. After 20 mins of waiting I was going to leave when I saw a family friend, i stopped to explain to her what happened. The lady then called me back, as im sitting there another worker (pawn) came over to me & loudly said i heard you complaining, you were only here 5 mins. You just walked in no appointment & you do that all the time, if you arent happy then leave It was in fact 20 mins & last time i checked you cant make appointments for eyebrows. As she mentioned i do that all the time Meaning I am a consistent customer of over 2 years. This is how they treat/ talk to consistent customers over a legitimate complaint.

It’s a nice but small tight place the girl who did my feet was nice but the one who did my nails was rude talking loud and did not do a good job on them and they are charging $27 plus for a full set and it looks like my 5 year old did them they lifted fast also I won’t be back!
